FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: foundation of a bearing support of a carousel comprises a bearing support and a foundation arranged in soil. Besides, the foundation is made as demountable, and comprises at least three foundation slabs tightened by threaded screwed bolts, between two lower ones of which there are freely arranged spacer rings with wedges creating a closed circular system. At the same time each spacer ring is made as interacting via wedge pairs with two wedges with the possibility to increase the perimeter of the closed circular system towards the soil.

EFFECT: simplified control of a carousel from inside.

The invention relates to amusement rides and can be used in manual yard carousel in the winter.

Known foundations carousel containing the support pedestal with a bearing support.

Prototype - SU 143342 A1, CL A63G 1/04, 15.01.1961.

However, the merry-go-round with this Foundation does not have mobility, so as to strengthen the Foundation, located in the ground, use a mortar.

The purpose of this invention is to effectively use the carousel in the winter time with a simplified scheme of the Assembly-disassembly on ice with an opportunity to strengthen the Foundation at negative ambient temperatures, the management merry-go-round inside and with the possibility of rotating the enclosure carousel contact with the surface of the ice.

This objective is achieved in that the Foundation bearing supports are made collapsible and includes at least three base plate tightened the screw couplers between the lower two of which are freely spacer rings and wedges, forming a closed circular system, each spacer ring is made interactive through the wedge pair, with two wedges with the possibility of increasing the perimeter of a closed circular system in the direction of the ground. Rotating the body of the carousel, located on the bearing support, in contact with the again the ice and managed from within the carousel.

In Fig.1 shows the Foundation of a bearing support carousel and rotating the body of the carousel of Fig.2 - section a-a of Fig.1

The Foundation of the bearings consists of three base plates 1, 2, 3, tightened the screw couplers 4, between the two lower 1 and 2 are freely spacer ring 5 with 6 wedges, forming a closed circular system, each spacer ring interacts through wedge pairs with two wedges, and rotating the body of the carousel 8, located on the bearing support 7, is in contact with the ice surface 9 can control the rotation of the carousel inside.

For installation of the Foundation of the two lower base plate 2, and 3 with spacer rings 5 and 6 wedges are mounted in a pit soil and pre-tighten the screw couplers 4 and rasklinivanie. Vibration isolators are joined to foundation unit by means of hinged lever, which connects foundation unit to support element of vibration isolator, which comprises elastic element, body and pendulum suspension. Body is arranged in the form of box with lower base and upper plate with hole for threaded pin of pendulum suspension, which are connected to each other by three side ribs, with creation of window for accommodation of support lever, on which vibration-insulated object is arranged. Elastic element is arranged in the form of three serially connected elements: elastic ones and elastic-damping element arranged in between. Elastic elements with one of their bases are installed in bushes, which are fixed accordingly on upper plate of body and cover, and rest against washers with their other bases, and washers are joined with elastic-damping element.
