The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular for filler materials.

Filler mass is used to align the various surfaces before painting, sealing joints surfaces. In addition, a filler material containing a biocide, protects the treated wood, stone, concrete and brick surfaces from biodegradation their fungus.

Known filler mass, including as disinfectants polyethylenimine, as film-forming substances - piperidin-styrene latex (PSL), as filler is chalk or Marsala, as a thickener - joiner's glue or carboxymethyl cellulose and surfactant (surfactant) (as the USSR №626074, CL SW 26/04).

However, along with good technological performance, filler weight does not show high biocidal properties.

Closest to the proposed invention the technical essence is filler mass of the following composition in wt.%:

latex piperidin-styrene5-15
bischofite50-70
carboxymethylcellulose1-3
disinfectant with adsto (synergistic blend
alkyltrimethylammonium chloride with chloride
the guanidine)1-5
waterrest

(U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2491244, CL SW 26/04, 2012).

Known filler mass has high resistance to water and weather resistance.

Used in a known filler mass disinfectant has sufficient biocidal effect.

However, consumer characteristics of the filler mass, namely, adhesive characteristics, the durability of the coating of welds, cracking makes you wonder about the improvement of the technological characteristics.

The technical problem solved by this invention is to improve the processing characteristics of the composition of the filler mass, namely, water resistance, adhesion characteristics, viability and weather resistance.

To solve the technical problem in the filler mass, including latex piperidin-styrene (LPS), carboxymethylcellulose and water, added diatomite, the combination, stearalkonium chloride, bone glue and talc in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

latex piperidin-styrene5,0-15,0
diatomite40,0-60,0
carboxymethylcellulose1-3
bone glue3,0-4,5
talc1,0-4,0
the combination1,0-3,0
stearalkonium chloride0.1 to 1.5
waterrest

Latex mineralen-styrene (LPS) was injected to create a solid of the coating film. FSC is a water-rubber suspension, providing uniform distribution plenkoobrazuyushchie polymer between other components of the composition of the filler mass (PS-70M THE 38-031016-90).

The filler used diatomite. The introduction of the filler contributes to the formation of the necessary density of the composition of the filler mass.

Diatomite is a rock made up of the remains of diatoms, loose or slightly cemented, light-gray color.

Diatomite has a high adsorption properties, high porosity, weak heat and swakop what badnasty. Products on the basis of diatomite is widely used in industry, particularly in construction. It is preferable to use crumb hard-shelled roasted brands JSC (0.2 mm) (the "ECO-RTI-holding", RF, Sergiev Posad).

The thickening agent is a binder component and is introduced to a working consistency. In this case, use the carboxymethylcellulose.

Carboxymethylcellulose is a binding and thickening agent. Use carboxymethylcellulose company Shin Etsu, KG.

Glue bone (GOST 2067-93) is the glue of animal origin. Raw bone is a natural source of animal protein. Non-toxic, easy to use. In the proposed composition is used as an adhesive component. Use the brand To 2.5 (the " Company "Concord", Russia).

Talc is introduced into the composition to reduce cracking utverzhdenii filler mass at drying.

Talc is a mineral, Mg3Si4O10(OH)2. Is a greasy feel crumbly white powder.

Talc has a high weather resistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance. It has improved adsorption properties. Use talc MT-MSRD (GOST 19284-79) (OOO "Russian raw materials Company", Russia).

The combination is introduced into the composition as a biocidal component.

Metalization which is non-toxic antibacterial component, with a broad spectrum antimicrobial action against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeasts and molds. The combination comprises an active sulfur, which is an antifungal component. Is a transparent liquid, odorless, soluble in water.

Produced By "Sharon-Laboratories Ltd.", USA, under the trademark Sharomix MT.

As a second biocidal component used stearalkonium chloride. In this composition stearalkonium chloride also acts as a surfactant.

Stearalkonium chloride relates to Quaternary ammonium compounds. In the composition of the filler mass stearalkonium chloride promotes wetting and improved technological properties. Use stearalkonium chloride, supplied by the company "SBC", founded in 1997 on the basis of the Russian representative office of the commodity division of the German chemical company Henkel KgaA (now Cognis Deutshland GmbH).

Quaternary ammonium compounds exhibit a relatively narrow spectrum of antimicrobial activity. They are effective against intestinal pathogens and droplet infections of bacterial etiology, but are not active against spores and simple viruses, also antimicrobial activity significantly snijaetsa at low temperatures.

The deficiencies noted allow us to recommend the use of the biocides that contain Quaternary ammonium compound in a mixture with the active substances of other classes of chemical compounds, in particular, a combination that leads to an increase in biocidal effect and to broaden the spectrum of antimicrobial activity.

Thus, the combined effect of combination and stearalkonium chloride by the formation of a synergistic mixture leads to a significant extension of bactericidal action than each of these disinfectants separately, also significantly expands the range of antimicrobial activity.

This synergistic blend inhibits the growth of various organisms, including mold, rot, fungi, yeast, algae and bacteria during storage, transportation filler mass, and during its application to the surface of workpiece.

The inventive filler mass due to the presence of components with different functional groups has a high adhesion to surfaces of various structures providing biocidal action of the resultant coating. Technological characteristics and consumer properties of the inventive filler mass surpass well-known decision for the prototype. (U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 491244, CL SW 26/04, 2012).

Filler mass produced as follows.

In mixer with paddle stirrer download latex piperidin-styrene emulsion, add biocides - the combination with stearalkonium chloride and carboxymethyl cellulose, pre-soaked in water.

The resulting mixture was thoroughly mixed in the mixing process type diatomite, bone glue, talc and the missing amount of water in accordance with the recipe. The resulting mass is finally stirred for 20-30 minutes to obtain a paste-like product. To improve opacity filler mass its fray in a three-roll kraskoterke for 10-15 minutes.

Example 1

In the mixer load 10 wt.% latex piperidin-styrene emulsion, add 2.0 wt.% combination, 1 wt.% stearalkonium chloride and carboxymethylcellulose in an amount of 2 wt.%, pre-soaked in 5.0 wt.% water.

The resulting mixture was thoroughly stirred and stirring the diatomaceous earth in the amount of 40.0 wt.%, bone glue in the amount of 3.0 wt.%, talc in the amount of 3.0 wt.% and the missing amount of water in accordance with the formulation in the amount of 34,0% by weight. The resulting mass is finally stirred for 20 min to obtain a paste-like product. Next, the filler mass per will Traut 10 min in a three-roll kraskoterke.

The number of ingredients in the formula of the invention is the optimal value and selected on the basis of numerous experiments.

Table 1 shows specific examples of the compositions of the filler mass, obtained by the described method, in table 2 of their properties.

The results are shown in table.2 show that the proposed filler mass has a high operational properties.
