The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to a device for automatic measurements of the total operating time of the lamps in the lines of street lighting of cities, urban and rural settlements, sites, highways, railroads, and business areas.

The invention can be used to create effective management systems exterior lighting, with opportunities to reduce operating costs by automatically working lamp and send alerts to its replacement in the Central control room.

The rapid detection of defective light sources distributed across the supply line, is relevant.
