The invention relates to veterinary medicine, including dermatology. The task of the invention is to develop a new veterinary drug use as the active substance pine oleoresin and the number of components of plant origin, which significantly increases therapeutic effect compared to existing facilities for the treatment of skin diseases of animals, and also has a positive effect on the economy of production.

Dermatitis occurs under the influence of a variety of reasons: exogenous (chemical, physical, mechanical impact), less endogenous (food, medicines). Dermatitis caused by external factors are contact, from endogenous reasons - taxidermia. On the mechanism of development of these diseases are divided into simple and allergic dermatitis. Simple dermatitis develops in contact with the so-called primary irritants (acids and alkalis, high or low temperature, radiation energy, mechanical factors, and so on) that cause inflammation of the skin is a single exposure. Skin lesion is limited by contact with the irritant. Usually have various degrees of edema and hyperemia, quickly regressing after removal of the irritant.

In veterinary practice, there are various schemes of the integral treatment of dermatitis with the use of new and effective drugs, however, in some cases, positive results is achieved. One of the main reasons is unreasonable and irrational use of medicines where there could be dispensed with natural medicines instead of synthetic, which often lead to hypersensitive and allergic reactions. Medicinal plants and herbal drugs be better tolerated synthetic, fewer unwanted side effects. This is due to the fact that biologically active substances of plant cells have many similarities in their structure with the substances formed in the cells of animals and humans. Therefore, they are better digested and easily subjected to biochemical transformation in the body. The combination of medicinal plants varied number of major and related biologically active substances provides effective holistic treatment.

At this point in veterinary dermatology, the greatest demand tools, including various antibiotics, antiseptics, vitamins, hormones, etc. To include such well-known drugs as liniment Vishnevsky, levomekol, mastie-Forte, zinc ointment, sulphur ointment and Also other frequent use of antibiotics promotes growth: the germs acquiring resistance to these tools (Egorov, I. A. and others, 2009; C. P. Nikolaenko, 2008).

A known method of improving the treatment of atopic dermatitis steroid ointments [patent RU 2170092, publ. 10.07.2001 (1)]. The invention relates to medicine, in particular for Allergology and dermatology, and for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. The method is topically applied on the lesions steroid ointment, optionally containing heparin, the dose of steroids decrease in 13-40 times. The method increases the effect of treatment and reduce complications of steroid therapy. However, in veterinary dermatology in connection with the high cost of the drug this way the distribution is not received.

Known folk remedies for the treatment of dermatitis of different origin. It is necessary to carry out the cleaning procedure, liver, kidneys, blood, intestines, to establish a full-fledged diet, take titlechange herbs together with ointments and hydrotherapy.

Folk remedies for the treatment of dermatitis:

- for acne and seborrheic dermatitis - making lotions from infusions of sage, marshmallow root, herba bidentis:

- dermatitis - mix in equal parts by weight of the Kalanchoe juice and honey, leave for a week, occasionally stirring the contents, then add the same amount with the ka aloe, infuse for another week and use it to lubricate the skin;

- dermatitis - infusion of leaves of Salvia officinalis: 1 tsp. pour 1 Cup of boiling water, put on low heat for 3-5 minutes, to insist in a sealed container 30-40 minutes, drain. In infusion can add 0.5 teaspoon of honey;

- when seborrheic dermatitis and inflammatory acne - infusion of marshmallow root;

- for the treatment of various dermatitis - herb, marsh marigolds, dandelion, aloe Vera, rosehip oil, St. John's wort, a decoction of birch buds, plantain ointment from and so on

The main disadvantage of these tools is that basically they can be stored for only a short time, they need to be prepared before use, and they are not standardized.

Well-known medication for the treatment of purulent wounds in animals [patent RU 2473328, publ. 27.01.2013, BI No. 3 (2)], including the active ingredient and the wax - polyethylene oxide-1500 and polyethylated-400, characterized in that the active substance is the product of dry sublimation birch mushroom, chaga, mixed with polyethylene oxide-400 and polyethylene oxide-1500 in the ratio of 1.25:4:1, respectively, at a temperature of 39 to 41°C. However, this preparation includes potent chemical antiseptics that have contraindications for use.

The aim of the present invention is the development of recipes and advice on when is teniu new original ointment Veterinary forest balsam" for the treatment of skin diseases in animals.

Example. Assessment of therapeutic properties of the ointment "Veterinary forest balsam" was done on the basis of the veterinary clinic of the Agricultural Institute of Mordovia state University named after N. P. Ogarev.

The test sample was subjected ointment, which included the following components: pine resin, chlorophylla-carotene paste, birch tar, castor oil when the following ratio is 10:5:5:80. Studies were performed on the experimental group of animals in the control group was used zinc ointment.

On the first day of the beginning of the study was the simulation of purulent wounds. For this we have selected two groups of rabbits for 4 heads, same age, same weight. The contents of the individual. On the body of rabbits shaved areas S=12±1 cm2, treated with antiseptic.

Made the incision of skin and subcutaneous tissue length 3±1 cm under local anesthesia. Stopped capillary bleeding and infected wounds.

The experiment was carried out according to the scheme: processing the surface of the affected skin antiseptic (3% hydrogen peroxide solution), the removal of purulent exudate, necrotic layers of the skin, then applying in the cavity of the wound sample ointments.

On the second day after application samples ointments were identified local temperature increase, the accumulation of purulent what about the exudate in the wound cavity.

On the third day was identified inflammatory edema, thickening of the edges, the accumulation of purulent exudate in the wound cavity. Treatment was continued according to the scheme: treatment with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, the removal of purulent exudate and necrotic tissue. Then put the sample ointments.

On day 7 was observed uneven closure of the wound edges and purification of purulent exudate.

The group with the prototype ointment surpassed by the intensity of the healing of the control group for 1-2 nights. There were no signs of irritation on the skin surface after application of the drug. The wound edges had moderate thickening and accumulation of purulent exudate.

Positive is the fact that the processing of the ointment "Veterinary forest balsam" in the wound cavity was observed less accumulation of purulent exudate, the contraction of the wound edges was more intense in comparison with the control sample (zinc ointment).

As the experiment was conducted the sampling of blood on General analysis and investigated brushstrokes-prints of wound edges 5, 10, 14 day experience.

The results allow to conclude that therapeutic efficacy of the ointment "Veterinary forest balsam" infected wounds higher compared to ointment zinc.

Original ointment Veterinary balm" has no analogues in the veterinary market. He is is a new environmentally safe drug, used in skin diseases of animals. Combining a number of plant components with different therapeutic properties, you can expect a high therapeutic effect in skin diseases of different etiology.

Prospects the way: unlike many ointments, used in veterinary dermatology, Veterinary forest balsam" is a cost-effective drug as it does not require high cost of production, therefore, the cost will be lower drugs of competitors and consumers can become as large livestock enterprises, veterinary stations, clinics, and individual households.
