SUBSTANCE: engine prestart heating is performed by natural gas feed into prestart heater combustion chamber to heat carrier engine coolant by natural gas combustion heat. Natural gas is fed from low-pressure main line via distribution gas line and gas hose into prestart heater combustion chamber. Prestart heater control system power supply and that of actuators related therewith is performed by connection to power supply located outside the carrier.

The invention relates to the field of engine development, in particular to methods of stabilizing thermal conditions of vehicles and tractors in conditions of low ambient air, and can be used for heating the engine cooling system, the maintenance of thermal regime of tractors and vehicles running on different fuels, as well as for easy start of the engine during longer stops and Parking lots.

The closest analogue of the claimed invention is a method of operation of motor generator stand-alone type, designed to provide the required pre-heat mode of the engine, in which pre-heating of the motor vehicle by means of a flow of natural gas into the combustion chamber pre-heater and heat the engine coolant of the vehicle due to the heat of combustion of natural gas (see patent RU 2358146, F02N 17/06, 10.06.2009).

The above-mentioned technical solution has the following disadvantages:

in conditions of low ambient air when powered pre-heater fuel from gas cylinders placed on the vehicle, there is an increase in the consumption of fuel gas to the vehicle;

- if Pro is the introduction preheating of the engine, carried out in conditions of low ambient air is discharging the battery of the vehicle.

Objective of the claimed invention is a method of maintaining thermal regime of the vehicle without the above mentioned disadvantages.

The technical result of the claimed invention is to improve the reliability and efficiency of the heating of the vehicle engine during longer stops and parks the vehicle in conditions of low temperature atmospheric air.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that the way to maintain thermal regime of the vehicle provide pre-heating of the motor vehicle by means of a flow of natural gas into the combustion chamber pre-heater and heat the engine coolant of the vehicle due to the heat of combustion of natural gas, and to the input of the gas outlet of the combustion chamber pre-heater through the fitting, equipped with check valve, connect the flexible gas hose, connect the flexible gas hose with a distribution pipeline that is connected to the main gas pipeline of low pressure and equipped with high-speed valve, followed by baking the natural gas from the main gas pipeline of low pressure through gas distribution pipeline and flexible gas hose into the combustion chamber pre-heater, this power management system pre-heater, and associated actuators is carried out by connection to a power source outside the vehicle.

Increasing the efficiency of heating of the vehicle engine during longer stops and parks the vehicle in conditions of low ambient air is ensured by the fact that the heater motor vehicle operates independently from the fuel system of the vehicle, as when pre-heating is not used fuel that runs the engine of the vehicle, and uses natural gas from the main gas pipeline of low pressure and, therefore, there is no need for refueling the vehicle after pre-heating the engine.

The implementation of the supply management system pre-heater, and associated actuators from the power source located outside the vehicle, ensures the independence of the work of the pre-heater from the nodes and elements located on the vehicle, and, therefore, increase the efficiency and reliability of the procedure of maintaining thermal regime of the vehicle during long stops and Parking of the vehicle due to the fact, there is no discharge of the battery of the vehicle.

Improving the reliability of the method of maintenance of thermal mode of the vehicle is ensured by securely attaching flexible gas hose to the inlet to the gas outlet of the combustion chamber pre-heater through the pipe provided with a check valve that prevents the release of gas from the system.

Improving the reliability of the method of maintenance of thermal mode of the vehicle is provided with installation on distribution pipeline high-speed valve, to reduce the loss of natural gas in many cases, including rupture of the pipeline.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by the drawing, which is a schematic diagram of the method for the maintenance of thermal mode of the vehicle.

System keep warm mode of the vehicle, designed to implement the method includes external source of natural gas low - pressure gas main 1 low-pressure, flexible gas hose 2, the remote device (DDT) in the form of a refueling nozzle 3 with non-return valve, shut-off and control valves, including ball valve 4, the high-speed valve 5, the motor 6 transport among the STV, have the cooling system, which circulates the coolant, the heater 7 and the gas distribution pipeline 8.

Remote refueling device (DDT) made in the form of a refueling nozzle 3, is equipped with a check valve, and is designed to connect flexible gas hose 2 to the inlet pipe pre-heater 7. Built-in check valve prevents the release of gas from the system in the absence of the connected flexible gas hose 2.

Valves, including ball valve 4 is installed on the end of the flexible gas hose 2.

Flexible gas hose 2 is connected to the distribution pipeline 8 which allow the supply of natural gas from the main pipeline 1.

Gas distribution pipeline 8 is equipped with high-speed valve 5. High-speed valve 5 is a protective device that helps to reduce the emission of the product in case of a rupture of the pipeline.

The heater 7 of the engine 6 has a combustion chamber with an inlet gas pipe, heat exchanger system and circulation pump (pump) (not shown).

The cooling system of the engine 6 is connected through a pipe with a heat exchange system pre-heater 7 (not shown).

The circulation pump providing the em quick and uniform heating of the coolant throughout the engine 6 through the coolant of the engine 6 through the heat exchanger system pre-heater 7. Constant circulation of the coolant prevents local overheating, which can degrade the resource, inlet hose, engine components and loss of coolant.

Playground, which is pre-heating of the engine 6, is equipped with supports for the wheels, eliminating the contact of the vehicle with gas, as well as inserting wedges, which are removed after the disconnect gas hose from DDT (blocking movement of the vehicle, connected to the pipeline).

The way to maintain thermal regime of the vehicle is carried out as follows.

If necessary preheating of the engine 6 during prolonged standing and Parking of vehicles the heater 7 is installed in the engine compartment of the vehicle. To the input of the gas outlet of the combustion chamber pre-heater 7 through the nozzle 3 with a check valve connecting flexible gas hose 2. Connect the flexible gas hose with 2 distribution pipeline 8, connected to the gas pipeline 1 low pressure.

Connect the cooling system of the engine 6 through a pipe with a heat exchange system pre-heater 7 so that the circulation pump pre-heater 7 providing the l circulation of a cooling liquid of the engine cooling system 6 between the engine cooling system 6 and the heat exchange system pre-heater 7.

The control system gives the signal to open the hinged valve 4 valve. Carry out the supply of natural gas from the main pipeline 1 low pressure through a gas distribution pipeline 8 and the flexible gas hose 2 in the input gas outlet of the combustion chamber pre-heater 7. In the combustion chamber natural gas is mixed with air and ignited by the spark plug. High-speed valve 5 mounted on a distribution pipeline 8, is a protective device that helps to reduce the emission of the product in case of a rupture of the pipeline.

In the combustion chamber of the pre-heater 7 is the heat of combustion of natural gas, which is heated engine coolant 6 in the heat exchange system pre-heater 7. The circulation pump pre-heater 7 pumps the coolant of the cooling system of the engine 6 through the heat exchanger system pre-heater 7 and the cooling system of the engine 6 of the vehicle, providing a preheating of the engine 6 and the entire vehicle.

Remote refueling device (DDT), made in the form of a refueling nozzle 3, is equipped with a check valve that provides fuel gas, and also provides perekrytiyami natural gas after filling and accidental breakage of the refueling hose.

The heater is controlled automatically by the control system associated with the actuators. Depending on the coolant temperature in the coolant circuit of the engine 6 of the heater 7 can be switched to different modes of operation. Control system with actuators pre-heater 7 provides the ability to run, disable or change the duration of the operation.

The energy required to operate the control system actuating devices is supplied from the external power source, i.e. from the power source located outside the vehicle.

The use of the claimed invention provides a pre-heating of the engine of the vehicle irrespective of nodes and elements located on the vehicle, which increases the reliability and efficiency of the process of maintaining thermal regime of the vehicle when the vehicle is in the low temperatures of atmospheric air during long stops and Parking lots.

The way to maintain thermal conditions of the vehicle, in which pre-heating of the motor vehicle by means of a flow of natural gas is the combustion chamber pre-heater and heat the engine coolant of the vehicle due to the heat of combustion of natural gas, wherein the input gas outlet of the combustion chamber pre-heater through the fitting, equipped with check valve, connect the flexible gas hose, connect the flexible gas hose with a distribution pipeline that is connected to the main gas pipeline of low pressure and equipped with high-speed valve, followed by the supply of natural gas from the main gas pipeline of low pressure through a gas distribution pipeline and flexible gas hose into the combustion chamber pre-heater, the power supply control system pre-heater, and associated actuators is carried out by connection to a power source outside the vehicle.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in cranking diesel engine crankshaft by external power source and feeding fuel in its cylinder. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for heating and maintenance of start-up temperature of internal combustion engine (ICE). Heat accumulator for maintaining the start-up temperature of ICE of construction machine during inter-shift downtime represents the cover fixed on jacket and tray of the engine. Cover consists of the first, the second and the third layers. The first layer represents material from strong reinforcing grid of polyester fibres with fixed cells, and layer of plasticised polyvinylchloride. The second layer is made on the basis of foamed polyethylene coated with aluminium foil. The third layer represents separate sections filled with phase-transition heat-accumulating material; at that, the above sections are located in three rows so that the first and the second row is located along ICE jacket with left and right side, and the third row of sections is located along oil pan of ICE. Sections with heat-accumulating material are attached to the second layer in order to exclude the possibility of movement of sections during ICE operation.

EFFECT: effective maintenance of start-up temperature of internal combustion engine during inter-shift downtime of construction machine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves hydrogen obtaining in electrolysis unit aboard the transport vehicle and the system that supplies hydrogen to the engine. At that, hydrogen is supplied in the required amount and as per the specified algorithm, depending on the cooling liquid temperature. Cold start-up and warm-up system includes electrolysis unit, pipelines, sensors, electric valves and control unit. Hydrogen and oxygen is obtained separately in the electrolysis unit. Hydrogen is supplied through receiver, electric valve and jet nozzle to ICE inlet pipeline. Oxygen is removed to the atmosphere. Supply of gaseous hydrogen to ICE inlet pipe at cold start-up and warm-up of the engine contributes to stable combustion of fuel-air mixture with higher degree of completeness at low concentration of toxic substances in waste gases.

EFFECT: reducing toxicity level of waste gases at cold start-up and warm-up of internal combustion engine with electronic control system and catalytic neutraliser.
