SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system, method and capsule for preparation of the preset quantity of beverage for consumption using an extractable product. The system contains a replaceable capsule, a device containing a receptacle for the replaceable capsule retention and a liquid dispensing device for fluid medium supply into the replaceable capsule under a pressure of 4-20 bar. The replaceable capsule contains a ring-shaped wall, a bottom part and a cover. The wall, bottom part and cover enclose the inner space containing the product being extracted. The bottom contains an inlet layer for supply of a certain quantity of liquid by means of the liquid dispensing device through the inlet layer into the capsule. The cover contains an outlet layer for supply of prepared beverage through the outlet layer from the capsule into the vessel. The capsule contains an additional wall element passing into the inner space to ensure additional rigidity.

EFFECT: invention allows to ensure constantly good quality of the ready beverage due to reduction of deformation during usage under exposure to fluid medium pressure.

The invention relates to a system for preparing a predetermined quantity of beverage suitable for consumption using an extractable product, containing a replaceable capsule and the device containing the receiver for holding the exchangeable capsule, and a device for filling a fluid medium for supplying a quantity of fluid such as water under pressure to the exchangeable capsule, in which the exchangeable capsule contains an annular wall, a bottom part closing an annular wall at the first end, and a cover enclosing the annular wall at a second end opposite the bottom portion, and the wall, bottom and lid enclose the interior space, containing the extractable product, in which the lower part contains the input area, and the system is to bring the device to dispense the fluid into an interaction in a fluid environment with an input area for supplying the fluid to the extractable product for preparing the beverage, and in which the cover has an output area and the system contains the release, which, when used, is in the interaction by fluid output area for draining the prepared beverage from the capsule and supplying the beverage in a container such as a Cup.

Such systems are, in essence, are known. The capsule of the system may be, there is actually, soft wall, thereby making the capsule is sensitive to environmental influences. The purpose of the invention is to improve the above-mentioned system and, more specifically, at least reducing one of the above-mentioned problems.

For this purpose, in accordance with the invention is provided a system for preparing a predetermined quantity of beverage suitable for consumption using an extractable product, containing exchangeable capsule, and a device containing the receiver for holding the exchangeable capsule, and a device for filling a fluid medium for supplying a quantity of fluid such as water under pressure to the exchangeable capsule, in which the exchangeable capsule contains an annular wall, a bottom part closing an annular wall at the first end, and a cover enclosing the annular wall at a second end opposite the bottom portion, and the wall, bottom and lid enclose the inner space containing the extractable product, in which the lower part contains the input on the region, and the system is to bring the device to dispense the fluid into an interaction in a fluid environment with an input area for supplying the fluid to the extractable product for preparing a beverage, in which the cover has an output area and the system contains the release, which, when used, is in the interaction by fluid output area for draining the prepared beverage from the capsule and supplying the beverage in a container such as a Cup, in which the receiver is designed for draining the prepared beverage from the capsule through the output area in which the capsule contains at least one additional wall element, passing in the internal space to provide additional rigidity.

By providing additional wall element in the capsule held in the inner space of the capsule, the wall of the containing wall element can be further strengthened, thereby reducing damage and/or deformation during handling, use and/or transportation of the capsules. In Fig.1A shows an example of the first variant implementation of the system 1 for preparing a predetermined quantity of beverage suitable for consumption using an extractable product in accordance with the invention. The system 1 includes a removable open capsule 2 and the device 4. The device 4 comprises a receiver 6 for holding the exchangeable capsule 2. In Fig.1A, the gap shown between the capsule 2 and the receiver 6 for clarity. It should be understood that, in use, the capsule 2 may be in contact with the receiver 6. In this example, the receiver 6 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the capsule 2. In this example, the receiver 6 includes upper part 8 and the supporting poverhnosti.

The device 4 further comprises a device 12 for filling the fluid for supplying a quantity of fluid, for example hot water, under high pressure, for example more than about four bars (absolute pressure), exchangeable capsule 2.

In the system 1 shown in Fig.1A, the exchangeable capsule 2 contains essentially rigid annular wall 14, bottom 16, which closes the annular wall 14 at the first end 18 and the cover 20 covering the annular wall 14 on the second, open end 22, opposite the lower part 16. An annular first wall 14, bottom 16 and the cover 20 enclose the interior space 24 containing the extractable product, in this example, the roasted and ground coffee. In this example, the exchangeable capsule 2 contains some amount of recoverable product, for example, approximately 5 grams of roasted and ground coffee, suitable for making single serving of a beverage, preferably a single Cup of beverage, for example from 30 to 200 ml of ready-to-drink. In the example of Fig.1A annular first wall 14, essentially, is hard. The annular wall 14 may, for example, contain plastic materials and can be formed by, for example, the fill pressure injection, vacuum fourmeau the project, high-temperature molding or the like.

The system 1 includes a replaceable capsule 2 and the device 4. The device 4 comprises a receiver 6 for holding the exchangeable capsule 2. In this example, the receiver 6 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the capsule 2. In Fig.1b, the gap shown between the capsule 2 and the receiver 6 for clarity. It should be understood that, in use, the capsule 2 may be in contact with the receiver 6. The device 4 further comprises a device 12 for filling the fluid to feed some to the number of the fluid, for example water under pressure to the exchangeable capsule 2.

In the system 1 shown in Fig.1b, the exchangeable capsule 2 contains an annular wall 14, bottom 16, which closes the annular wall 14 at the first end 18 and the cover 20 covering the annular wall 14 at the second end 22 opposite the bottom part 16. The annular wall 14, bottom 16 and the cover 20 enclose the interior space 24 containing the extractable product. In this example, the exchangeable capsule 2 contains some amount of recoverable product suitable for making single serving of a beverage, preferably a single Cup of beverage, for example from 30 to 200 ml of ready-to-drink. Thus, the exchangeable capsule is a single-portion cassette. Approximately capsule can be filled with 4-8 grams of roasted and ground coffee. The grain size coffee can, for example, be from 0.2 to 0.4 mm to approximately 5 grams of ground coffee in the capsule 2.

In Fig.2 shows a variant implementation of the capsules 2 in accordance with the invention, in which the capsule 2 contains additional wall element 50. Additional wall element 50 provides additional rigidity of the capsule 2. Additional wall element 50 may extend from the bottom 16 to the cover 20. Additional wall element 50 passes from the annular wall 14 into the interior of the capsule. In this embodiment, additional wall 50 separates the inner space 24 of the capsule 2 into two compartments 48A and 48b. For example, one branch 48A can be filled with the extracted product, and the second part 48b may remain blank. Thus, the optimal amount for the extracted product, such as roasted and ground coffee, can be formed, thus, the optimum seal the extracted product can be obtained. In another embodiment, the second part 48b can be filled with other extractable product, such as a different sort of coffee or, for example, cream, or soluble product, neprimiromogo or cocoa. Each compartment can be filled with different extract and/or soluble product, such as roasted and ground coffee, cream and/or with the aroma of liquor extracted product. The increase of pressure in different branches can be different, for example, for the formation of a drink, which merges the layers in a container 30 for an attractive supply of drink or a special taste. Further the s wall elements 50 may provide additional rigidity to the capsule 2. The wall 14, the cover 20 and/or bottom portion 16, thus, can be provided with less hard, which can lead to a more easy to manufacture and/or more cost-effective capsule 2.

In Fig.4 shows a variant implementation of the capsules in accordance with the invention, which contains additional wall elements 50 in the form of wedge-shaped ribs 46. The cross-section of the ribs 46 is increased from the bottom 16 to the cover 20. The cover 20 includes an output filter 36 with the output apertures 37 for draining the prepared beverage through them. The ribs 46 may provide additional rigidity to the annular wall 14. Preferably, the annular wall 14, essentially, is hard. By providing additional wall elements 50, attached to the annular wall 14 and held in the inner space 24, additional rigidity may be provided with an annular wall 14, thus, can be obtained more durable and rigid annular wall. One or more additional wall elements 50 can be ensured. Can be achieved in a variety of forms additional wall elements 50, such as, for example, wedge-shaped, rectangular, circular, polygonal. Capsule 2 can be properly sealed, e.g. by a biodegradable sealant material.

Additional wall element 50, for example a rib 46 may be provided with a channel, directed towards the bottom and ending at or near the cover or between the lid and the bottom part. The channel is open to the transmission of water in it, so, for example, the extractable product may also be wetted at the level below the input area of the bottom part in addition to the retrieved product wetted fluid medium through the inlet area of the lower part. Thus, for example, a more uniform pressure increase can be obtained.

In the foregoing description the invention has been described with reference to specific examples option is to carry out the invention. A drawback of boiling devices consists in the fact that a large amount of water remains in the boiling chamber after completion of the coffee preparation process with water remaining in the boiling chamber as a result of usage of a valve or choke for creation of an artificial "cream layer". The proposed boiling device contains a chamber for introduction and accommodation of a beverage extract portion therein, a cover to be moved from the opened position into the closed position for the chamber opening and closing, release means containing a channel for release of liquid from the chamber. The boiling device additionally comprises a second release valve and ensures the possibility of free release of the flow from the chamber through the second release channel when the cover is in the opened position. The peculiarity of the boiling device consists in the fact that means are in place for locking the second release valve when the cover is in the closed position.
