The crude mixture for imitation of natural stone contains, wt %: blast-furnace slag ground and sieved through sieve N014 15.0-20.0; coal dust 5.0-7.0; portland cement 21.0-25.0; superplasticiser S-3 1.0-1.3, ferruginous quartzite ground and sieved through sieve N5 46.7-58.0, with water-to-cement ratio of 0.5-0.6.

The invention relates to the production of artificial materials that mimic nature.

Famous raw mixture to simulate natural stone, including, wt.%: crushed blast furnace slag 23,0-27,0; coal dust 23,0-27,0; crushed mica 23,0-27,0; liquid glass 23,0-27,0 [1].

The objective of the invention is to increase the strength simulate natural stone.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the raw material mixture to simulate natural stone, including crushed blast furnace slag, coal dust, additionally includes Portland cement, superplasticizer C-3 and ferruginous quartzite in the following ratio, wt.%: crushed and sifted through mesh No. 014 blast furnace slag 15,0-20,0; coal dust 5,0-7,0; Portland 21,0-25,0; superplasticizer C-3 1,0-1,3 crushed and sifted through mesh No. 5 ferruginous quartzite 46,7-58,0 when water-cement ratio of 0.5-0.6.

Waste mining and processing plant are ferruginous quartzite in the form of crushed dry magnetic separation, containing the his 70,0 wt.% silica and up to 14-18 wt.% iron and fine sand.

Prepared components are metered in the desired quantities and mix. The resulting mixture is molded (e.g., in metal molds) "natural stone" of the desired size and configuration. Then leave the product to fully cure in air at room temperature.

SUBSTANCE: granulated composite filler for concrete products of size 0.5-10.0 mm, consisting of core and shell, wherein the core is obtained by granulating the mixture together with moulding flask and sodium hydroxide milled up to the specific surface area of 150-250 m2 / kg at their weight ratio of 0.70- 0.95: 0.05-0.30 with combination by aqueous solution of sodium silicate with density of 1.2-1.3 g / cm3 in the amount of 0.1-7.0 wt % of mixture, and shell is formed on the surface of core by its balling with dry dust mixture together with milled quicklime and silicofluoride sodium in a weight ratio of 0.85-0.95: 0.05-0.15 with the subsequent hardening up to the strength not less than 0.12 MPa, alkylsulphonate heated up to 50C is used at obtention of core together with the indicated combination in the amount of 0.1-7.0 wt % of weight of the core components. SUBSTANCE: stowing composition comprising portland cement, plastifying agent, fine-grained filler - sand and water, additionally comprises as a binder the milled tailings of wet magnetic separation of ferrous quartzites with an average particle size of 2.071 microns, as a plastifying agent - superplasticiser SP-1, and the sand with an average particle size of 62.26 microns with the following ratio of components, wt %; the said cement - 13.48; the said sand - 56.43; the said wastes - 2.70; superplasticiser SP-1 - 0.138; water - the rest.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of inorganic heat-resistant rustproof composites in production of plastics, antirust and lubing materials for construction, electrical engineering, etc. Proposed method comprises mixing of inorganic natural material, liquid glass, dolomite powder and additive, mix forming and thermal treatment. Used is liquid sodium glass, its density making 1.28-1.42 kg/m3, as inorganic natural material, that is, montmorillonite modified by organic substance. Said additive represents a hydrated cellulose fibre shaped to 5.0-20.0 mm long staple impregnated with 30%-aqueous solution of iron, zinc, copper and aluminium sulphates taken in the ratio of 1.0:0.5:0.5:1.0 in flushing bath for 70-80 minutes. Then, said fibre is squeezed to moisture content of 60-65% and dried at 120-140C to remove 95-98% of residual moisture. Components are mixed by mechanical activation for 8-10 minutes, mix being formed and annealed at temperature increase from 140C to 1300C for 30-40 minutes. Note here that montmorillonite is modified by the product of interaction between caprolactam or its oligomers with butyl stearate. Mix contains components in the following ratio in wt %: modified montmorillonite - 20-60, liquid glass - 20-30, dolomite - 10-35, cellulose fibre - 10-15. This invention is developed in dependent clauses.

EFFECT: higher fire resistance, lower heat conductivity factor, antirust properties.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to a concrete-expanding additive and to a method of obtaining thereof. Concrete with the said additive possesses higher stability in storage. The concrete-expanding additive is obtained by thermal treatment of a clinker or a powder-like clinker, which contains in wt.p. per 100 parts of the clinker free lime in an amount of 10-70, a hydraulic substance 10-50 and water-free calcium sulphate 1-50, in an atmosphere of gaseous carbon dioxide to form in it calcium carbonate. In the method of obtaining an expanding additive clinker, containing free lime, the hydraulic substance and water-free calcium sulphate are subjected to thermal processing to form in it calcium carbonate.
