FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: self-moving drilling ship has hull made capable to rotate relative to turret mounted in it with vessel mooring system, deck, accommodations, drilling well under turret, technological drilling facilities and drilling rig with drill string passing through turret and well placed on the main deck, propelling-steering complex, power plant located in the hull. Drilling rig with underrig space, technological drilling facilities, deck walkways and accommodations of vessel are winterized - protected against adverse environmental conditions by safety cages with heating system. Around lower part of drilling well, ring-shaped guard is installed to prevent ice entering. Turret, drilling well and drilling rig with drill string are located in fore part relative to midship section, and accommodations are located in aft part of vessel. The vessel is provided with helicopter deck, system for personnel safe emergency vessel escape in icy conditions, as well as with dynamic positioning system.

EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of drilling ship during prospecting and exploratory drilling on arctic shelf.

The invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, namely to boats designed for exploratory offshore drilling on the Arctic shelf, and for the establishment of courts with improved performance parameters, including to perform production operations, safety and comfortable conditions for the crew in the Arctic conditions.

Known drilling vessel for operation in freezing seas (RF patent No. 2136535 from 18.07.1995 "Drill ship") is a prototype containing the enclosure rotatably mounted relative to the turret system anchor hold of the ship, located on the deck of a residential unit, processing facility and oil rig and accommodated in the housing and energy complex and the drilling shaft.

However, the use of known drilling vessel (BS) in conditions of freezing seas is not possible, because the icing drilling equipment, deck transitions and residential block. In addition, the turret exert force action passing under the bottom of the vessel ice that may fall into the drilling shaft. Finally, in emergency situations on Board not provided a safe emergency evacuation of personnel in ice conditions.

The task of the invention is to improve the operational characteristics of BS when conducting viskovo exploration drilling on the Arctic shelf in heavy weather and ice conditions.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that self-propelled drilling vessel for operation in Arctic conditions, comprising a housing made rotatably mounted relative to the turret system anchor hold of the ship, deck, residential unit, drilling mine under the turret, located on the upper deck technological drilling complex and oil rig from passing through the turret and mine drill string, propulsion and steering system, accommodated in the housing and energy complex, according to the invention rig with podwysocki space, technological drilling complex, deck transitions and residential unit wintersown. Around the lower part of the drill shaft installed the o-ring protection to prevent the ingress of ice, and the sentry gun, strip mine and rig with a drill string located in the bow relative to the fuselage mid-section of the vessel, and a residential block on the stern. While the vessel is equipped with a helipad, emergency safe escape by ship's personnel in ice conditions, including the emergency evacuation and boat free fall, located on the deck in the aft part of the ship. Self-propelled BS is equipped with dynamic positioning systems, including propulsion and steering complex issue is LAN installed in the stern and the bow of the ship viitorului columns.

The location of the turret with the drilling shaft and the drill rig at the bow allows you to Orient the ship's nose to the incident at him in waves, wind and ice, thereby to reduce the influence of external loads on the vessel and to reduce its graphomania.

Equipment BS dual restraint system - turret system anchor hold and dynamic positioning systems, including propulsion and steering complex, which is installed in the stern and the bow of the ship viitorului columns, allows the vessel to quickly select the optimal external load position above the point of operation.

Self-propelled drilling vessel includes a housing 1 in which is mounted the turret 2 with anchor restraint system 3, unit 4, the drilling shaft 5 under the turret, located on the upper deck technological drilling complex 6 and oil rig 7 podwysocki space 8. On the BS provides shelter from the adverse effects of the external environment installed on the upper deck protective frames 9 with the heating system of their internal volume (not shown). On the inner perimeter wall of the drill shaft 5 above the waterline BS installed deflectors 10 and in the lower part of the shaft 5 is equipped with a ring-shaped protection 11, with the possibility of vertical movement below the main plane of the ship, designed to prevent the ingress into the mine ice. While the vessel is equipped located on the upper deck helipad 12, and safe emergency escape of personnel of a ship in ice conditions, including the emergency evacuation 13 and boat free fall 14. Self-propelled drill ship has a dynamic positioning systems, including propulsion and steering complex installed in the stern and the bow of the ship viitorului columns 15.

Operation of the proposed self-propelled drilling vessel is as follows.

Self-propelled drill ship for operation in Arctic conditions suitable in the waters of drilling operations, is set above the point of drilling using the dynamic positioning system, and it is installed in the stern and the bow of the ship viitorului columns 15, followed by setting it to anchor the restraint system 3 through the turret 2 of the vessel.

At the point of operation BS are performed drilling operations on the formation of the borehole and installation of the module subsea completion.

Rig 7 podwysocki space 8, technological drilling complex 6, deck transitions and residential block 4 sheltered from adverse environmenta the th external environment protective frames 9 with heating system, and the o-ring protection 11 drill shaft 5 from damage by ice allow the crew to work comfortably in the Arctic year-round.

In the event of disasters and emergencies on the BS provides emergency safe withdrawal in ice conditions, which includes self-propelled boat free fall 14 with the possibility of movement on the ice or water surface, and the emergency evacuation 13 for running on a continuous or broken ice.

The invention of the drilling vessel can improve its performance specifications when conducting exploratory drilling in Arctic conditions by protecting the rig with podwysocki space, technological drilling system, deck transitions and residential unit from snow charges and ice protection drill mine from mehanicheskiy damage floes and protection salivatory the upper deck of the drilling vessel through the bore mine when drifting in stormy conditions or when moving it in conditions of considerable excitement, which ensures the safe conduct of drilling operations on the vessel, improves the performance of drilling equipment while reducing labor intensity, and also provides emergency evacuation of personnel in the ice terms, boats loose the th fall, that it distinguishes from the prototype.

SUBSTANCE: underwater structure (US) operates at depth in the range from 100 to 120 m from sea level. At the same time the US comprises a support-bearing underwater complex and a drilling complex or a production complex. The support-bearing underwater complex includes a support-bearing plate and a wellhead complex. The support-bearing plate, in its turn, comprises a wellhead block, an energy block, a residential block, and also a life support block, internal and external circular corridors, radial transitions, sectioned ballast pontoons of circular shape and propelling agents. Retention of the underwater structure in the vertical position at the specified point for the whole period of stay is provided by control of filling of ballast pontoon sections, at the same time retention in the horizontal plane is done due to operation of the propelling agents. The inner surface of the body of the drilling complex and the production complex is congruent to the external surface of the wellhead complex, and the lower surface of the body of the drilling complex and the production complex is congruent to the upper surface of the support-bearing plate.

SUBSTANCE: submerged structure operates at a depth within the range of 70 up to 120 m of the sea level. At that the base of the submerged structure is represented by a circular bearing plate/deck with process modules in the form of sectors; wells are located in the centre of the circular bearing plate/deck in the mouth module. At the base around the mouth modules in the sectors there are free moving vertical modules: living, drilling, operational, processing, power supply and conditioning ones. Inside the base of bearing plate/deck around the mouth module there are corridors: an inner and outer, at that the inner and outer corridors are interconnected by mutually perpendicular passages. SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, inside the housing of a drilling ship mooring turret, which has a cylindrical housing with a drilling shaft and an anchor retention system of the ship, in its lower part there installed is an annular cylindrical structure with ballast compartments, which can move vertically along guides below the main plane of the drilling ship. Inside the shaft there arranged are deflectors located along the perimeter of the shaft on its walls above the ship waterline.

EFFECT: invention of a drilling ship mooring turret structure allows protecting a riser pipe at drilling operations under ice conditions and protecting against flooding of an upper deck of the drilling ship through the drilling shaft at stormy drift or at transition of the drilling ship under conditions of considerable disturbance, especially at negative air temperature contributing to formation of ice on deck structures of the drilling ship.

A floating pool comprises a reservoir and pontoons connected by one side to an upper edge of the reservoir and arranged along its perimeter. According to the first version the pool is equipped with spreaders that connect the edges of the reservoir bottom along its perimeter with the side of pontoons, opposite to the side of fixation to the reservoir made in the form of a stiff frame with a shell from a flexible material attached to it. Fixation of pontoons to the reservoir is made as hinged and capable of rotation of the pontoons in a vertical plane. According to the second version the pool is equipped with a flexible supporting element and spreaders placed at the outer side of the reservoir bottom and spreaders that connect the supporting element with the side of pontoons opposite to the side of their fixation to the frame. FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: method of drilling rig movement by means of transport hovership system includes movement over shallow waters and pulling floating drilling rig on air-cushion on slightly sloping shore. For movement over shallow waters delta anchors installed on ground using transport hovership equipment. To bring floating drilling rig on slightly sloping shore a bundle of three screw anchors is used which are screwed into ground by drilling rig located on deck of transport hovership. These anchors are joined with platform with roller block by adjustable rods. Pull winches and roller blocks are used on floating drilling rig to exit to shore. Roller block on anchor bundle platform and in floating drilling rig together with pull winch form tackle which permits to use winches with lower propulsive force for floating drilling rig pulling on anchors.

EFFECT: lower energy consumption during floating drilling rig movement over shallow waters and its pulling out to solid base with insignificant slope.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device for equalisation of anchor ropes or chains tension contains two or more crossheads frame adjacent ends of which are connected by anchor ropes or chains with ends of corresponding double-armed lever, and the central part of the latter and the second ends of two utmost crossheads, as well as casings of crosshead upper blocks are connected by anchor ropes or chains with floating ice-proof platform. The casings of crosshead lower blocks are connected by anchor ropes or chains with anchors of this platform located at sea bed. All blocks of each crosshead are made movable and seized by equalising rope or chain the ends of which are fixed on crosshead frame ends which crosshead is provided with guides for block casings, the latter are placed in these guides with possibility to provide absence of their contact with other parts of crosshead metal structure during this device operation.

EFFECT: higher carrying capacity of floating ice-proof platform anchoring system, increase in its reliability, lower weight of device for equalisation of anchor ropes or chains tension.

Every said connecting mechanism comprises hydraulic cylinders mounted at stationary part of turret assembly above water level and equipped with links, one end of the latter being secured to hydraulic cylinder while another end being attached to retainer being shaped to rectangle. Buoy top part is furnished with pins arranged in its circle to comply with connecting mechanisms and provided with wedge-like ledges arranged at side surfaces to contact with adequate surfaces of grippers.
