The technical FIELD TO WHICH the INVENTION RELATES.

The present invention relates to a cleaner for dust, containing at least a dust collector and fan unit, and the dust box is provided with intake and exhaust openings, communicating with the fan unit.

The LEVEL of TECHNOLOGY

Such a vacuum cleaner is known from U.S. patent 5062870, is used to remove dust from the surface. The air flow in the vacuum cleaner will be created by a motor-driven fan unit. The specified vacuum cleaner is provided with a movable valve for closing the intake hole at a certain pressure differential between this hole and the dust collector. Closing the intake openings prevents the penetration of saturated dust air cleaner, if the bag is full.

It is also known that in vacuum to remove dry dust it is necessary to determine the strength of the current required to start the engine or motor torque required for rotation of the fan unit. If the component of the current torque reaches the specified level, it will signal that the bag is full.

Patent UK 1400106 discloses a vacuum cleaner, in particular, to remove both solids and liquids from surfaces containing the fan unit with electro is whitelam, mounted in the tank, in which he draws the assembled substance, for example, through the nozzle and the hose connected to the inlet hole, and located at a distance of the filter membrane, overlying the inlet opening of the fan unit and is inclined due to the pressure drop that occurs during operation of the vacuum cleaner due to partial clogging of the filter membrane, and/or engagement element that is moved depending on the liquid level in the tank, so that the sealing cushion installed between the filter inlet, closing the latter, thereby stopping the assembled substance. The INVENTION

The task of this invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner for dust tool to narrow, preferably sealing the air outlet when filling the bag.

This task is accomplished with a vacuum cleaner according to this invention, since the bag contains a movable main part to the restrictions of the flow of air in it, and using this movable main part is on the dry dust, which take advantage of the box in the kinematic sorting between the movable main part and the dry dust. Kinematic sorting is related to that phenomenon, in which the large particles fall to the surface, when the bulk material containing a mixture of particles of different sizes, shaken.

The movable main part of the more relatively small particles of dust or dirt collected in the dust box. Thanks controlled by the motor fan unit, the dust collector will vibrate. Vibration dust dry dust, dirt and movable main part will also vibrate, whereby a relatively large movable main part will begin to "float" on a relatively light and small dust particles, since these particles will fill the space under it. The dust particles will move the movable main part up after the dust box filled with dry dust, up until this movable main part reaches the intake or air outlet and will close it. While moving the movable body, a through hole for the thread between this part and intake or vent holes is reduced, resulting in restricted air flow in the bag until the moment when the air can no longer pass through a dust collector; ultimately, the air flow is narrowed, i.e., is closed. The phenomenon of kinematica is some sort is also called "Brazil nut effect" due to the fact, the large particles fall to the surface when shaken granular material containing a mixture of particles of different sizes.

An embodiment of a vacuum cleaner according to this invention differs in that the movable main part contains a valve for closing the air outlet.

Preferably, the vent hole was placed in the higher position in the bag than the intake hole. When closing the air outlet of the dust collector can collect more dust up until the airflow will not be restricted to the movable main part.

Another embodiment of the vacuum cleaner according to this invention is characterized by the fact that this cleaner contains a tool that vibrates the dust collection unit or the movable main part.

Vibration, dust or vibration of the movable main part only using the vibrating means activates the vibration between the movable main part and the dry dust particles, and therefore, the movable main part will be easier to be on the dry dust particles.

Another embodiment of the vacuum cleaner according to this invention differs in that the movable main portion pivotally connected with the wall of the bag between the intake and exhaust holes.

Saturated dry dust air will flow in lesbonic through the intake hole. This air can be directed in the direction of turning of the movable main portion or it, thereby maintaining this part by moving it to the air outlet.

Another embodiment of the vacuum cleaner according to this invention differs in that the movable main part of the induced linear guide.

With this linear guide is achieved by controlled movement of the movable main part.

An additional embodiment of a vacuum cleaner according to this invention differs in that the dust box provided next to the vent hole detail conical shape.

The movable main part or, at least, its plot will be sent detail conical shape in the direction of the air outlet.

Another embodiment of the vacuum cleaner according to this invention is characterized by the fact that the fan unit includes motor, fan, able to rotate by means of the engine, and connected to the blower, the dust collector.

Very small dust particles that pass through the vent hole of the bag, will be separated from the air by the dust collector before the air gets into the atmosphere. These dust particles will remain in the vacuum cleaner.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION of embodiments

In the drawings, identical parts are denoted by the same positions.

Fig.1A and 1B show a vacuum cleaner 1 according to this invention, comprising a housing 2, separated by a wall 6 on the container 3 and Bay 4 fan 5. The dust box 3 contains the intake opening 7 and outlet 8 located in the wall 6. The movable main part 9 is placed in the container 3 and is able to rotate around the axis 10 of the swing. The swing axle 10 is attached to the housing 2 between the intake hole 7 and the vent hole 8. The movable main portion 9 provided with a valve 11 that is installed against the air outlet 8 for its closing.

The fan unit 5 is provided with the engine in the LEM 12, the fan 13 is rotated by this motor, and a dust collector 14 that is attached to the fan and rotatable together with him. The dust collector 14 may be a filter or a cyclone-type separator.

The vacuum cleaner 1 according to this invention operates as follows. The hose will be connected in a known manner with the intake hole 7. On the remote from the intake openings 7 the end of the hose may be provided with a tip, also in a known manner. The motor 12 is actuated, causing the fan 13 and collector 14 will begin to rotate, and the air flow will be created in the direction indicated by the arrows P1, P2, from the intake holes 7 through the vent hole 8 in the wall 6 in the direction of the fan 13 and through it. Through the intake hole 7 saturated dry dust air will enter the container 3 at the bottom of which will be collected on a dry dust. Due to vibration of the engine 12 small particles 15 dry dust will fill the space under more movable core part 9, resulting in this part will begin to move over the said particles 15. This movable main part 9 will be rotated around the axis 10 of the swing, and the valve 11 will move in the direction of the air outlet 8 as long as the number of particles 15 dry dust is moveable under the second core part 9 does not become so large, the valve 11 located against wall 6, closes the vent hole 8 (see Fig.1B). When the vent hole 8 is closed, the air can no longer be absorbed into the intake hole 7. The user will notice it and will understand that the container 3 is filled with a dry dust and must be empty.

Fig.2 shows a vacuum cleaner 21 according to this invention, containing the dust box 23 with the intake opening 27 and the vent hole 28 located in the wall 26 of conical shape. The movable valve 29 in the shape of a ball placed in the container 23 and is connected by a wire 30 to the wall 31 of the vent holes 32. The fan unit (not shown) provided on the end of the vent holes remote from the air outlet 28 of the bag 23.

When the container 23 is filled with small particles 15 dust, the valve 29 remains on top of these particles, due to its oscillation relative to the particles 15 of dust. These oscillations can be made special vibrating means or due to vibrations of the engine fan. The valve 29 in the shape of a ball to be directed wall 26 of the conical shape of the air outlet 28 as long as the valve 29 closes this hole.

Fig.3 shows a vacuum cleaner 41 according to this invention, which contains a dust collector 23, also referred to as the WTO is the first dust box 23. This bag 23 is similar to the bag shown in Fig.2. Additionally, the cleaner 41 contains the dust box 43, also referred to as the first dust box 43. This dust collector 43 is provided with intake hole 44, the dust filter 45 for relatively large particles of dust and exhaust hole 46. This air flow is not necessarily caused by depression, as in ordinary vacuum cleaners; it can also be triggered by, for example, one or more rotating brushes that are in contact with the floor pump and containing particles of air traction mechanisms, other than when creating a vacuum, as in most of the vacuum cleaners of the prior art. The idea of the vacuum cleaner is in the presence of a pressure difference, which causes the movement of saturated mud air.
