SUBSTANCE: can contains a body having an upper 1 and a lower 2 parts; each of the parts has a back 3, a front 4 and two side 5, 6 walls. The compaction means 12 is designed in the form of a hollow drum with a curvilinear outer surface having a receiving 13 and a compaction 14 parts and is installed so that to enable rotation by means of the drive around the axle 15 attached to the side walls 7, 8 that are part of the side walls 5, 6 of the upper part 1. A gate 10 with a lid is arranged on the curvilinear upper surface 9 of the body upper part 1; the receiving part 13 of the compaction means 14 is designed to be concave while the compaction part - to be bulged. The compaction means drive 16 is equipped with a control device 20 communicating with the gate 10 closing and opening sensor and the compaction means position sensor.

EFFECT: invention ensures garbage compaction degree increase.

The invention relates to a device for waste collection and can be used on the streets of towns and villages or inside the premises.

Widely known containers for garbage collection, made in the form of capacity installed in parallel bearings for rotation about an axis, mounted on poles. These containers are used for a long time and installed in almost all localities.

The well-known bin containing a box with a handle mounted on the bracket can be rotated around a horizontal axis (see St-in in p. M. of the Russian Federation No. 5984, IPC B65F 1/00).

The disadvantage of this technical solution is the mismatch between environmental, fire and safety standards, the inconvenience of unloading boxes and unaesthetic appearance, since the surface of the urn is opened fully.

Known container for garbage, comprising a fixed housing and adjacent at least one movable body located with the possibility of rotation around the outer surface of the stationary casing (see St-in in p. M. of the Russian Federation No. 5581, IPC B65F 1/00).

The disadvantage of this technical solution are mismatched environmental, fire and safety standards, the inconvenience of unloading boxes and unaesthetic appearance, since the surface of the urn is opened fully.

And the well known bin, contains a bracket rigidly mounted on the container loading and unloading openings and cover the discharge hole connected with capacity for rotation (see St-in in p. M. No. 5985, IPC B65F 1/00).

However, the disadvantages of this known technical solution is also a mismatch environmental, fire and safety standards, the inconvenience of unloading boxes and unaesthetic appearance, since the surface of the urn is opened fully.

The closest technical solution to the claimed utility model is the bin for used paper towels or similar waste, having an upper part including a rear wall, two side walls and front wall, the upper portion includes a sealing material, while the sealing means in its initial position divides the inner space of the recycle bin on the top compartment and the bottom compartment and configured to move with the purpose of opening and re-closing the openings in the lower portion of the recycle bin, in which the sealing device comprises at least one plate which is essentially rectangular and the corners of said plate to move along the essentially straight-line trajectories during the phase of opening, which from the specified closed the th original position performs a rotary movement for opening and re-closing said hole in the bottom branch, what this plate turns upside down during movement from the closed to again closed position (see patent RU No. 2391282, IPC B65F 1/10) prototype.

The technical solution according to the patent RU No. 2391282 more aesthetically pleasing compared to the above known technical solutions, because it is filled with debris, the lower part is closed by a plate (plates).

However, this bin has a number of disadvantages. First of all, it is designed only to collect paper waste, such as used paper towels. When hit debris in the upper part of the drawer moving it to the bottom of the drawer is prevented sealing plates in a horizontal position and overlying the lower compartment of the box. With the accumulation of a certain amount of paper waste in the upper section above the plates or by the time the plates are driven, respectively, the debris is moved into the lower compartment. After filling out the paper towels in the lower compartment of the box by means of plates garbage pressed - compacted therein without trebovaniya.

If the waste - paper towels or other paper waste overflow of the lower branch of the mailbox are in the upper compartment, a jam occurs garbage that does not allow you to return the plate is original horizontal position, and overflow the top drawer debris can fall past the box that specifies additional work service personnel. Actually sealing the device operates only in the upper part of the recycle bin and does not provide a sufficiently tight clenching of debris in the lower part of the box that does not contribute to its full completion. The technical problem to be solved, we offer a useful model is to increase the degree of compaction of the debris at the bottom of the recycle bin, improving maintainability.

This technical effect is achieved by the fact that the bin comprising a housing having an upper part and a lower part, each of which has a back, front and two side walls, provided with sealing means, which in its initial position divides the inner space of the drawer on the top and the bottom compartment and configured to move by the drive with electronically controlled, with the goal of opening and re-closing space of the lower branch of the drawer, the top cover of the box is executed hinged, hinged to the rear wall of the lower shell of the box and provided with a curved upper surface in the form of a semicylinder, form which gradually merge in front of the YOYO and the rear wall of the upper housing of the mailbox, sealing means made in the form of a hollow drum with a curved outer surface having a receiving and sealing parts, and mounted for rotation by means of an actuator about an axis fixed to the side walls of the upper part of the body of the box, and on the curved upper surface of the upper part of the body of the box is executed hatch with cover, with the reception part of the sealing means is made concave, and the sealing convex part, and the actuator sealing means provided with a control device that interacts with the sensor closing and opening of the hatch and the position sensor sealing means.

The essence of the technical solution is illustrated by drawings, where:

Fig.3 is schematically depicts the path of the sealing means within the space of the box.

The bin of Fig.1 made in the form of a container, for example, rectangular cross section, the body of which is divided into the upper housing 1 and lower housing 2. Parts 1 and 2 form the rear wall 3 of the housing box, the front wall 4 and two side walls 5 and 6. The upper part 1 of the housing box is executed hinged, hinge (not shown) mounted on the rear wall 3 of the lower part of the housing of the drawer 2. The upper part 1 of the housing box includes side walls 7 and 8, which is a part of the side walls of the casing 5 and 6, and a curved upper surface 9 in the form of a semicylinder, the form of which is smoothly into the rear 3 front and 4 the casing wall. The upper part of the housing 1 is equipped with a sunroof 10 with a cover 11.

In the upper part of the housing 1 is located a sealing material 12 made in the form of a hollow drum with a curved outer surface, comprising receiving part 13 and the sealing portion 14 and separates in its initial position the inner space of the box on the upper and lower branches. Sealing means 12 mounted for rotation around the axis 15, secured to the side walls 7 and 8 the upper part of the housing 1. In the cavity sealing means 12 posted by actuator including, for example, a motor 16 through a reduction gear 17, the gear 18 and 19 communicates with the sealing means 12. The actuator 16 is equipped with a control device 20 connected to the sensor closing the hatch 10 and the position sensor sealing device 12. The power supply to the electric motor 16 is performed by means of slip ring brushes 21, connected to the power source.

Specific example

Trash works as follows.

The garbage when you open the hatch 10 enters the cavity adidng the top of the upper housing 1 at the receiving part 13 of the sealing means 12. When closing the hatch 10 cap 11 sensor triggers the closing of the hatch 10, the signal which actuates the actuator 16, for example an electric motor, through reduction gear 17, the gear 18 and 19 rotates the sealing material 12 in the opening direction of the space bottom part of the box 2. In this particular example, the execution of the garbage gear 19 is stationary mounted on the axle 15, rigidly fixed to the side walls 7 and 8 of the upper housing 1.

During the rotation of the drum sealing device 12 from its receiving part 13 debris moves into the space of the lower branch of the lower part of the body of the drawer 2. Upon further rotation of the drum sealing means garbage completely moved into the lower compartment, in which compacted sealing part 14 of the sealing means 12. When reaching the initial position sensor triggers the provisions of the drum sealing means 12, the power circuit is broken, the drum stops in the initial position, the space in the bottom compartment of the box is blocked.

Then the next entry of debris into the receiving portion 13 of the sealing means 12 whole cycle of waste processing is repeated.

In the proposed design of the recycle bin in the standby mode ensures a snug fit of the drum sealing means to the walls of the housing of the recycle bin, thus preventing the spread of odors. For collecting compacted garbage the lower compartment of the box preferably contains a bag. For excavation debris from the drawer opens the hinged upper part of the housing 1.

In the proposed design of the recycle bin can be used as a mechanical drive. The actuator and gearbox can be placed inside the drum, sealing means and the housing. Placement of the actuator inside the drum makes the design more convenient and allows for more efficient use of internal space of the box.

Compared with the prototype of the proposed technical solution significantly increased the degree of compaction of the waste in the lower compartment lower part of the body of the box. These advantages make it possible to successfully apply the proposed mechanical design dustbin in areas with large concentrations of people, such as airports, railway stations, metro, St is the diones and so on

Proposed system comprises identification unit, identification system interacting with refuse tipper onboard identification system to weight garbage before and after dumping, and measurement-transmission unit. The latter is arranged in flange element or identification unit housing ledge. System comprises also the receiver and control unit connected to data conversion system and central control post located in signal reception zone and composed of computer with data I/O devices, signal transmitter, duplexer connected with transceiving antenna and signal receiver connected to computer. Every transmitter is composed of master oscillator, phase manipulator, first mixer with second input connected to local oscillator first input, first intermediate frequency amplifier and first power amplifier with its output connected with duplexer input. Every receiver consists of second power amplifier, second intermediate frequency second mixer, multiplier, band filter and phase detector, all being connected in series. Note here that central station phase manipulator second input is connected to computer output while phase manipulator second input of every container is connected with data conversion unit output. Central control station transmitter allows radiating phase manipulation signals in frequency ω1o2, while receiver receives signals in frequency ω2o1. Transmitter of every container allows radiating phase manipulation signals in frequency ω2 while receiver allows signal reception in frequency ω1. Frequencies ωo1 and ωo2 of the first and second local oscillators are spaced by second intermediate frequency ωo2o1int2. Note here that onboard system is equipped with scanner consisting of master oscillator, duplexer with its I/O connected with transceiving antenna, first power amplified, phase detector with its second input connected with master oscillator output, delay line, adder with its second input connected with modulating code generator output, phase manipulator and second power amplifier with its output connected with duplexer second input. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of household rubbish, fluid, pasty or powdered substances. Proposed method consists in delivery of vehicles equipped with refrigerators, opening of vehicle hinged doors, loading the rubbish and closing said hinged doors. In frost-free season, refrigerators are switched on to prevent rotting of organic components of household rubbish. After delivery of rubbish to rubbish disposal plants, vehicles are discharged to divide the rubbish into components for production of exclusive construction elements and industrial alcohol. Empty vehicles are loaded with batteries of disposable containers filled with said rubbish and provided with hinges, vehicle hinged doors are closed to fit supporting hinges into appropriate openings of hinged doors and locked by cotter pins. Vehicles are directed to areas with shortage of material carried in said disposable containers. Then, supporting hinges are unlocked to open hinged doors to withdraw said disposable containers. Proposed device comprises vehicle with body 1, wheels 2, and hinged doors 5 with holes 7 to receive hinges 8 of disposable containers 9.

Compactor 13 is arranged in shaft 1 ion guides 14 arranged inclined on shaft base to interact with compactor rollers. Cover turn drive is made up of lever 6 coupled via system of ropes and pulleys with electromechanical drive 8 made up of two-shaft drum-type hoist. Compactor lift drive is made up of pusher truck 10 coupled via system of ropes and pulleys with electromechanical drive 12 made up of one-shaft drum-type hoist.

SUBSTANCE: container comprises a tank (1) made in the form of a plastic bucket with the neck having a curve in the direction of its lateral surface and equipped with a circular edge with a ledge for sealed installation of the lid (3). The lid has a flat bottom with the transitional fluting and a flanging for attachment. In the top of the bottom there is an insert (4) with an internal baffle (5) protruding over lid, having hollows and overlapping a part of the cylinder diametre. A cap with molded protruding latch (10) for opening is installed inside it. A removable insert (11) and a buckle (12) and a cylindrical cap (13) with a hole (14), tapering to the inside of its surface is set on the insert protruding above the lid. Cap height is equal to the height of the removable insert, and the outer side of the insert protruding above the lid has a ledge along the perimetre. The cap is connected to the buckle, and the latch of the cap has a button to fix the position "closed container".

SUBSTANCE: container for waste of mostly medical origin comprises a container (1) made in the form of a plastic bucket with the neck (2) having a curve toward the outer lateral surface and equipped with the edge with ledge, a removable lid (3) with a flat bottom and flare for fixing. The bottom has an insert (5) with overlapping its part an internal baffle with a cutout, hole and hollows, and a fixed flange installed inside the insert (10). Removable lid is equipped with a movable lid (11) with sledge runners (12) moving along the longitudinal axis of the removable lid on guideways (13) rigidly fixed to its bottom and the insert protruding under the lid (5). The outer side of the bottom is equipped with stops for fixing the closed position of the moving lid. The movable lid is equipped with a cut with a ledge along its edge for the fixed flange in position - filling the container, a latch for opening and closing the movable lid set perpendicular to its transverse axis and the clamp which is attached to the bottom of a removable lid on the opposite side of the stops.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to housing and communal services. Proposed complex comprises pit, container mounted thereon and lifting mechanism. The latter has the base and cover arranged at the ground level and intake neck extending above the ground. Note here that lifting mechanism base is jointed with the cover and the winch. Container incorporates refuse compactor. Lifting mechanism drive consists of single-shaft four-drum winch with electromechanical drive and systems of pulleys and ropes arranged on pit walls and lifting mechanism base. Note here that one ends of the ropes are fastened to winch drums, while opposite ends are attached via tensioning devices to pit walls. System of ropes and pulleys can interact separately with lifting mechanism base edge spaced from the winch and base nearest edge.

EFFECT: higher reliability of operation and ease of maintenance.

SUBSTANCE: proposed container has housing in form of truncated cone with receiving and main reservoirs divided by damper. Mounted on lesser base of truncated cone is hinged cover of receiving reservoir; detachable bottom of main reservoir is mounted on larger base. Housing is provided with suction branch pipe fitted on lesser base of truncated cone in upper part of housing. Partition forming cavities is mounted along internal walls of main reservoir and detachable bottom. Cavity is filled with bulky material and is communicated with main reservoir in lower part of housing; in upper part of housing it is communicated with suction branch pipe. Main reservoir may be made in form of segments whose joints form passages closed with sealing material.
