SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dental orthopaedics, and aims at analysing the strength properties of temporary fixed dentures. A device for making identical experimental constructions of temporary fixed dentures consists of two mated rectangular box-shaped units and a stamp. The box-shaped units are made of a low-melting metal; an inner surface of each unit has a profile of a negative image of the construction of the temporary fixed denture longitudinally, and triangular saw cuts extending from occlusion surfaces of the negative image of each crown denture passing to the end surface of the box-shaped units. The inner surfaces of the box-shaped units have retention guides in the form of triangular spines on one unit and in the form of triangular recesses on the other one. Each of the end surfaces of the units projecting on the surface of abutment teeth has a profile of a positive image of prepared stumps. The stamp is made of a low-melting metal and has a profile of the positive image of the prepared stumps and prosthetic bed.

EFFECT: invention enables making the identical temporary dentures of various lengths made of various structural materials.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to prosthetic dentistry and is intended to study the strength characteristics of temporary non-removable dentures.

Known cuvette for compression molding dentures containing two halves, characterized in that it introduced removable, the spacer, and half of the cuvette equipped with a remote ledges, equal in height to the thickness of the spacer (Patent RF 2111724 from 27.05.1998).

This device is chosen for the prototype.

The invention aims to study the strength characteristics of the unified temporary non-removable dentures made of various construction materials.

The technical result of the invention consists in the manufacture of identical temporary non-removable dental prostheses of different lengths from different structural materials with the possibility of re-production if necessary.

The technical result of the invention is that the device manufacturers are identical experimental designs temporary non-removable dentures, consisting of two matching three-dimensional blocks of rectangular shape and stamp, characterized in that the three-dimensional blocks made of fusible metal and the inner surface each have a relief corresponding to the negative display design non-removable dental prosthesis in longitudinal section, and cuts triangular in shape, extending from the occlusal surfaces of the negative display each artificial crowns, turning on the end surface of three-dimensional blocks, as well as on the inner surfaces of three-dimensional blocks are the retention guides in the form of spines triangular shape at one and recesses corresponding to the shape of the triangles, on the other, with each of the end surfaces of the blocks are projected to the surface of the abutment teeth, has a topography corresponding to a positive display of the stubs of the prepared teeth, the stamp is made of fusible metal and has a topography corresponding to a positive display of the stubs of the prepared teeth and prosthetic bed, i.e. the alveolar bone, limited prepared teeth. This device allows you to produce identical, temporary fixed dental prostheses from different materials such as cold, hot polymerization and to study their structural characteristics, obtaining reliable results.

The device illustrated in the drawing, where figure 1:

The proposed device is used as follows.

Blocks are mapped to the internal surfaces, and through the hole with the end surface corresponding to the negative display of the stubs of the prepared teeth, introduces a structural material, after which it is condensed by a metal stamp, with the excess construction material out through the cuts and triangular. After polymerization of the material of construction blocks disclosed, the excess cut down, and obtained a temporary removable denture is polished and polished. After which the prosthesis is mounted on the stamp and studied its strength characteristics in the respective research units.

Method of obtaining edge adjoining of maxillary detachable prostheses on distal border includes final modeling of wax analogue of maxillary prosthesis, formation for rib of rigidity from wax along its distal border parallel to "A" line in both sides from pterygomandibular fossa, replacement of wax with plastic by compression method. After final modeling of wax analogue of maxillary prosthesis, preliminarily along its distal border parallel to "A" line in both sides from pterygomandibular fossa slot is made in gypsum model at 90 angle to palate surface, 3 mm wide and from 4 to 5 mm deep, slot is filled with heated wax, true distal edge of prosthesis is elongated to slot width, modeling new edge with wax at 90 angle to true distal edge of prosthesis, after which by compression method wax is replaced with plastic, rib of rigidity obtained along distal edge of prosthesis is removed.

SUBSTANCE: method involves taking impression and producing plaster model. Working surface of the plaster model is covered with thin insulating Isalgin layer, then thermoplastic materials and thermoshaping apparatus are used. The apparatus has heating element placed below a frame, two thermoplastic plates are mounted on the apparatus frame. The lower one usable as flexible pad is heated from below by means of thermoshaping apparatus and from above by means of additional domestic heating element fixed on tripod. Uniform and matched plate heating and their integration in united layer. When heated enough, the material is molded and then, prosthesis base is cut along preliminarily marked boundaries. The artificial teeth are joined with thermoplastic material using cool polymerization plastic and finished by applying traditional technological process.

EFFECT: high quality, rapid, one stage denture production process; high accuracy in matching prosthesis bed tissues.

SUBSTANCE: device has base bearing step frame. One of steps is parallelepiped-shaped and the other one is cylinder-shaped. Temperature sensor is set on cylinder surface. Heating element is mounted on cylinder perimeter. Heating chamber is mounted inside of the frame. The heating chamber has cartridge filled with material and piston which stem is two-stepped. The device has easily removable die and control unit enabling one complete automated control over device operation. The material is placed in closed cartridge smeared with thermostable silicon lubricant. The cartridge is introduced into heating chamber heated to material-melting temperature. The temperature is supported until complete material melting takes place. Pressure is applied to the material and it is pressed out from the chamber into die molding tool cavity. The process is supported until the material is preliminarily cooled. Then, the die is taken off together with the molding tool. The molding tool is cooled to complete material hardening and the article is removed from the molding tool. Then, required cleaning and finishing is done.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing dentures out of thermoplasts according to individual orders. The suggested equipment contains a pneumocylinder with a plunger and bars, fastening plates, heating chamber with thermoelements, a loading chamber, a cuvette supplied with a pouring foramen coming into a conic pouring gate situated in a press mold. Four horizontal bars are fixed to pneumocylinder's body being located horizontally and parallel to a plunger, and upon bars there are the first and the second fastening plates between which one should observe a heating chamber with thermoelements. A loading chamber located in heating chamber is designed as a thick-wall metal cylinder with limiting flange facing a cuvette. A precision piston is located in a cylinder from the side of a plunger, and a cup-like closure being faced inside a loading chamber with its curved edges. Plastic suspension is sealed between a piston and a closure being located in area of thermoelements disposition. A bunker for a cuvette and a press mold is fixed towards the second plate. A conic pouring gate being located in a press mold is designed with possibility to operate as an extruder.

SUBSTANCE: rigid splint recording of the lower jaw position in relation to the upper jaw is prepared on a denture of one of the jaws. A surface of the recording splint is adjusted in relation to the denture surface of the other jaw. The patient is adapted to the optimum position of the jaws for at least two months to achieve a symmetrical position of heads of the maxillotemporal joints. The jaw casts are mounted in a regulated articulator with the use of an occlusion splint recording the jaw position to be thereafter removed, and a space for mounting prosthetic structures is formed. The optimum position of the heads of the maxillotemporal joints is determined by multispiral computed tomography findings, at least twice. For the first time - prior to the prosthodontic treatment, for the second time and further - upon completion of optimising the lower jaw position in relation to the upper jaw, and further - after the temporary fixation of the prosthetic structures in the patient's oral cavity.

EFFECT: method enables creating the optimum positions of the heads of the lower jaws in the maxillotemporal joints by using an occlusion splint as the maximum occlusion recorder.

Trough-shaped grooves 1 mm deep divergent radially from the centre and extending onto a vestibular surface of the prosthesis within a transient fold, are formed on a basis from an internal surface using a pear-shaped chisel of the diameter of 2 mm; a chamfer is formed at an right angle along the perimetre of the prosthesis. An autopolymer resin paste of the second stage of swelling is applied on the internal surface of the prosthesis and fixed in patient's oral cavity in the position of centric relation of the jaws. The excess material is removed, and the prosthesis is polished.

EFFECT: method enables higher quality of removable denture fixation in patient's oral cavity with various compliance ratios of prosthetic bed mucosa due to the intra-oral reline.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and can be used in orthopaedic dentistry for oncologic patients. A removable resection upper jaw denture with a myogymnastic element comprises an immobilising and resection portions and a removable myogymnastic element. The immobilising portion is configured in the form of a fixing plate having a clasp fixation system on the rest teeth. The resection portion is provided with artificial plastic teeth, contacts directly the rest upper jaw tissues and form a prosthetic bed for a permanent denture. The myogymnastic element is configured in the form of an orthodontic wire individually curved for each patient and having various cross-sections with a bead of a variable diameter sliding along the orthodontic wire. Plastic deposits are made in a base in attachment points of the myogymnastic element. The orthodontic wire is fixed by tension into blind canals.

EFFECT: invention enables combining the dental prosthetics and correction of postoperative tongue dysfunction in the oncologic patients.

SUBSTANCE: stage of preparing a cast model from the teeth for re-producing, within the abutment teeth at the gingival margin, a denture wax plate 1.8-2 mm thick is laid so as to make it adjacent to the neck area and the alveolar tissue to fit clasp borders. Its surface is shaped, and a smooth taper is created from the neck area towards the mucous membrane, thereby forming the highest plate thickness within the neck area, and narrowing it down gradually along the alveolar tissue.

EFFECT: preventing gingival mucosal injuries within the abutment tooth, reducing the adaptation length and creating the more comfortable prosthesis use environment.
