Known wind power plant [RF patent №2277642 C2, F03D 3/00, 06.10.2006], containing a support and a rod attached at one end to the support by means of the swivel connection, in this case the rod is connected to the device, which has a surface area and the ability to resist the wind flow, as well as in automatic and or manual mode the user can change the size of its surface area and to move along the rod, the device resisting the wind flow, performs the deviation of the rod relative to the swivel when exposed to this device the wind flow, the rod is also connected to the compensator, holding this the rod in the vertical position in the absence of impact of the wind flow on the installation and return the rod to the vertical position after the impact of the wind flow to the wind energy installation.

The disadvantage of this design is the design complexity and low efficiency.

The disadvantages of this design are limited functionality, due to the perception of energy flow in one direction only.

The objective of the invention is the extension of functionality due to the perception of flow in all coordinate planes by introducing a three-oscillator oscillating type, minimizing energy loss due to the use of magnetic devices protection from exorbitant wind loads.

The technical result is to increase the efficiency and the energy efficiency of a wind power installation.

The problem is solved and this technical result is achieved by the fact that in oscillatory wind energy facility containing the working body, the energy Converter and the protection device beyond wind loads, according to the invention the working body in the form of an elastic element, the energy Converter made in the form of three-dimensional generator of oscillatory type, connected through the protection device beyond wind loads with elastic elements stored is, this protection device beyond the wind load is composed of the first and second permanent magnets spherical shape located opposite poles relative to each other.

In addition, according to the invention, the elastic element can be made in the form of a cone.

The invention is illustrated by drawings. Figure 1 shows an oscillatory wind power installation. Figure 2 shows the protection device beyond wind loads.

The proposed device comprises (1) the working body 1, made in the form of an elastic element associated magnetic communication with the power Converter 2, made in the form of three-dimensional generator of oscillatory type, consisting of an active system 3 and the rod 4, the protection device beyond wind loads 5, (figure 2) consisting of the first permanent magnet spherical shape 6, the second spherical shape of the permanent magnet 7 is located opposite poles relative to each other, and the rod 4 is rigidly connected to the second permanent magnet spherical shape 7 and the working body 1, made in the form of an elastic element, rigidly connected to the first permanent magnet spherical form 6.

The proposed wind power plant operates as follows: when the impact on the working body 1, carried out is in the form of the elastic element by the flow of fluid (liquid or gas) it starts to oscillate, while the vibrations are transferred to the first permanent magnet spherical form 6, which is drawn to the second permanent magnet spherical 7, due to this oscillation is transmitted to the terminal 4 of the power Converter 2, made in the form of three-dimensional oscillator oscillating type, which begins to produce electrical energy.

When exposed to the working body 1, made in the form of an elastic element, beyond the load fluid is gap magnetic coupling between the first permanent magnet spherical shape 6 and the second permanent magnet spherical 7, resulting in the connection between the working body 1, made in the form of the elastic element and the energy Converter 2, made in the form of three-dimensional generator of oscillatory type, terminated. As a result of damage of the working body 1, made in the form of an elastic element, under the action of the unbearable stress of the fluid energy Converter 2, made in the form of three-dimensional generator of oscillatory type, remains intact.

Thus, the claimed invention allows to extend the functionality with the introduction of the perception of flow in all coordinate planes and minimize energy losses due to the use of magnetic protection devices superderivative loads.

The result is improved efficiency and energy efficiency of a wind power installation.

SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant comprises a wind generator with a blade wind turbine with a vertical rotation shaft arranged inside a fixed blade air guiding device with a base and a cover, a power generator, a control unit, an additional source of energy. The wing 1 or the airfoil is connected with the spring 8 with a sling 4. Directly near the wing 1 the sling 4 is equipped with auxiliary rear and front bridles 5 and 6. The bridles 5 and 6 limit the attack angle from the minimum to the maximum position by means of movement of the axis relative to the centre of forces application, creating a torque, which in its turn results in change of the attack angle and sling 4 tension.

SUBSTANCE: method to convert energy of air or water flow currents is characterised by using of a power takeoff shaft, with which a wing 1 or an airfoil is kinematically connected via a movable axis being introduced into the flow along with its movement. The power takeoff shaft is arranged in the form of a crankshaft 5. The wing 1 or the airfoil is connected with the crankshaft 5 using a sling 4, equipped with additional short slings in close proximity of the wing. Slings provide for limitation of the attack angle of the wing 1 in the specified range. With the help of the device to control the attack angle 2 the attack angle of the wing 1 is changed with a jump from the minimum one to the maximum one, moving with the help of the movable mass of the accelerometer rigidly connected with a cam the axis of the main sling relative to the centre of application of aerodynamic forces depending on the direction of the crankshaft 5 motion.

SUBSTANCE: main and auxiliary vertical double blades are arranged on a turning cantilever. The axis of the main blade in a central part is connected to a casing on the cantilever end with a return spring, and its planes are fixed asymmetrically on the axis, i.e. with a larger surface area towards the cantilever attachment centre. In proposed method two physical are used simultaneously, namely, self-excited oscillations and electromagnetic induction. Conversion of energy of on coming flow is provided due to electromagnetic induction appearing at self-excited oscillations in metal strings (flexible conductors) arranged in on-coming flow and placed in magnetic field. According to law of electromagnetic induction, metal string executing oscillatory movements in magnetic field becomes electric energy (current) generator.

Wind-driven device contains tower, rotary head installed on it with weather vane and hinge, mast with sail fixed in hinge axis, and mechanism of working machine motion transfer. Wind-driven device additionally contains accumulator of potential energy, sail is arranged with variable area and contains mechanism of its alteration and sensors of accelerations, at that mast is connected to mechanism of working machine movement transfer and accumulator in the plane of its swinging with provision of possibility of its swinging in the range from initial position to the right angle to this position. Accumulator of potential energy is arranged in the from of weight fixed in mast below axis of its swinging, or in the form of elastic element, one end of which is hingedly fixed to rotary head, and the second one is hingedly fixed to the mast in plane of swinging of the latter. Mechanism of working machine movement transfer may be arranged in the form of piston pump, the cylinder of which is hingedly fixed in rotary head, and stem is hingedly connected to the mast, or in the form of linear electric generator, casing of which is hingedly fixed in rotary head, and core is hingedly connected to the mast, or in the form of electric generator with rotating core, the drive of which is arranged as threaded rack, which is hingedly connected to mast and threaded wheel. Even though the design is quite simple, invention makes it possible to efficiently use energy of wind in case of any velocities and accelerations, up to the hurricane ones.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering; it can be used for energy transformation of fluid medium flow into useful yield. Method includes positioning stages of parallel wing cascade in flow of fluid medium, installation of the above wings with two degrees of freedom at least and delivery of the above flow of fluid medium to pass cascade of wings in order to excite flutter oscillations of the above wings. Thereat each wing is installed by means of individual suspension rod by cantilevering; all suspension rods should be maintained in parallel to each other. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering and can be used for lifting water from wells and pits. Proposed plant comprises fixed base, horizontal foundation arranged to run thereon, two blades, counterweights, balance beam and pump. Every blade is fined on bar arranged in cylindrical casing to turn about its horizontal axis through 89 to 91°. Bar cylindrical casings are rigidly interjointed by horizontal shaft arranged on horizontal foundation to turn about its horizontal axis through 180° to 200° and provided with kinematic pair to transfer reciprocation to pump piston. Stabiliser represents a fin with empennage fixed on horizontal foundation, perpendicular to horizontal shaft. SUBSTANCE: electro-dynamic wind-electro-generator consists of tail components and wind receivers made in form of elastically tensioned bands connected by means of rods with spring-loaded movable part of linear electric generators. The bands are tensioned on vertical poles of a frame mounted on a rotary base; the tail components are fixed on horizontal rods secured to vertical poles; also the bands are connected with rods in their middle part.

EFFECT: raised reliability due to absence of rotating parts and low prime cost, because elastic bands functioning as active components are items of mass production and do not require complicated aero-dynamic surfaces expensive in fabrication.
