The paints contain luminescent compounds having daily luminescence in the visible range of light under the influence of natural lighting. The combinations of paints are such that the integral colour of the additional multilayer protected element is visually perceived as unsaturated close to achromatic. One of the embodiments of the protected element forms graphic shape or is part of a graphic shape, which changes its visual display due to changing its colour grade and/or optical density and/or saturation when copying the document on a printing device operating in a colour system CMYK.

The claimed solution relates to the manufacture of compositions, in particular to the manufacture of multilayer composite products and protective combinations of layers with special properties that protect, in particular, the paper against forgery.

Composition, protected from forgery, used in the manufacture of valuable papers and documents requiring a high level of protection against forgery, such as banknotes, passports, driving licenses etc.

Known technical solutions in the field of multilayer products with multiple layers of paint, phosphors, pigments, applied alternately on the paper layer in various embodiments, RU 2264296, EN 2199446.

Their disadvantage is that they are poorly designed for visually determining the authenticity of the protected paper and products made from it, such as banknotes and forms of the securities and excise and stamps.

The proposed solution is based on the use of multicolor solutions made printing method.

As already mentioned, the prior art technical solutions to obtain multi-layer compositions and the application of layers of paint, the color of which lies outside the range of the color gamut of the system CMYK color reproduction for security printing products from the fake.

For example, in solving EN 2199446 C2 describes for any figure for securities consisting of two or more adjacent to other areas with different color density, and a region with a higher color density forms theme. On top of these areas caused overprint of geometric figures, color and shape are chosen so that when the visual observation of the overall picture looks uniform, and when you photocopy a clear theme.

The technical result is achieved in that the multilayer protected by the composition according to the first embodiment is performed with additional multi-layer element formed on the surface of the paper, including multicolor coating in the form of a periodic raster made at least two inks of different colors, contrast relative to the positive surface of the paper, lying outside the area of the color gamut of the CMYK system, and is characterized by the fact that the ink contain fluorescent compounds with fluorescent luminescence in the visible range of light under the influence of natural light, and the combinations of colors such that the integral color additional multilayer protective element is visually perceived unsaturated close to achromatic.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to protect the product from counterfeiting. The method of forming a plurality of inorganic marking pigment scales comprises creation of a polymeric substrate for application of a removable coating, application of a removable coating on the polymeric substrate. After that, the embossing on the first part of the polymer substrate of the pattern of the first frame and the embossing on the second part of the pattern substrate of the second frame, different from the first pattern frame, is carried out before or after application of the removable coating on the polymeric substrate. The removable coating is removed from the polymer substrate and is processed to the mixture of scales that comprises a first plurality of scales substantially uniform in shape with the first frame pattern. To produce multiple of moulded inorganic marking pigment scales, the frame pattern of selected shape and character in the frame is applied to the polymeric substrate. Then at least one layer of an inorganic thin film is precipitated on the polymeric substrate and the layer of inorganic thin mixture is converted into a scales mixture, at that the scales mixture comprises scales having a selected shape and character.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain concealed scales, which when added to the ink or paint are not easily detectable when random observing under visible light and which can only be detected using ultraviolet or infrared radiation.

First adhesive layer in activated in the first area that covers, at least partially, one first section of base film while first adhesive layer is not activated, nor created, created only partially or deactivated in second area adjacent to said area. Then, first bearing film is cut, at least partially, along boundary line defining at least first area and separating at least one first section from second area of base film. Second part of base film including second section is removed from second bearing film. Note here that base film is adhered, at least one in one first section to second bearing film by activated first adhesive layer. Note that said first part comprises at least one first section and stays at second bearing film.
