The set of items contains a beverage preparation device having a cooking room for at least partial acceptance and accommodation of the means for retaining a beverage extract portion and one system for passing and pumping a fluid medium through the beverage preparation device. There are multiple devices for retention of a beverage extract potion, in particular, at least one package holder having a relatively small room designed so that to enable acceptance and accommodation of at least one bag containing a filtering envelope and a beverage extract portion. Additionally, the set contains a cooking unit having a room designed so that to enable acceptance and accommodation of a beverage extract portion in a loose form. The cooking room contains a filtering element where at least part of the cooking unit is designed so that to enable accommodation of the beverage preparation device within the cooking room. The cooking unit room is greater than that of the bag holder.

The objective of the invention is providing for a cooking machine wherein the connective device ensures reliable tight connection between the lower part and the upper part of the cooking machine. The cooking chamber for a cooking machine contains the lower part, installed for placement of cooking raw stock, and an outlet hole for cooked beverage as well as the upper part having an outlet hole for cooking water and covering the lower part when in the closed state. The connective device for tight connection of the lower part to the upper part has multiple connective elements, each directed in the guide tracks for essentially radial movement relative to one longitudinal axis of the cooking chamber and passing, when in the closed state, into the counterpart indentation so that to be protected against egress with a barrier.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of beverages with the help of a device adapted for receipt of a disposable capsule containing the beverage substance. The invention objective consists in exclusion of water leakage from the unit through the clamp spot. The device contains a boiling unit intended to accommodate the capsule after relative closure of the first and the second fastening elements forming the cavity to enclose the capsule and receiving the capsule on a flange-shaped rim to provide for liquid tight sealing. The first and the second fastening elements contain an essentially ring-shaped holding-down section for application of a sealing force to the capsule flange-shaped rim; the first and the second fastening elements are designed so that to enable their mutual closure at the clamp spot to ensure infiltration of liquid injected into the cavity in the absence of the capsule. Additionally, the first and the second fastening elements contain (within their ring-shaped holding-down sections) flow direction means having at least one passage to ensure controllable infiltration of liquid in the radial direction only within a limited arc section after closure of the first and the second fastening elements at the clamp spot.

Nonwoven material may be alternatively laminate of nonwoven materials having basic component in the form of nonwoven material of thermoplastic synthetic filament. Nonwoven material is provided with openings having maximum diameter of 200-2,000 micron, and has transmittance 50% or more, coefficient of powder leakage 10 wt% or less, and water absorbing capacity less than 10 s. Tea bag is made from such nonwoven material.

When loading system is being set up into the end plate and moved into the closed position, consolidation facility is shrunk and sealing relative to end plate for closing reservoir hole and volume generation might appear. It has beverage ingredients portion. While setting up the loading system into the end plate input and output openings are connected with input and output openings of the end plate so water from the input of end plate gets to the top through the loading system opening and the beverage produced from water and ingredients portion comes through the output opening and flows from the end plate opening.

SUBSTANCE: insert system to be used in beverage production machine is introduced. It has top oriented inlet for water supply and bottom oriented outlet for beverage discharging, produced by the device. Content of some amount of beverage ingredients in the cooking volume is possible according to the insert system production. The bottom part of the insert system has inlet and outlet with a possibility of connection between the inlet and outlet of end plate so that water from the inlet gets into the top to the cooking volume, so that the beverage made from water and mentioned amount of beverage ingredient goes to the bottom of the outlet, discharges from the outlet of end plate. The bottom part of the insert system has radio frequency ID (RFID) or a bar-code which is scanned by the reader of the device for its work to be controlled. Bar-code or RFID is located on the bottom part of the insert system so that the line which connects the inlet with the centre of the bar-code or RFID and the line which connects outlet with inlet of insert system are divided with a minimum angle blank no more than 70 degrees.

The body is open in the upturned area for pressure-tight installation on an espresso coffee making machine and has a hole in its bottom positioned on the axis of the said bowl for passage of extracted beverage. The filter holder has an adaptor that is inserted into the bowl and is basically cylindrical to contain a substance in a powder form the beverage is to be extracted from. The adapter may rotate coaxially relative to the bowl.
