SUBSTANCE: proposed device is composed of roller turn table with symmetric circular thrust guides. Lower guide is mounted at running gear lower frame. Upper guide is arranged at turn table lower belt. Rails with support surface are arranged at said circuit thrust guides. Taper rollers with cylindrical pins are arranged between said rails. Rollers are connected with cages, isolating inserts and washers. Lubricators are arranged at centres of axes on outer side of roller turn table. Diameter of thrust guides is comparable with lower frame width. Upper and lower rails are equipped with grooves for plates to be bolted thereto at circular guides. Flanges are made at taper roller inner ends. Edges of rail inner ends and mating flange surface are arc-shaped. Relationship between flange OD and maximum spacing between rail bearing surfaces ≥1.1. Roller pins are elongated relative to said flange and outer ends. Aforesaid cage represents a circular shell arranged inside roller turn table. Axles are pinned to said cage. Gaskets are fitted between roller flange and circular shell. Washers are fitted on axles on outer side of rollers.

The invention relates to career excavators, namely the support-rotating devices, can also be used in lifts and excavation and loading machines, designed to move goods, development and loading of the vehicle or the blade of minerals.

Known rotation device quarry excavator, comprising upper and lower rails, roller wheel, roller, gear and related parts, which form a mechanical roller circle (service Manual and repair mechanisms excavator HR, R.&H Mining Equipment - Technical Communications, 2002 Harnischfeger Corporation, p.3.22-3.33). Engine turn drives the shaft rotation and the pinion gear. Leading gear comes into engagement with a ring gear rotation and rotates the upper frame of the traveling trolley. The upper frame is supported on the conical rollers that ride on the treated upper and lower raceway of the rollers. The rollers have conical shape to ensure contact with the rails without slipping. The rollers mounted on the circular separator fingers in the holes at equal distances around the bearing cage. During operation of the machine roller Assembly moves between the top and bottom rails, covered with spray lubrication automatic lubrication system.

The disadvantage op is RNO-rotator excavator HR R& N is relatively small diameter of the roller circle and a limited number of rollers, resulting in high loads on its supporting surface, the upper and lower rails and rollers, and therefore, for operation of the excavator requires high-quality training soles bottom with a slope of not more than 3°.

The prototype selected rotation device according to the invention according to US patent No. 5205657 And 27.04.1993, the rotation device includes a turntable with upper and lower annular rails, as well as external and internal separators. Each guide ring has a bearing surface that are opposite to each other and have a gap between them. A number of tapered rollers are in rolling contact with the support surfaces of the guides, and each roller is mounted on the platen. Internal separator connects the ends of adjacent rollers of the roller from the side of the smaller ends of the rollers. Internal separator includes an element that is mounted on top on the side of the guide, in order to transmit the thrust load from the rollers through the separator guide.

The invention also relates to such a turning circle in which the second external separator connects the opposite ends of the rollers of the adjacent rollers and there are elements connecting the outer separator with inside the cage so that to the thrust load transmitted from the rollers on the outside of the separator and through the connection elements on the inner separator.

The use of two separators, external and internal, reduces the maintainability of a turntable, and therefore, the durability and reliability of the excavator.

The technical object of the present invention is to provide a reliable stable with a uniform distribution of loads maintainable turntable career excavator in the form of an annular bearing by increasing the diameter of the ring rails relative to the lower frame of the excavator, as well as reduce the load directly on each roller.

The technical problem is solved by performing a turntable in the form of a roller circle containing an annular thrust guides - bottom, mounted on the lower frame of the undercarriage, and the top placed on the lower belt turntable, on the ring rails installed rails with bearing surfaces between which is placed a conical rollers with cylindrical axes. The axis of the rollers is connected to the separator, they are equipped with insulating liners and gaskets, and in the center of each axis, with the outer side of the roller circle are nipples.

The diameter of the thrust guides commensurate with the width of the lower is her frame; the upper and lower rails provided with grooves in which are located the strap, bolted to the ring guides. On the inner ends of the rollers are made of the flanges and the edges of the inner ends of the rails and coupled with it the surface of the flange is made arcuate. The ratio of the outer diameter of the flange to the maximum distance between the support surfaces of rails>1,1 - Axis is made elongated, relatively flange and the outer ends of the rollers. The separator is an annular ring placed inside the roller of the circle on which the pins are fixed axis, between the flanges of the rollers and ring sides are laying, and on the outer side of the rollers installed on the axis of the washer.

The execution of a turntable, in which the diameter of the thrust guides commensurate with the width of the bottom of the frame, allows you to create a uniform distribution of the load on the crawler frame by increasing the area of support and number of rollers.

Execution of the separator in the form of an annular shell which is placed inside the roller circle makes free access to its components - so-friendly and maintainable.

Fastening the upper and the lower curve is sa, between the supporting surfaces which are rolled conical rollers, by means of straps, bolted to the rails, ensures the stability of a turntable that holds the rails in horizontal and vertical plane and prevents buckling of the support surfaces due to local plastic deformation under the action of vibration and shock loads, increases the reliability of a turntable.

The execution of the flange on the tapered rollers holds the rollers on the bearing surfaces, prevents deformation and fatigue spalling pitting and exfoliation under the action variables of the contact stresses. And running the width of the flanges meet the ratio of its external diameter to the maximum distance between the support surfaces of rails≥1,1, allows you to retain the rollers on the bearing surfaces. The manufacture of the mating surfaces of the flanges and the edges of the arcuate rails, eliminates the possibility of stress concentration inherent in the edges and corners.

Shims on the axle between the flange rollers and cage, eliminate contact between them, and also protect softer in comparison with roller, steel cage. In addition, since the thickness of the flanges decreases the friction of the rails, adjusting the width about the gasket, it is possible to prevent distortions and deformations in the system of the rails - the movie - circular shell (separator).

In figures 1, 2 and 3 shows the rotation device of the General type, a rotary platform (bottom view) and in section, respectively.

Figure 1 shows the roller ring 1, symmetric ring thrust guides 2 and 3 and the separator 4 in the form of an annular shell, placed inside the roller circle 1. The lower thrust guide 2 is installed on the lower frame of the undercarriage 5, and the upper supporting guide 3, is installed on the lower belt turntable 6 (figure 2 and figure 3). Ring thrust rails 2 and rails 3 installed 7, between the supporting surfaces which are placed in the conical rollers 8. The rollers 8 are placed cylindrical axis 9 with insulating liners 10. On the axis 9 between the conical rollers 8 and the separator 4 are strip 11. Grease 12 installed in the centers of the axes 9 on the outer side of the roller circle 1. Lower bearing guide 2 commensurate with the lower frame 5 and the upper and lower rails 7 are slots 13 which are placed in the strap 14 secured by bolts 15 to the annular rails 2 and 3. On the inner ends of the tapered rollers 8 are made of the flanges 16. The inner edges of the rails 7 are arcuate, as well as paired them with the connection of the roller 8 with the flange 16. Axis 9 of the stud and 17 are attached to the separator 4. On the axis 9 between the flange 16 of the roller 8 is installed gaskets 11 and on the outer side of the rollers 9 are washers 18, limiting their radial movement.

Rotation device operates as follows (Fig. 1, 2 and 3).

When running the drive, the drive gear rotation, objetivas around the gear rim (figures not shown), according to the rotation of the thrust guide 3 that is installed on the lower belt turntable. The rollers 8 roll on the supporting surface of the rail 7 is fixed on the guide rail 2 and the lower frame 5. The tapered rollers 8 axial and radial load and moment acting on the movable bearing guide 3.

The proposed rotation device allows to obtain a uniform distribution of loads on the lower frame of the undercarriage, to avoid deformation and rolling bearing surfaces, as well as to facilitate access to the sites and mechanisms.

Toothed rim is equipped with inner projection, and carrier ring is equipped with outer projection with annular tracks. Projection of toothed rim is located above projection of carrier ring, and between projections in the appropriate separator there installed are rolling bodies with possibility of free rolling along annular tracks of projections.

SUBSTANCE: supporting-rotating apparatus has base and rotary platform between which are positioned three rotating wheels and two intermediate members, said intermediate members being mounted between rotating wheels. Central brake is installed on rotary platform and is cooperating with base through joining link which is connected with its upper end through Hooke's universal joint and central brake to rotary platform and with its lower end through the same Hooke's universal joint to base. Link is adapted for changing its length by means of, for example, splined joint. Intermediate and lower rotary wheels are equipped with brakes. Proposed drive comprises hydraulic cylinder, double-arm lever and tie-rod coupled with jib. Hydraulic cylinder and levers are intercrossed to make closed system while double-arm lever interacts with hydraulic cylinder in oblique angle zone to increase actuator turn angle. Rotational axes of hydraulic cylinder case and double-arm lever are located on one straight line and equidistant from jib turn axis.

Platform horizontal turn mechanism represents blade hydraulic motor with its housing rigidly coupled with aforesaid roller support top part and furnished with a sector rigidly coupled with inner surface of the body. Said body has holes precisely mating the work fluid feed/discharge channels arranged in said sector. Running crown wheel is installed in one rolling bearing and one sleeve bearing with working movable surface of sleeve bearing being the outer surface of running crown wheel and immovable surface being inner surface of reduction gear casing. For the case of emergency switch-off of the main drive carrier has tooth rim that may be engaged into mesh with plug-pinion which in this case is installed into filler plug orifice and may be turned by wrench.

SUBSTANCE: support-rotating device (SRD) incorporates rotary-roller support with its lower part rigidly attached to the self-propelled chassis frame and furnished gear ring arranged along its outer edge, and its upper movable part accommodating platform rigidly fixed thereon. The platform supports manipulator and mechanism to turn the said platform with the manipulator horizontally and relative to the self-propelled chassis frame, the latter being furnished with a motor and a reduction gear with its output shaft provided with a drive gear in mesh with the aforesaid gear ring of the support fixed part. A rotary plate is fitted on the reduction gear output shaft, furnished with additional gears driven from the drive gear via a flexible link, e.g. a roller chain and lantern gears, one of them being fitted on the drive gear shaft, the others on the additional gear shafts. The said additional gears are in mesh with the fixed support gear ring.

EFFECT: longer life of SRD and machine proper.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in devices designed for turning in a horizontal or vertical plane. The turn drive contains a tooth rim meshing with two identical main gears; the said rim is assembled on a turning portion of the object, this turning portion is installed with a support component on the base whereon an electric motor, a brake mechanism and a reducer are arranged. The electric motor via a coupling is connected to an input shaft of the reducer which includes a frictional mechanism to limit a maximum torque at the input shaft of the reducer, self braking worm gear and two differential mechanisms. Each of the differential mechanisms is made as a planetary drive equipped with an epicyclic gear, a sun gear, a carrier and satellites. One of the main gears is secured to the shaft made as one whole with the carrier of the first planetary gear, the axis of which is geometrically coupled with the central axis of the latter. The other main gear is fixed on the shaft installed in the case of the reducer; whereon the gear is attached meshing with the gear made as one whole with the epicyclic gear of the first planetary gear mechanism. The sun gear of the second planetary gear mechanism is connected to the shaft of the motor; epicyclic gear of the planetary gear mechanism by means of tooth meshing is kinematically tied to the above said friction mechanism. The sun gear of the first planetary gear mechanism is secured on the shaft which is kinematically tied with the carrier of the second planetary gear mechanism via the said self braking worm gear.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation, improvement of dynamic and operational characteristics of a turn drive.

Proposed turning drive contains motor with brake, reduction gear, friction mechanism to limit maximum torque on reduction gear shaft and differential mechanism, all mounted on support and turnable (movable) parts of object. Motor is connected with input shaft of reduction gear on output shaft of which ring main gear is secured, being in meshing with gear rim. Differential mechanism is made in form of planetary train with epicyclic gear, sun gear, carrier and planet pinions. Sun gear is connected with motor shaft, carrier is connected with input shaft of reduction gear, and epicyclic gear is mechanically coupled with said friction mechanism through gearing.

SUBSTANCE: supporting-and-rotating apparatus has roller-type rotating support having lower immovable part rigidly fixed on frame of self-propelled chassis and equipped with toothed crown on its inner circumference. Rotating platform is rigidly fixed on upper movable part of support and handler is mounted on said platform. Rotation mechanism for rotating platform with handler in horizontal plane relative to frame of self-propelled chassis is also fixed on movable part of support. Platform rotation mechanism has engine and reducer with drive gear rigidly fixed on output shaft, said drive gear being meshed with toothed crown of immovable part. Device for shifting of cantilever of drive gear shaft is made in the form of U-shaped frame whose sides are extending in horizontal plane, have different lengths and are equipped with openings wherein drive shaft with drive gear is introduced through bearing units. U-shaped frame is joined with its longer side to rotating platform.

EFFECT: elimination of misalignment in drive gear and toothed crown teeth meshing to thereby enhance reliability and prolong service life of apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for taking loose materials from pile and stowing them in layers differing in content of useful component in each layer with simultaneous averaging in process of taking material from pile and it can be used in open stores. Proposed loose material stower-gripper has boom of gripper and boom of stower of lift-lower type turnable in horizontal plane by slewing circle installed on base and drives to turn booms of gripper and stower. Slewing circle is made in form of fixed rings rigidly secured to each other and to frame of base, two coaxially arranged movable rings with gear rims resting of fixed rings through solids of revolution. Movable rings are non-connected mechanically, one movable ring being furnished with external teeth rim coupled with gripper boom turning drive, and the other is provided with internal teeth rim coupled with stower boom turning drive. Each toothed rim has independent self-contained system to regulate geometrical parameters of mating of solids of revolution with movable and fixed rings. Base be made in form of self-propelled chassis or stationary portal. Gripper boom has gripping member of rotary or scraper type.

EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of stower-gripper, facilitated maintenance.
