FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and power engineering and can be used in treatment of industrial and household wastes. The vortex layer apparatus has a removable cartridge (2) made of nonmagnetic material with inserts of ferromagnetic material, mounted in the active area of a pipe (4). The cartridge (2) is a cylinder whose ends are closed by swirl diffusers with blades (7) which overlap with each other, inside of which there is a rod (9). There are ferromagnetic particles inside the reaction chamber (6). An electromagnetic inductor (1) creates a rotating magnetic field in the working area.

EFFECT: invention improves efficiency and the quality of treating a liquid and simplifies operation of the apparatus.

The invention relates to the fields of energy and environmental protection the environment and can be used in the chemical, energy, oil and gas and other industries, in particular for the treatment of industrial and domestic wastewater.

It is known device [1. RF patent 2446867, IPC7B01F 3/08], containing two consecutive working zone of the pipe with the working bodies in the form of ferromagnetic particles (needles) inside and outer electromagnetic inductors, creating rotating in opposite directions of the magnetic field. At the entrance of the working zones installed deflectors, giving the incoming fluid rotation in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the magnetic field. Outlet baffles to stop the rotation of the liquid and prevent the removal of particles and working areas. In two working zones creates a rotating magnetic field of adjustable intensity, frequency and direction of rotation.

The disadvantages of this device are:

- the complexity of the structural design;

- high intensity and large energy consumption in the processing liquid;

- not solved the problem of wear of the mounting surfaces in the work area, resulting in failure of the entire device.

As a prototype accept the activator fluid [2. RF patent 2224586, IPC7B01F 13/08, B01J8/16], containing the work area of the pipe, covered with a layer of wear-resistant ceramics, with a working medium in the form of a bimetallic needles with the outer surface of a nonmagnetic metal, such as titanium, with a core of a ferromagnetic material and an outer electromagnetic coil.

The disadvantages of the prototype:

lack of efficiency and the quality of the processing liquid;

- application wear-resistant ceramics increases the life of the activator, but does not solve the problems of the durability of its operation as a whole;

- not solved the problem of replacement of ferromagnetic particles (needles) when they wear, which complicates the operation of the activator.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the efficiency and quality of the processing liquid and the simplification of the operation.

This result is achieved in that the apparatus of the vortex layer contains a replaceable cartridge of a nonmagnetic material, is installed in the active zone of the pipe, the working fluid in the form of ferromagnetic needles within the reaction chamber and outer electromagnetic coil, and a removable cartridge is a cylinder installed inside the terminal, closed with the ends of the vortex diffusers with blades that overlap each other. In a replaceable cartridge made by insertion of a ferromagnetic material, you can set the rotation is of the cartridge in the active area of the device.

This set of innovations can improve the efficiency and quality of the fluid and to simplify the operation.

The device works vortex layer as follows. Magnetic inductor 1 is connected to AC power, creates in the working area of the rotating magnetic field. Replacement cartridge 2, at the expense made it inserts made of ferromagnetic material 3, under the influence of the magnetic field starts to rotate in the active zone of the pipe 4. Ferromagnetic particles (needles) 5, placed in the reaction chamber 6, under the influence of a magnetic field also make heavy traffic. The variation of the mass ferromagnetic particles (needles) 5 and ferromagnetic inserts 3 in the removable cartridge 2 allows you to specify when their rotation scoretotal each other.

The liquid entering the reaction chamber 6 passes through the vortex diffusers 7, located on the ends of the removable cartridge 2. Restrictive ring 8 prevents removal of the cartridge fluid flow from the active zone of the pipe 4. When passing through the vortex diffusers 7 liquid dissected into tiny droplets and receives an initial rotation, getting into reaction chamber 6. When interacting ferromagnetic particles 5 performing heavy traffic with drops of liquid, is effective mixing, the activation fluid and the acceleration of physico-chemical reactions during the processing liquid.

In the prototype ferromagnetic particles (needles), rotating in the working area of the pipe, are not uniformly distributed in volume, partially offset toward the periphery of the pipe. In the proposed apparatus, the diameter of the rod (sleeve) 9 installed inside a removable cartridge 2 is chosen so that the ferromagnetic particles (needles) 5 are distributed in the zone with the highest value of magnetic induction, increasing the efficiency and quality of the processing liquid. In addition, the vortex diffusers 7 installed with the ends of the removable cartridge 2, prevents the removal of the needles beyond the cartridge.

Another advantage of the proposed device is the possibility of replacing the ferromagnetic particles (needles) 5 when they wear, due to the application of the Oia replaceable cartridge 2 into the apparatus. In the prototype this issue was not resolved.

In addition, in the prototype to enable fluid is used the working area of the pipe. However, the magnitude of the magnetic induction along the working area of the pipe varies, as shown in Figure 3. It is established that for the processes of mixing of liquid or of different phases, for example with gas, the value of the magnetic induction in the range from 0.1 T to 0.19 TL. In the proposed apparatus of the removable cartridge 2 is installed in the reactor tube 4 (corresponding to the interval of the magnetic induction). In the passive zone of the pipe can be installed adsorption filters, for example, when cleaning fluid from metal contamination.

The invention improves the efficiency and quality of the processing liquid, and to simplify the operation of the apparatus. In addition, the use of the above-described removable cartridge allows to unify the apparatus of the vortex layer for use in various industries, which will lead to cost reduction of the apparatus of the vortex layer during production. One type of apparatus of the vortex layer, can be used cartridges with different mass and distributed by the volume of the ferromagnetic inserts. The cartridges can be filled with different weight and number of ferromagnetic particles (needles) and a catalytic additives, depending the spine from tasks.

The apparatus of the vortex layer containing the working area of the pipe with the working fluid in the form of ferromagnetic needles inside and outside electromagnetic inductor, characterized in that in the active zone of the tube is placed a removable cartridge of a nonmagnetic material, the cartridge is made by insertion of a ferromagnetic material, and the cartridge is a cylinder installed inside the terminal, closed with the ends of the vortex diffusers with blades that overlap each other.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for reagentless purification and disinfection of water comprises two hydraulic cyclones 20, 21, a reactor tank 1 with an air-stripping tower 2, in the top part of which there are two ejectors 3, 4, mixing chambers of which are directed towards each other. Over the mixing chambers there is a cupola-shaped reflection shield 5, over which there is a filter cartridge 8. The reactor tank 1 is divided by two vertical perforated partition walls 9, 10 into two compartments. The first compartment 12 of the reactor tank 1 contains a settling tank 15 linked to a drainage system. The second compartment 13 of the reactor tank 1 is equipped with upper 17 and lower 18 water level sensors. The outlet of the reactor tank 1 is connected to the feed line of the water to be treated and a pipe for feeding water to the consumer. The hydraulic cyclones 20, 21 are connected to the feed line of the water to be treated and the drainage system, and through mesh filters 22, 23 to inlets of receiving chambers of the ejectors 3, 4.

EFFECT: invention increases the water/air contact area and provides further dispersion, cavitation, agitation, aeration and degassing of the treated water.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: composition is also used to soften and desalinate process water, in production of synthetic detergents, in the paint industry and industry of polymer materials. The composition for producing cation-exchange fibre material consists of paraphenol sulphonic acid, formalin, basalt wool subjected to preliminary heat treatment for 1 hour at 350-450C and microwave treatment at radiation power of 750 W for 30 s, and further contains phenol resin - a phenol production waste. The composition contains, wt %: paraphenol sulphonic acid 48.4-54.4, formalin 35.3, heat- and microwave-treated basalt wool 9.1, phenol resin 1.2-7.2.

EFFECT: composition enables synthesis of cation-exchange fibre material with an improved set of properties, particularly higher static exchange capacity and low filtrate oxidation susceptibility, and solves the problem of recycling phenol resin.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adsorption treatment of waste water. Disclosed is a method of reducing concentration of barium in water. The method includes preparing aqueous manganese oxide and mixing with barium-containing water. At pH higher than 4.8, aqueous manganese oxide acquires a negative charge and barium is adsorbed on the negatively charged surface. Manganese oxide with barium adsorbed on its surface is mixed with a flocculant. A treated output stream of water with low barium concentration is obtained after separating the formed sludge.

EFFECT: invention provides a simple technique of removing barium from waste water.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial waste water treatment. Modified natural zeolite is used for treatment. The natural zeolite is modified with a solution of hexamethyldisilazane in toluene. The modified zeolite is dried successively in open air and in a muffle furnace at temperature of 110C.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain modified zeolite having zinc sorption capacity of 95 mg/g and nickel sorption capacity of 94 mg/g.

FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection, particularly, to removal of spilled oil products from sea or lake surfaces. Absorbent, for example, peat-moss is delivered by whatever transport facility to oil spillage. Said absorbent is sprayed thereto and there above. Said peat-moss absorbs oil phase and separates it from water phase. Obtained with oil encapsulated in peat pores is collected and processed. Absorbent delivery package is composed by bag wherein said peat-moss is compacted and twisted. Said package comprises blast charge intended for its breaking to release absorbent therefrom. Absorbed oil products are collected by means of partially immersed ship drag-net, or slick bars, or oil collectors or pumps. Then, peat-moss with absorbed oil is processed to separate water mechanically or said peat is placed in bags and stored for delivery to shore for further processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention is used to protect underwater structures and equipment from biofouling. The method includes, at the output of a bypass channel, generating and emitting energy, information, high-gradient and bioresonance signals which act on fish and change their behavioural characteristics; simultaneously emitting noise signals and creating a dense air-bubble screen which rises on the surface of biofouling and impurities. The air-bubble screen and the noise acoustic waves are additional barriers for aggregation of fish near the output of the bypass channel with superheated water. A floating boom is turned on the water surface to form a continuous barrier for biofouling and impurities rising to the surface, which are then collected in form of dirty foam. A mobile system equipped with acoustic radiators is used to forcefully move the aggregation of fish - natural predators for biofouling, from a remote part of a water body to a region adjacent to a supply channel by continuously emitting energy, information, high-gradient and bioresonance signals. Simultaneously, a second acoustic module and a second acoustic-bubble module are used to form an acoustic barrier for fish - natural predators of biofouling, as well as an acoustic-bubble shield in the narrowest part of the water body. Recycled water being cooled in the water body is further purified from biofouling and impurities and fish are not released from this part of the water body. Simultaneously, a third acoustic module and a third acoustic-bubble module are used to form an acoustic barrier for juvenile fish- natural predators of biofouling, as well as an acoustic-bubble shield at the input of the supply channel of the facility of the power system. As a result, recycled water cooled in the water body is further purified from biofouling and impurities. Simultaneously, intense ultrasonic waves and low-frequency electromagnetic waves act on the biofouling at the input of a water-intake window, with simultaneous removal of biofouling from the mechanical protective screen, and at the output of the inlet pipe of the underwater structure. Simultaneously, an acoustic filter mounted at the input of the equipment of the facility of the power system performs fine purification of water from biofouling, as well as biological and mechanical impurities.

EFFECT: high quality of purification and reliability of protecting underwater structures and equipment from biofouling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sorption extraction of caesium radionuclides from aqueous solutions. The method of extracting caesium radionuclides includes filtering an aqueous solution through a selective sorbent which is iron-potassium ferrocyanide on a support, desorption of caesium from the sorbent with an alkaline solution containing Trilon B and potassium oxalate. The eluate obtained from desorption is further filtered through a sorbent which is nickel-potassium ferrocyanide.

EFFECT: faster caesium extraction and minimal volume of obtained concentrate containing caesium radionuclides.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment by combination of processes including coagulation, sedimentation, flocculation and ballast flocculation additionally perfected by simplified circulation of sediment. Sediment circulation system allows operation at higher density of sediment and with less notable losses of water. Here, sediment accumulated in sedimentation zone bottom part is forced through hydraulic cyclone definite number of times in periodic cycles to increase the density of extracted sediment of solid particles. This system can be controlled also with the help of suspended solid product analyser, flow metre and/or timer.

EFFECT: control over fluid flow behaviour with the help of above described method.

Swirler is arranged on filter cylindrical shell outer side, between said shell and casing. Device is regenerated by forcing high-pressure gas backflow through the filter. Proposed system comprises cyclone making first cleaning stage that has case, peripheral inlet of flow, cover, bin, cleaned gas outlet branch pipe with filtration element that makes second cleaning stage. Gas axial inlet represents rectangular bend with outer part communicated with axial inlet branch pipe and inner part arranged in symmetry about said case and comprises tapered cylinder nose cone arranged there inside and aligned therewith. Proposed system comprises cyclone that makes the first separation stage and communicates with filter element that makes the second dust separation stage. Said cyclone comprises case with dust discharge branch pipe, swirler with spiral cover, inlet and outlet branch pipes. Filtration chamber represents a cabinet with cutout made in side doors of vertical filter elements that represent filtration sleeves. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to dust collection machinery. The installation contains a cyclone representing the first gas-and-air mixture decontamination stage and a hose filter representing the second decontamination stage. The cyclone contains a housing consisting of a cylindrical and a conic parts, a cover, a spiral gas flow inlet represented by an inlet nipple, a dust removal hole, a louver separator installed inside and coaxial to the cylindrical part, a plate washer installed coaxial to the housing conic part and an exhaust pipe for decontaminated gas outlet connected to the hose filter filtering chamber via an air duct. The hose filter filtering chamber is shaped as a cabinet with side doors for removal of vertically position filtering elements represented by filtering hoses. The hose filter is equipped with a temperature sensor mounted inside a housing; mounted inside the dust collection bin is an emergency dust level sensor; mounted inside the filtering section outlet box is an automatic thermal annunciator sensor. The above sensors outputs are connected to the governing controller. In the filter filtering section outlet box a manifold is mounted with nipples for connection to the fire extinguishing system whose control unit is connected to the governing controller.

SUBSTANCE: filter includes vertical cylindrical body with conical bottom provided with connecting means for dust removal, connecting means for feeding dust-laden gas into filter, lid, an exhaust pipe and connection means for cleaned gas extraction. Connection means for dust-laden gas feeding is tangential to the body. The exhaust pipe also serves as a filter. Connection means for cleaned gas extraction is composite and partly formed of porous material. Attached to wind wheel are rods with blades rotating together with the wind wheel around a filtering member.

EFFECT: provision of continuous regeneration of filtering exhaust pipe surface, increased efficiency of duct-gas system separation due to increasing duct particle velocities, reduced size due to usage of working space for centrifugal gas cleaning and filtration, simplified production and operational reliability.
