FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: package and method of making a container for smoking articles having a discontinuities tactile coating is proposed. The present invention relates to packaging for consumer goods, with discontinuous tactile coating.

Consumer goods, such as tobacco products, usually Packed in containers formed from one or more folded blanks of paper, cardboard or other sheet material. Thus, it would be particularly desirable to provide a pack of cigarette products that have long texture on the outer surface, causing a tactile feel for the user every time he takes her in his arms.

According to the present invention, the packaging for consumer goods, with a discontinuous tactile coating. Discontinuous tactile coating is formed by applying one or more coating on the outer surface of the packaging in the form of drawing, including many relief items, having a height of at least about 10 microns and a separation of at least about 20 microns.

For the specification, the term "coating" is used to denote a liquid coating, polyurethane to cure.

The pattern may include a concentration gradient or distribution of one or more coating per unit area of the outer surface of the package. For example, the concentration gradient of one or more varnishing figure may vary on the first segment with a low concentration and a second area with a high concentration.

The concentration gradient can be achieved by changing the area of the pattern on the surface (for example,increasing the size of the geometric detail or font size alphanumeric parts of the figure). Alternative or additionally, the concentration gradient can be achieved by changing the height of the raised parts of the image.

This discontinuous tactile coating is preferably provided on the plot outside of the package made by adding image, text, or combinations thereof. For example, the discontinuous tactile coating can be formed by applying one or more coating on the site outside of the package, printed with the logos of the manufacturer or brand, trademarks, slogans or other information about advertising, prizes or product. Alternative or additionally, the discontinuous tactile coating can be formed on unfit to print the plot or flat plot outside of the package.

Where discontinuous tactile coating is provided on the plot outside of the package, printed with the pattern, discontinuous tactile coating can be formed by applying one or more types of varnish on the outer surface of the packaging in the form of a picture related to one or more parts of the printed image. For example, the discontinuous tactile coating can be formed by applying one or more types of varnish on the outer surface of the packaging in the form of a figure related to the producer's logo or brand printed is on the outer surface.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the discontinuous tactile coating is formed by applying one or more colored coating on the outer surface of the package.

As well as providing the original texture, which causes the tactile sensations, the application of one or more colored coating on the outer surface of the packaging for consumer products according to the invention is preferably attached to the exterior of the packaging original form.

For the specification, the term "colored coating" is used to denote varnish comprising at least one coloring agent selected from the group consisting of pigments, dyes and matting tools. Discontinuous tactile coating can be formed by applying two or more types of varnish painted the same or different colors outside of the package.

Packaging can be made of any suitable material or combination of materials, provided that at least a section of its outer surface made from a material or combination of materials that you can apply the paint. Suitable materials include, but are not limited to such materials as paper, cardboard (for example, paper, cardboard, thin cardboard or carton Board),layered cardboard (for example, cardboard, covered with foil or foil), plastic, metal and combinations thereof.

Preferably the packaging is made of cardboard. More preferably the packaging is made of cardboard having a weight of from about 50 grams per square meter to about 350 grams per square meter. Most preferably, the package is made of cardboard having a weight of about 60 grams per square meter to about 250 grams per square meter.

Preferably the packaging is made from one or more folded flat blanks, more preferably from one or more folded flat carton blanks.

Discontinuous tactile coating can be formed by applying one or more types of varnish on the outer surface of the package in any suitable manner. For example, one or more coating can be deposited deep or Rotogravure printing, flexography, lithographic printing, offset printing or silkscreen printing.

One or more coating can be deposited on the outer surface after the execution of the package. Alternatively, one or more coating may be applied to one or more component or the material from which made the package at any time before or during the execution of the package. In a preferred embodiment, the one or more varnishing solidified in the atmosphere of inert gas. For example, one or more coating can harden in nitrogen or carbon dioxide atmosphere.

Alternative or additionally, one or more coating can harden by other known methods. For example, one or more coating can harden with exposure to UV rays.

Suitable coating for use in the present invention are known in the prior art and are available for purchase, for example, Schmid Rhyner AG of Adliswil, Switzerland.

Packaging according to the invention can be used for a variety of consumer goods. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the packaging according to the present invention is used for Smoking products.

The container of Smoking articles according to the invention can accommodate tobacco products without a filter and tobacco products with different filter ends. In addition, the container of Smoking articles according to the invention can accommodate tobacco products of the same type or brand (for example, tobacco products with different filters, different blend of tobacco flavors, with a total delivery of substances in the form of particles, the resistance of bolts or delivery of nicotine). The invention further presents a method for performing the packaging for consumer goods, with discontinuous tactile coating, the method includes: applying one or more types of varnish on the outer surface of a flat workpiece in the form of drawing, including many relief items, having a height of at least about 10 microns and a separation of at least okolo20 microns; and freezing of one or more types of varnish.

Preferably the method includes freezing the one or more types of varnish in the atmosphere of inert gas. For example, the method may include the freezing of one or more types of varnish in nitrogen or carbon dioxide atmosphere.

In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises: bending the flat blank around a group of Smoking products.

The invention will be further disclosed only by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

Figure 1 is a perspective view of the container with hinged lid of Smoking articles according to a variant implementation of the invention having a discontinuous tactile coating formed by applying a colored coating on the front wall of the package with hinged lid in the form of a continuous striped pattern; and

Figure 2 (a)-(f) are examples of permanent and non-permanent drawings on which one or more coating can be applied on the outer surface of the packaging for consumer products according to the invention.

The container 10 with hinged lid of Smoking products, shown in figure 1, generally includes the lower portion 12 of the box and the upper portion 14 of the lid, the hinge is attached to the bottom section 12 of the box along a horizontal hinge line that extends across the rear wall of the container 10 with hinged lid. Although the invention has been presented as the example above relative to the container with hinged lid, having a discontinuous tactile coating on the outer surface of one wall, it is desirable that the container of Smoking articles according to the invention can have a discontinuous tactile coating on the outer surface of the two or more walls of the container. For example, in the following embodiment (not shown), the entire outer part of the con is anera with hinged lid of figure 1 provided with a discontinuous tactile coating by applying a colored coating in the form of a constant vertical striped pattern on the entire outer surface of the front right side, left side, back, bottom and top wall section 14 cap.

For example, in other embodiments, execution (not shown) the container with hinged lid of figure 1 provided with a discontinuous tactile coating by applying a colored coating in the form of (i) unstable spiral pattern on all of the outer surface of the front wall section 12 of the box and cover 14; and (ii) permanent vertical striped pattern on the entire outer surface of the rear wall section 12 of the box and cover 14.

Although the invention is described above as an example relative to the container of Smoking articles having a discontinuous tactile coating formed by applying a colored coating on portions of the outer surface of the front wall section 12 of the box and land cover 14 in the form of a continuous striped pattern, it is desirable that the packaging for consumer products according to the invention can have a non-continuous coating is formed by struck the of the one or more varnishes to the outer surface of the packaging in the form of other permanent or non-permanent drawings. Examples of other permanent drawings on which one or more coating can be deposited on the outer surface of the packaging for consumer products according to the invention for the formation of a discontinuous tactile coating shown in Figa-2d. 1. A method of manufacturing a container (10) of Smoking articles having a discontinuous tactile coating (16), including:
application of one or more colored varnishes to the outer surface of a flat workpiece in the form of drawing, including many relief items, having a height of at least about 10 microns and a separation of at least about 20 microns;
curing of the specified one or more colored varnishes UV light or in the atmosphere of inert gas; and
bend a flat workpiece around a group of Smoking products.

7. The container (10) of Smoking articles according to claim 4, in which the discontinuous tactile coating (16) has a coefficient of static friction of from about 0.2 to about 1.0.

8. The container (10) of Smoking articles according to claim 4, made of one or more stacked slabs.

9. The container (10) of Smoking articles according to claim 8, in which one or more stacked slabs has a weight of about 60 grams per square meter to about 250 grams per square meter.

FIELD: container.

SUBSTANCE: collapsible wooden container with flexible bottom is designed to transport, store and sell products, mainly fruits and vegetables. Collapsible container is comprised of flat billet divided into bending zones to form bottom and four collapsible side walls. Container includes flexible bottom netting, wooden lattice or kraft-paper, stiffening element fixed to container and clamping in assembled position. Stiffening elements are represented with wooden lamellas glued along bottom perimeter and side walls. Wooden lamellas are glued to both sides of flexible bottom opposite to each other so that container corner connections can be tied up. Wooden lamellas are of similar width and their thickness is within the range from 0.6 to 6 mm.

EFFECT: reduction of materials consumption, automation of container assembling process and reduction of container utilisation costs.

SUBSTANCE: crude product from crimped cardboard consists of middle panel between two main case panels and terminal flap, located on one of the ends of the case panels. Each main case panel and the middle panel have opposite lying lateral flaps. Lateral flaps of the main case panels have an opening. Terminal flaps have a length, essentially equal to the length of the middle panel. The proposed second invention is a support made from the above mentioned crude product.

EFFECT: invention allows for convenient storage and transportation due to the possibility of flattening the crude product with retention of the required durability in the operating condition.

Method for package production by creasing and folding laminated packing material involves pressing creasing device in one side of laminated packing material to form crease lines and holding the packing material by supporting tool from opposite side thereof, wherein the supporting tool is substantially flat in area corresponding to area of creasing device application; folding the packing material about crease line. Above three-dimensional layer has latticed structure formed of cellulose fibers.

EFFECT: decreased thickness of obtained package, possibility to fold packing material through 180° in which total thickness of folded material is approximately equal to double unfolded material thickness.

SUBSTANCE: box 1 is folded from sheet material 9. Box comprises wall 7 defined by overlapped inner part 22 and outer part 21 made of sheet material. One section of inner part 22 covered with corresponding section of outer part 21 is elongated and form depression 27 to provide thickness of corresponding outer part 21 section. Depression 27 is surrounded by corresponding the first free outer edge 29 and the second inner edge 30 connected with remainder sheet material 9. Outer part 21 has the third free edge 21 located from outer side of the second edge 30 and coplanar thereto. This provides stepless continuous outer surface of corresponding wall 7 free of projecting edges 31.

SUBSTANCE: crude product from crimped cardboard consists of middle panel between two main case panels and terminal flap, located on one of the ends of the case panels. Each main case panel and the middle panel have opposite lying lateral flaps. Lateral flaps of the main case panels have an opening. Terminal flaps have a length, essentially equal to the length of the middle panel. The proposed second invention is a support made from the above mentioned crude product.

EFFECT: invention allows for convenient storage and transportation due to the possibility of flattening the crude product with retention of the required durability in the operating condition.

FIELD: container.

SUBSTANCE: collapsible wooden container with flexible bottom is designed to transport, store and sell products, mainly fruits and vegetables. Collapsible container is comprised of flat billet divided into bending zones to form bottom and four collapsible side walls. Container includes flexible bottom netting, wooden lattice or kraft-paper, stiffening element fixed to container and clamping in assembled position. Stiffening elements are represented with wooden lamellas glued along bottom perimeter and side walls. Wooden lamellas are glued to both sides of flexible bottom opposite to each other so that container corner connections can be tied up. Wooden lamellas are of similar width and their thickness is within the range from 0.6 to 6 mm.

EFFECT: reduction of materials consumption, automation of container assembling process and reduction of container utilisation costs.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: ventilation panel made of multilayer material comprises a layer having the first hole and adjacent layer having the second hole. Besides the first and second holes do not match with each other and are not substantially overlapping, forming ventilation channel. At the same time this channel mutually joins the first and second holes, thus providing for passage of fluid medium both from hole to hole and through ventilation panel outside. Device also comprises insulating channel connected to one of holes, thus providing for insulation as a result of fluid medium passage along and inside of insulating channel. Invention also relates to ventilation system, method of ventilation panel manufacturing, and also to method of box manufacturing and to insulating panel made of multilayer material. Besides application of this panel is also possible in other areas of equipment, where it may be useful.

EFFECT: creation of ventilation panel, which preserves heat of hot products and prevents formation of undesirable moisture inside package.

SUBSTANCE: package and method of making a container for smoking articles having a discontinuities tactile coating is proposed. The method comprises applying one or more pigmented lacquer on the outer surface of the flat semiproduct in the form of a pattern comprising a plurality of relief parts having a height of at least about 10 mcm and separation of at least about 20 mcm, curing of the said one or more pigmented lacquers with UV light or in the inert gas atmosphere and bending the flat semiproduct around the group of smoking articles.

EFFECT: claimed method enables to obtain a clear image on the surface of the article, and has good tactile properties.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a food package containing a product, which has visual elements formed in such a way that they create a three-dimensional image on it and in observing them provide a three-dimensional view in the package so that the package looks transparent. EFFECT: implementation of the package enables to provide precise handling of the packaged product without prior opening the package; furthermore, by suitable design of the image on the packaging material of the package and selection of appropriate image properties the package can be obtained, having a visually attractive appearance.
