SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of poultry industry and is intended for sanation of poultry hatching eggs. The method comprises processing the egg surface with aqueous solution of preparation based on milk whey with lactulose and quaternary ammonium compound trimethyloctadecyl ammonium bromide. As the aqueous solution of the preparation based on milk whey with lactulose and quaternary ammonium compound trimethyloctadecyl ammonium bromide 0.1-0.2% aqueous solution of the preparation is used, taken in equal proportions and diluted with water in a ratio of 1:10. Hatching eggs are processed 2-4 hours prior to their laying for incubation.
EFFECT: use of claimed method enables to carry out effectively sanation of poultry hatching eggs.

The level of technology
A method of processing eggs high temperatures (A.S. USSR №1706494, AK 43/00, 1989), a method of processing minichannel water with medications (A.S. Multiple and uncontrolled fumigation with formaldehyde leads to pathological changes of internal organs of the embryo and the increased mortality of embryos in the second half of incubation. The use of vapors of formaldehyde has an adverse effect on personnel, at which it causes allergic reactions, increases the number of respiratory diseases and is carcinogenic to humans, animals and birds.
Disclosure of inventions
The task of the invention is to develop a method of producing an environmentally safe and cheap antiseptic possessing prolonged bactericidal effect, and the use of funds for sanitation facilities zootechnical supervision in the hatchery.
The technical result is reduced to the security and obtain cheaper funds.

The method of processing of hatching eggs poultry is as follows.

The product is a light yellow liquid, containing highly concentrated salt chetyrehjadernogo ammonium in bromoform-trimethylacetyl ammonium bromide and the whey with lactulose, taken in equal proportions and diluted in water in a ratio of 1:10.
The drug is highly soluble in alcohol, hot water 50-60°C, has no irritating skin-resorptive and allergic action, non-toxic, no sharp odor, non-corrosive metal hardware has a prolonged bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal action within one month, under the conditions of the hatchery, which distinguishes it from other products not possessing prolonged bactericidal effect and is used in the form of water-alcohol solutions with the addition of toxic aldehydes, chlorine or phenol.
The drug has a strong bactericidal action against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. It is found to be prolonged bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal effect during the entire period of incubation, due to the formation on the treated surface of the thin polymer film serving as a barrier to microorganisms and providing bacter cydnee action during the entire incubation period of the eggs.
The implementation of the invention
An example of the method of processing of hatching eggs poultry.
