EFFECT: invention provides preparing a strong and stable coating for dentures possessing an ability to inhibit growth and development of microorganisms, formation of dental plaque in the form of a biofilm.

The invention relates to medicine, namely dentistry, and can be used to cover the surfaces of dentures to prevent their fouling biofilms. The purpose of the invention is achieved by the use of alcohol amber varnish.

The colonization of the mouth of microorganisms increased with the use of dentures in connection with the appearance in the oral cavity zones, the washing of which is difficult and where the accumulated food debris and creates favorable conditions for the development of microflora [1], because of what dentures should be cleaned regularly from food residues and bacterial plaque. Therefore, dentures, like natural teeth, need constant care not only using conventional means brushing your teeth, but with the help of special equipment for disinfection and removal of pigmented plaque that is not removed by normal cleaning. The lack of proper hygienic care of dentures and oral hygiene often causes inflammation of the mucosa under the denture and the adjacent tissues [2, 3].

Use spirit varnish based on amber [4] allows to create on the surfaces of dentures are durable, do not cause discomfort coatings, which prevent the formation of biofilms in the form of pigmented deposits on the surface of the s dentures, adjacent to the gums and other tissues of the mouth.

Amber is a fossil resin ancestor of modern pine found on the Earth about 50 million years ago. The resin is perfectly preserved, not having experienced during this time of biotransformation as unsuitable as a source of carbon for the nutrition of bacteria. Contains amber varnishes have fungicidal and bacteriostatic action and can be used to protect surfaces from bacterial films and mold. Lacquer dries to form a flexible film on which the microorganisms in the future is not fixed [4].

Known dental varnish for the prevention and treatment of caries, hyperesthesia, accelerated remineralization of dentin and enamel of teeth. The dental varnish contains copilului resin, dissolved in a mixture of organic solvents, including chlorbutanol and fluorinating, teeth re-mineralizing and antiseptic components. The use of the proposed varnish stimulates recovery of hard tissue of teeth, reduce hypersensitivity of the teeth, thanks to the colloidal structure are filled and removed microcracks, inorganic components of varnish to actively penetrate into the pathological lesions of the enamel, dentin, and helps to restore their structure [5]. However, the paint contains a number of compounds (aminopterin, sodium fluoride, chlorbutanol, Soami the acetate), not harmless to humans, and Topalova framework does not provide sufficient strength and durability.

Known composition for cleaning dentures, containing a mixture of organic and inorganic acids, providing for the dissolution of Tartar, requiring, however, subsequent neutralization of the acid, after which the surface of the prosthesis may be coated with synthetic polymers [8].

Known dental compositions containing polymerizable under the action of light synthetic materials, filler in the form of nanosized particles of silicon dioxide and a solvent which is a mixture of 1-butanol and acetone. Compositions form a solid, protective film, enhance Shine and can be used to cover the surfaces of the dental structures and teeth. The disadvantages of the compositions are the use of synthetic materials, biologically active organic solvents and the need for additional use of the radiation in the optical range to stimulate polymerization [9].

Known restorative dental composition containing the resin as the base and filler in the form of a mixture of glass or quartz and a fluorescent pigment, and inhibitors, hardeners and other additives regulating the speed of curing. The composition is intended for use on natural and artificial teeth to fill and conceal imperfections, including blemishes, erosion of the gums, small cavities, and giving the teeth Shine [10].

Closest to the claimed invention on the merits and the result is a polysaccharide coating (prototype) to secure dentures from the accumulation of plaque. This coverage represents gum karaya (Karaja Cum), carrageenan or sodium alginate, can reduce the adhesion thereto of cells of Streptococcus salivarius. The disadvantages of polysaccharide coating is its low strength, it is quickly broken down and removed by saliva instead of the ones with adsorbed on it by microorganisms [11].

The technical task of the present invention to provide a durable and resistant coating for dentures, preventing growth and development of microorganisms, and therefore, the formation of biofilms and plaque.

The invention is implemented as follows:

- removable denture is cleaned in any way from plaque and food debris,

- wipe ethyl alcohol,

- put on its surface (excluding white, imitating the teeth, the area of the prosthesis) alcohol amber varnish containing 10-25% of the dissolved amber and cooked one of the known methods [12],

the coating is dried for an hour at room temperature,

- put a varnish on the prosthesis again,

- the floor again dried for half an hour at room temperature,

- rinse the denture warm water,

- installing the prosthesis in place.

As a result, the surface of the lacquered parts of the dental prosthesis is formed of a thin amber film, insoluble in biological fluids, including saliva, as well as in liquids used in food, absolutely harmless to humans [13], with high strength and ability to prevent the occurrence of plaque in the form of biofilms.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by the following examples, non-limiting is Arctura.

Example 1.

Denture thoroughly washed using toothpaste and a toothbrush to remove plaque and food debris, wipe with a cotton swab moistened with ethyl alcohol, is applied to its surface (excluding white, imitating the teeth, the area of the prosthesis) alcohol amber varnish containing 10% dissolved amber, the coating is dried for an hour at room temperature and put a varnish on the prosthesis again, then cover again dried for one hour at room temperature, rinsed prosthesis with warm water and set the prosthesis in place. Then the prosthesis is exposed daily to the normal hygiene procedures. After a month on the surface of the prosthesis is not detected plaque and food debris does not stick to it and are easily washed off with water.

Example 2.

Thus, the above data suggest that the claimed invention is a protective coating of removable prostheses in the form of amber varnish has the above properties and the set of distinctive features of the described method ensures the achievement of a specified result.

As a result of the analysis of the level of technology in the creation and application of protective coatings for dentures similar, characterized by signs, identical with all the essential features of the claimed invention, not found, therefore the claimed invention meets the condition of "novelty."

Additional search known solutions showed that the claimed invention not apparent to the expert in the obvious way from the prior art, as selected natural coverage for dentures, providing protection from the growth and development of microorganisms in biofilms and dental raids. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of "inventive at oven".

An unexpected result of the invention is to effect the lack of buildup of food particles on the surface of the protective film, and as a result these particles are easily washed off with prosthesis water stream.

For the inventive method, it is described in the above-mentioned claims, there are no obstacles to its implementation in practice with the use of modern technical means. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of "industrial applicability".

The length of the first 2-3 baths is 6-8 minutes. The length is to be increased to 8-12 minutes. The baths are taken within the period of 10.00 to 12.00 every second day. The therapeutic course is 10-12 procedures. On the same days, within the period of 14.00 to 16.00, therapeutic exercises are done, and the climatic and landscape therapy is prescribed. On the days free from taking baths, within the period of 10.00 to 12.00, the EHF therapy is prescribed to cover biologically active points (BAP) at frequency 40-43 GHz. The points G-41, 3E-5 are exposed. The hip osteoarthrosis requires the exposure on the points G-29, G-30. From the 6th to 15th days, the knee joints are exposed to sinusoid modulated currents (SMC) at modulation frequency 100 Hz, at a depth of 50 - 70%, current intensity to moderate vibration for 7 minutes. From the 6th to 10th days, the braking acupuncture follows by giving a 1-2-minute massage of the points 10RP, 9RP, 36E, 34E by introducing a needle for 30 seconds and by giving a point massage of cheng-fu, cuan, yang-lin-cuan, zu-sang-li, wei-yang, cheng-shan, chung-feng, hun-lun, nei-ting. That is followed by the paravertebral vacuum therapy of the vertebral column. The 10-minute knee joint traction is applied. The patients take 20 g of the herbal infusion.

EFFECT: method recovers the joint mobility, improves the exercise tolerance of the lower extremities.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, gynaecology and concerns treating non-specific cervicitis in nulliparae. What is involved is an etiotropic therapy according to the microscopic and bacterioscopic findings in a combination with a 10-day course of laser photophoresis started in the first phase of menstrual cycle for two menstrual cycles. For this purpose, the involvement area is coated with the balneological product 'Elton-gel' with the uterine cervix to be thereafter exposed to laser light at wavelength 0.9 nm, pulse power 5 Wt, pulse repetition frequency 600 Hz. The length of exposure for each locus makes: 2 minutes in first cervicitis, 3 minutes in the process of more than 1 year or the disease suffered for more than one year and the presence of more than two episodes of recurrence.

EFFECT: method provides reducing the length of treating subsacute and chronic non-specific cervicitis (SANC and CNC) in the given category of patients from 6-9 to 2-3 months, reducing the rate of the disease, providing noninvasiveness, safety and availability of the treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to - physiotherapy, balneology. A method involves the exposure to a low-frequency pulse magnetic field. The exposure covers 6 fields. If the exposure covers the 1st and 2nd fields, including paravertebral muscles, the mode B is used. The exposure consists of single pulses of the pulse duration for S inductor 110±10 mcs, for N inductor 260±20 mcs. Pulse length is 16 Hz, and intensity is 70-80%. The inactive N inductor is placed on the side of more evident pain sensations. Length of the exposure is 3 minutes. If the exposure covers the 3rd-6th fields including projections of the gluteus medius muscle and rectus muscle of thigh, the mode A is used. The exposure consists of paired pulses. The pulse duration for S inductor is 110±10 mcs, and for N inductor 260±20 mcs. Intensity is 80-100%. An inter-pulse interval is 40 ms. The active S inductor is placed within a projection of the gluteus medius muscle and rectus muscle of thigh in its lower one-third from the side of the surgically operated joint. The inactive N inductor is placed on a posterior thigh in its lower one-third and a projection of the rectus muscle of thigh in its upper one-third. The exposure length for the 3rd-4th and 5-6th fields makes 3 minutes for each. Total duration of a procedure is 9 minutes. The procedures are daily. The therapeutic course is 10-12 procedures. Pelotherapy by applications of peat mud onto the paravertebral lumbar spine and a projection of hip joints follows 60-90 minutes later. Mud temperature is 38 - 40°C. Duration of a procedure is 20-30 minutes. The procedures are performed every second day. The therapeutic course is 8-10 procedures. The method improves body self-adaptation ensured by optimising the immune system functioning, the lipid peroxidation system and antioxidant protection.

EFFECT: method activates the metabolic processes in joint and periarticular tissues ensured by normalising micro blood flow in the lower extremities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of orthopedic dentistry. Removable denture includes elastic pad and rigid basis with artificial teeth. Rigid basis is made from polyurethane composition based on di-isocyanate and polyatomic alcohol, where as di-isocyanate used is pseudoforpolymer, containing NCO-groups in amount 16.5-17.0%, and as polyatomic alcohol, used is polyoxypropylene and/or oligooxypropylene-polyatomic alcohols with definite molecular weight. Elastic pad of denture is made from polyurethane composition based on poly-isocyanate with content of NCO-groups from 2.2 to 33.1%, oligopolyatomic alcohol, such as oligooxypropylene glycol or olygooxypropylenetriol with moleculare weight from 500 to 5000, and catasyst - dibutyldilaurate of octoate of tin. Polyurethane compositions can contain additional components such as dyes, light-stabiliser, ethylene glycol, etc. Polyuretghane compositions, of which removable denture is made, and method of denture manufacturing ensure increase of removable denture basis hardness, increase of strength characteristics of denture material with simultaneous increase of service life of manufactured removable denture, as well as improvement of technological characteristics in process of denture manufacturing.

EFFECT: there is claimed removable denture and method of its manufacturing.
