The technical field

The present invention relates to a lid of the blender and its way of working. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cover, which reduces eddy motion in the tank, when the food product is mixed in the tank.

Background of the invention

Food products are often mixed in the container of a blender or food processor. The cover, which is often made of flexible rubber-like material, is placed on the container, and knives, located in the lower part of the vessel, mixing the food product, at least part of which is a liquid substance. Sometimes, especially when the tank is almost completely filled with the liquid substance, the mixing blades causes turbulence of the fluid, which can lead to a strong swirl motion in the tank. This swirling motion may cause oscillation of the tank and may cause a wavy movement of the cover. If this be allowed to continue, it can lead to the fact that the capacity will actually fall down from the base of the blender, or cover is disconnected from the tank, allowing the contents to spill from the container.

Disclosure of invention

Thus, the aim of one aspect of the present invention is to provide a cover for the container of a blender, which reduces eddy motion in the tank.

The objective of another aspect of this is part II of the invention is to provide a cover for the container of a blender, which minimizes the chance of beating tank and detach the cover.

The objective of another aspect of the present invention is to provide a cover for the container of a blender, as mentioned above, which will remain fixed on capacity under the most severe conditions of mixing.

The objective of another aspect of the present invention is to provide a cover for the container of a blender, as mentioned above, which will help keep the vessel on the basis of the blender under the most severe conditions of mixing.

To further aspect of the present invention is to provide a method of minimizing vortex motion, which can occur in the container of a blender.

These and other objectives of the present invention and its advantages over existing types of prior art that will become apparent from the following description, are achieved at the expense of the improvements described and claimed below.

In the main cover, which is made with the possibility of fixing on the container and which is made in accordance with the present invention, includes a top wall and side wall, passing down from the top wall. Guiding rib passes down from the top surface and passes inward from the side wall.

In accordance with another aspect of the present invention roofs is and made with the possibility of fixing on the container of a blender. The cover includes a top wall, side wall and means for minimizing vortex motion in the tank.

The present invention also regards a method of minimizing vortex motion, which can occur in the container of a blender having an open upper part, and includes the step of closing the open upper part of the lid, thereby, having an edge that is supported by the cover on the trajectory of the vortex motion.

A preferred example of the cover of the container of a blender in accordance with the ideas of the present invention is shown as an example in the accompanying drawings without attempting to show all the various forms and modifications in which the present invention may be embodied, and the present invention is defined by the attached claims and not the details of this description.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of the container of a blender, with a roof made in accordance with the present invention.

Figure 3 is a detail view in section, essentially along the line 3-3 in figure 2.

Preferred options for implementation the implementation of the present invention

Cover made in accordance with this invention, generally hereafter the Chen reference position 10 and is adapted for use with the container of a blender, usually denoted by the reference position 11.

The container 11 includes a bottom outer part 12 of the base, which is made with the possibility of maintaining the elements of the motor of the blender. The side wall or side walls 13 are held up from the bottom surface (not shown)located above the bottom of the outer part 12, and form an open top. The side walls 13 depicted generally circular in shape, and thus, essentially, shows only one continuous side wall. However, the container 11 can take any shape, such as square, and, therefore, to have four side walls without departing from the ideas of the present invention. The edge 14 passes outward from the periphery of the open upper side wall 13. Knife (not shown) of the blender is located above and near the bottom surface for mixing or other processing of food, as is well known in the art. The handle 15 may be supported in the side walls 13, and a spout to drain (not shown) may be formed near the upper part of the side wall 13 opposite the handle 15.

The cover 10 may be formed from elastic or elastomeric material, such as the most well-known thermoplastic elastomers. Such thermoplastic elastomers include, for example, olefinic thermoplastic rubbers, thermoplastic vulcanite is consistent rubbers and thermoplastic elastic block copolymers. These materials are particularly suitable for the cover 10, as they all have properties of elastomer required to cover 10, if it should be easy to gain a foothold in the tank 11 and to detach from it, as will be described below.

The cover 10 is made to conform to the configuration of the open top of the tank 11, and thus, in the depicted embodiment it includes a circular side wall 16 and a slightly convex top wall 17, which has a Cup-shaped recess, indicated by the reference position 18. Size 18 Cup-shaped recess has a Central hole 19, which is normally closed by a stopper (not shown), but which when opened provides access to the interior of the tank 11, if you want to perform the stirring or the like.

The side wall 16 of the cover 10 is shown with two diametrically opposite nodes of the ears, generally indicated by the reference position 20. Each node 20 of the eyelet includes a housing 21 supported by the side wall 16. A groove 22 formed in the housing 21, and the handle 23 with an opening 24 for finger passes at an angle upward and outward from the housing 21. When the cover 10 is in the tank 11, the edge 14 of the container is disposed in the groove 22 of the nodes 20 ears. For removal of the cover 10 with the tank 11 is only necessary to lift the handle up 23 that can be conveniently done by placing your finger in the hole 24 to bend USLA handle, thus, uncoupling edge 14 with the groove 22. As described previously, with the cap 10 on the container 11 and at least partially liquid food product mix in the container 11, the container 11 may begin to oscillate or swing, and the cover 10 may vibrate or make waves, especially if the container 11 is nearly filled with liquid food product. To prevent this, at least one guiding rib 25 to interrupt the movement of the vortex formed on the underside of the cover 10. Guiding rib 25 passes down from the top wall 17 of the cover and inside of the side wall 16 of the cover. As shown in figure 3, the height of the guide ribs 25 passes, essentially the entire height of the side wall 16. In addition, a guiding rib 25 is held at a distance almost to the hole 19 of the cover and, as shown in figure 2, does not pass directly radially from the side wall 16. On the contrary, the guiding edge 25 is preferably inclined from the radial direction, from the direction of circulation of the fluid in the vessel 11 caused by the rotation of the knife. Regardless, tilted it or not, the presence of a guide is EBRA 25 reduces and can eliminate the whirl which may occur inside the tank 11.

In view of the foregoing, it should be understood that the container and cover made in accordance with the present invention, as described herein, fulfil the objectives of the present invention and, in other words, essentially, improve the prior art.
