The technical field to which the invention relates

The present invention relates to the field of machines for preparing beverages, in particular machines, able to prepare drinks based on coffee, including, but not limited to, coffee espresso for home or professional use, automatic wydanie devices and the like.

More specifically, the present invention relates to the improvement of the coffee machines that use coffee beans, i.e. including the grinder, producing ground coffee from beans coming from the tank, but it can also be applied to machines that use pre-ground coffee.

The level of technology

In the field of household appliances, as well as in the professional field and in the field of automatic videcnik machines are often used for manual, semi-automatic or automatic machine, comprising a container for coffee beans, from which during filling of the coffee-based drink is dosed issuance of a certain number of grains, which are then crushed in a coffee grinder. The obtained compacted ground coffee in the brewing unit, which with the help of passing hot water from the ground coffee is extracted flavors to the beverage industry.

Depending on the dimensions of the container d is I the grains and on the frequency of use of the machine quality raw material, i.e. coffee beans, from which is prepared the drink, may deteriorate due to the gradual oxidation of roasted grains in contact with air. Oxidation has a negative impact on the organoleptic properties of the resulting drink. Similar problems arise when instead of containers for coffee beans, the machine is equipped with a capacity for ground coffee. In this case, the oxidation can be even larger because of the larger contact surface with the ambient air of ground coffee towards the coffee beans.

Similar problems can occur when the dosage of other foods with the same above-mentioned type of machines. In fact, these machines can be equipped with circuits milk for making cappuccino, hot milk, coffee with milk, and the like. Also in this case the food contact with air may cause deterioration in the quality of the product.

The invention

One of the objects of the present invention is directed to a full or partial solution to the above problem.

Essentially, in accordance with one of the embodiments, the invention provides a device separation space and dispensing food products, in particular coffee, mating with a container for a food product is equipped with a passage for pishevar the product to the entrance of the nest housing rotating the dosing element. The socket also has an output for issuing a food product, and the dosing element has a hollow body with an opening for the supply and delivery of food products in the internal cavity rotating the dosing element, so that the mentioned rotation of the metering element hole hollow body can in turn be combined with the input or output jacks, which houses the metering element. Food product flows into the hollow volume of the metering element, for example, simply by the fall and after rotation of approximately 180° is discharged into a hopper or other located below the element for transporting components of the machine below on the production line.

Thus, performs the dual function of issuing the specified doses of the food product while preventing or at least reducing the relationship between space (capacity), which is a food product, and external or other space, which is given food product. This effectively reduces, for example, contact between atmospheric oxygen and food product stored in the container.

In some embodiments, the implementation of the food product contained in the tank, are coffee beans, and a measuring device produces coffee beans dosed manner connected with him the grinder, which production is tons of grinding and takes ground coffee in the brewing unit. According to other variants of implementation capacity might include pre-ground coffee, and, accordingly, the metering device used to dispense ground coffee directly into the downstream block-maker. In this case coffee again in the grains, but the device separation space and dosing is used to issue pre-ground coffee, for example, by feeding it directly into the brewing unit.

In other embodiments, the exercise device separation space and dosing can be combined with capacity for milk or other food product contained in the machine issuance of drinks.

In this type of placement in the vessel can be maintained controlled atmosphere, for example, with a high content of nitrogen or other inert gas to prevent or at least limit the oxidation of the food product. The degree of moisture or other characteristics of the atmosphere storage of food product, such as coffee beans or ground coffee, can also be preferably controlled.

Additional preferred features and embodiments of the device according to the invention are indicated in the attached claims and will be more detail about isany below with reference to the example application.

An additional object of the present invention also relates to a machine for preparing beverages, in particular coffee, preferably, but not necessarily an automatic machine for making espresso, which contains the metering device of the type specified above.

Brief description of drawings

The invention will be better understood upon study of the description and accompanying drawings, which represent permissive variant embodiment of the invention. More specifically:

the figure 1 shows the main components of the machine including the device according to the invention;

Detailed description of a variant embodiment of the invention

Below is described the use of the invention for dosing coffee beans and dividing the space between the capacity for coffee and outer space. However, as noted in the introduction to the present description, the invention can be applied in other circumstances where it is necessary to separate the space containing p the food product, from outer space, or in any case from a different space than the one in which stored food product.

In figure 1 the site of the main elements of the machine, limited to those parts that are necessary to understand the present invention, indicated generally by the reference position 1. Reference character 3 denotes a block-maker as such, with a supply tank 3A, into which poured the ground coffee for brewing. The reference position 3B denotes a nozzle for issuing a drink, aligned with the surface 5, which can be installed in a glass or Cup T for filling in her drink.

Arriving in block 3 of the brewing ground coffee is made from coffee beans contained in the tank 7, mainly equipped with hermetic sealing and/or connected to a system for creating and maintaining a controlled atmosphere within the tank 7.

Under the tank 7 is device 9 Department of space and dosing, i.e. a device for dosed supply of a given quantity of coffee beans into the hopper 11 of the grinder 13, the drive motor which is indicated by the reference position 15. The reference position 9X denotes a common interface, i.e. the interconnection between the container 7 and the device 9. It should be understood that this interface may take any suitable form is, for example, it may be a channel having a even of considerable length.

As will be clear from the following description, the device 9 is called a device separation space, since it allows for some degree of separation between the inner vessel volume 7 (or other space with which is associated a device (9) and outer space.

The various elements and the actuators associated with the above components, appropriately controlled using a control unit, which is equipped with a coffee machine 1 (not shown). The control unit performs the control device 9 Department of space and dispensing in the manner described below, as well as engine 15 of the grinder 13 and block 3 of the brewing process, and these last units he controls in a known manner which is not described in detail here.

The device 9 Department of space and batching functions dosed supply of a predetermined or set by the user of the quantity of coffee in the grinder 13 mentioned by selecting coffee beans from the container 7, preventing ingress of atmospheric oxygen into the tank, which can cause oxidative damage to coffee stores in the tank 7, or, at least, limiting oxygen ingress into the container.

The device 9 Department of space and dosing contains the socket 21 with the inlet 21A for supplying coffee beans coming from the tank 7, inside the socket housing 21. The said socket has also exit 21B for coffee beans. Inside the socket 21 of the body is a dosing element 23, rotating around the axis A-A in the manner described below. Dosing element 23 includes a hollow body with an internal volume 23A and the opening 23C for loading and delivery of coffee beans. Dosing element 23 can rotate in the housing 21 around the axis a-a due to the shape of your body rotation. The shape of the metering element may be essentially cylindrical or preferably essentially spherical, although other shapes, provided that they are suitable for interaction with seals 25 and 27 located around the entrance 21A and the output 21B of the housing 21.

As shown in particular in figure 5, in the present embodiment, the dosing element 23 is connected to the drive shaft 29, which, in turn, may be connected to the actuator, for example an electric motor or lever, handwheel or other element with manual control, which is achieved by rotation of the metering element around the axis a-a, for the purposes described below.

According to some variants of implementation, internal objectd 21 of the housing, which rotates the dosing element 23 may be connected with the suction channel 31, which, in turn, connected to a vacuum line from the intake fan. According to other variants of implementation, the internal volume of the socket housing 21 may be connected to the supply line of inert gas, for example nitrogen. Channel 31 leads 31A (figure 5), in the cavity of the socket housing 21, which is rotationally dosing element 23.

The operation of the above device 9 Department of space and dosing is as follows. As mentioned previously, the container 7 is preferably an airtight container and/or tank connected to the systems that support it controlled atmosphere, for example, mainly consisting of nitrogen or other inert gas. This has the purpose of storing coffee beans in an optimal state within the container.

When the container 7 is not necessary to produce the issuance coffee, device 9 Department of space and dosing may take the position shown in figure 4, with the passage 7A, which connects the tank 7 with a hole 21A and with the socket 21 is isolated from the output 21B of the slot 21 of the dosing element 23, which acts as a shutter. Tightness is ensured by o-rings 25 and 27 which surround the entrance 21A and the output 21B of the slot 21 of the housing. Inside the volume of the socket 21 for creating a controlled atmosphere may be an inert gas, for example, nitrogen or other suitable gas, or a certain degree of vacuum can be obtained by suction through the channel 31.

When the user needs to fill one or more cups of coffee, the metering element 32 is rotated so that its hole 23B originally lined with entrance 21A and the passage 7A. Thus, the internal volume of the hollow body formed by the dosing element 23, is filled with beans that just fall from the tank 7. Subsequent rotation of 180° of the dosing element 23 relative to the axis A-a causes alignment holes 23B with the output 21B of the slot 21, so that the grain collected inside the hollow volume 23A dosing element 23, fall under gravity into the hopper (the hopper) 11 of the grinder 13. Depending on the size of the hollow volume 23A dosing element 23 and/or a given quantity of coffee beans that you want to submit, and/or the desired number of cups of coffee cooking cycle may require dosing element 23 repeated rotation, for example two or three times, until the number of coffee beans in the hopper 11 of the grinder 13 will not be sufficient. The rotation can be represented as a rotation of 360° or alternating rotation of 180°, i.e. the metering element can rotate in a continuous or alternating mode.

Due to the sealing rings 25 and 27, catariacoltsfoot shaped slot 21 of the housing and the dosing element 23, this cycle issue with a single rotation or several rotations minimizes the flow of air into the container 7, which thus remains in optimum conditions regarding the composition contained within a controlled atmosphere. Accordingly, the conditions of storage of coffee in the vessel 7 is significantly improved relative to conventional containers, which are fully immersed in the atmosphere.

The use of the suction channel 31, or channel 31, which supplies the inert gas into the slot 21 of the housing and respectively in the hollow volume 23A dosing element 23 can further improve the storage conditions of coffee inside the tank 7. In fact, in this case, the air penetrating into the hollow compartment 23A of the dosing element 23 when the latter is rotated downward so as to rotate the hole 23C to exit 21B, is sucked out or is evicted and replaced with the inert gas, after coffee was served via exit 21B, while the dosing element 23 is again rotated and occupies an intermediate position shown in figure 4 (or position, turned to him 180°), before taking a subsequent loading position in which the hole 23B of the dosing element 23 is again aligned with the entrance 21A and with the passage 7A, and therefore connects with a capacity of 7.

Ultimately, the device 9 Department of space and dosing considerably is about improving the conditions of storage of coffee in the vessel 7 even for a long time, preventing or at least significantly reducing its oxidation. It can also be useful for the correct dosage of the quantity of coffee required for each of the dispensing cycle.

As mentioned previously, in other embodiments, implementation of the grinder 13, which in the example shown below on the production line from the device separation space and dosing, can be placed inside the tank 7, which in this case must have the appropriate dimensions. Thus, it becomes possible to prevent or at least limit the oxidation of ground coffee left in the grinder.

It is clear that the drawings there is shown only one example that shows just how practical demonstration of the invention, the shape and composition of which can vary within the essence and scope of the concept underlying the invention. Any reference positions in the claims are provided to facilitate reading of the claims with reference to the description and drawings and do not limit the scope of patent protection represented by the claims.

The device according to claim 2, in which the mentioned sealing elements include a first gasket (25)surrounding the inlet (21A)and the second gasket (27)surrounding the output (21B) of the said slot (21), while rotating the dosing element (23) has an outer surface in contact with said first and second strips (25, 27) and sliding them at the mentioned rotation of the metering element (23) in said slot (21).

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: device for supplying portions of the inhomogeneous material intended for infusion into the packaging unit comprises the dosing means for portions and the transfer means for the portions that are located downstream of the dosing means and providing the supply of the portion into the packaging unit. The transfer means comprise the adjustment means for a portion, which are provided with a drum made with the ability to rotate about its axis (A). The drum is located downstream from the receiving part of the transfer means, and adjustment means comprise at least one roller part, made with the ability of rotation about its axis (B) located upstream of the drum and having at least one recess for receiving a portion from the receiving part. The drum has at least one opening, in which the piston is located with the ability of motion, which has an upper surface. The opening and the upper surface of the piston limit the chamber which volume can vary between the maximum value when the piston is in a first inoperative position, and the minimum value when the piston is in the second operative position for precise positioning, adjustment and adaptation of portions in the specified variable volume without strong squeezing of the said portions. In the first inoperative position the distance between the upper surface and the outer cylindrical surface of the drum is maximum, and the chamber takes a portion, and in the second operative position this distance is minimum and the portion is released from the chamber into the packaging unit. Also the method of supplying portions of inhomogeneous material intended for infusion into the packaging unit is proposed.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions provides maximum integrity of the material for infusion.

FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of explosives, particularly of detonating cords (DC), and to equipment. DC is made by forming core from powdered explosive, by performing thread braidings and protective layer of waterproof material. Water-resistant shell is formed either continuously during forming the DC core and performing thread braidings or separately after forming the DC and performing thread braidings. Drive threads are not used. Cord core is formed during uniform filling the first braiding representing a tube ("sleeve") with constant inner diameter with explosive, first braiding is produced from several stretched longitudinal flat threads in the cord core forming device. Explosive is fed into the first braiding by means of a dispenser, performance of which is controlled depending on the explosive charge in the cord. Flat synthetic non-fibrillated threads are used as longitudinal threads of the first braiding of the cord core. Longitudinal threads from the cord core forming device cord and to the receiving station is strongly stretched along the axis to seal the core. At high charges, to avoid certain explosive layers shift inside the first braiding during sealing the cord for reinforcement of the cord core one or several longitudinal threads passed inside the first braiding are used.

EFFECT: method and device for production of detonating cord provide stability of explosive dosing, uniform filling of the DC core with explosive, possibility of rapid change of the cord charge, elimination of caving through explosive shells during fabrication, creating stretching force along the entire length along the axis of the cord for sealing the core with adjustment of force value, equality of DC rolling speed on a coil of the receiving station and speed of cord drawing, rapid change of process modes parameters using a feedback mode.
