The content of vitamin B1in the serum of all athletes was reduced. The saturation of the body with vitamin a of 10.0% was reduced from 10.0% level was at the lower limit of normal. The content of vitamin E was reduced from 40.0% of athletes rowing. However, 13.3% of the body saturation was reached just by 60.0% (45,0-68,8%) from the norm. The analysis of the dynamics of the concentration of lactic acid showed that half of the respondents the level exceeded for 10-60% of the upper limit of the reference values. In individuals, the concentration of lactate was achieved 32-36 µmol/l, that is 2 times the upper limit of normal. In 9 subjects of the experimental and 7 control group, there was an increase in serum lactic acid to 22.4±4,8, 21,2±7,3 mmol/L.

Evaluating the performance of erythropoiesis, the athletes noted a decrease in the level of iron in 36.7% of patients. They noted decreased levels of erythropoietin and ferritin. The obtained data suggested the presence of STRs is Tsenov placentero and latent iron-deficient erythropoiesis.

State "voltage (the level of the hormone cortisol in the body is defined at 100.0% of athletes; in the study of blood serum after the competition had a significantly lower level of potassium, sodium, chloride and calcium in individuals of the control group, indicating that the disturbance of the electrolyte balance of the body;

- when included in the diet of athletes in rowing two NCPP: NCPRS "Antitox" and NCPPS "Sportaction-2" is defined accurate dynamics on growth of vitamin sufficiency of the organism (100.0% level of vitamin E in normal B2- 26.4%); increase iron levels to 42.2%, erythropoietin level and ferritin (leveling characteristics predlojennoi anemia); positive dynamics in the function of the CCC, carbohydrate, lipid metabolism, autonomic the nervous system and physiological indicators; normalization of antioxidant protection of the body and stimulation of humoral immunity, decrease inflammation, normalization of electrolyte balance.

The above results confirm the relevance of the presented correction method of the functional state of athletes and efficiency NCP.

Inclusion in the diet of athletes NCP restores metabolic processes of the body that is in normalizing its functions and increase efficiency. Against this background, perhaps other methods of correction of functional state of athletes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical and food industry and specifically to production of powdered and encapsulated forms of preparations, having antihypoxic and antioxidant action. The molecular complexes are capable of solubilisation in water and are more stable (protected from oxidation) compared to water-insoluble and rapidly oxidisable free reduced coenzyme Q10. Also disclosed is a method of producing said substance, which contains "reduced coenzyme Q10 - β-cyclodextrin" complexes, which comprises consecutive steps of (i) obtaining a reduced form of coenzyme Q10 in the presence of excess ascorbic acid; (ii) mixing the reaction solution obtained at step (i) with aqueous solution of β-cyclodextrin to obtain molecular inclusion complexes; (iii) cooling and crystallising the mixture obtained at step (ii) and removing solvent and water.

EFFECT: substance obtained according to the present invention is a biologically active powdered form of sufficiently stable molecular inclusion complexes of the reduced coenzyme Q10 in β-cyclodextrin with particle size of up to 70-100 mcm, which is tenfold less capable of oxidation compared to free reduced coenzyme Q10 and is easily transferred in an aqueous solution into a solubilised form with particle size of 200-700 nm.

SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to fumaryldiketopiperazine (FDKP) microparticles applicable for pulmonary delivery and having a specific surface area within the range of 15 m2/g to 67 m2/g and a diameter within the range of 0.5 mcm to 10 mcm.
