FIELD: heating, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to artificial dehydration of timber and can be used at timber processing works. A method involving laying of sawn timber onto a flexible belt, formation of a pack of sawn timber on the outer surface of the pulley housing by winding the flexible belt with sawn timber laid onto it on the pulley housing on the outer side, balancing of the pulley with the pack of sawn timber and its rotation.
EFFECT: invention reduces time costs for formation of a pack of sawn timber on the drum outer side; besides, there is a possibility of applying this method in automatic sawn timber drying lines.

The invention relates to artificial dehydration of wood and can be used in technological lines for obtaining timber industrial scale at woodworking enterprises.
There is a method of centrifugal drying of sawn timber, including the formation of a package on the external surface of the drum corps and rotate it with speed, providing centrifugal dehydration lumber [1].
The disadvantage of this method is that the formation of the package of sawn timber on the body surface of the drum is done by hand by laying individual timber special grooves, resulting in significant time for this operation, and the operation of unloading timber after drying. Moreover, due to the need for manual packing of a package of sawn timber on the surface of the drum, this method cannot be applied on automatic lines timber drying.
There is a method for rotating drying of wood, including the formation of a package of processed wood products, the supply of the service and its strengthening in the cavity of the drum, balancing of drum with strengthened packages processed wood products, and rotate it with speed, providing centrifugal dehydration lumber [2].
The disadvantage of this method is that the moisture under the influence of centrifugal force passes through the entire package (from the base of the package to the inner wall of the drum). This leads to a significant increase in time of a rotating drying, and consequently, to the increase of energy consumption.
The technical result, the achievement of which is directed the claimed method is less time on formation of package of sawn timber on the outside of the drum. In addition, there is a possibility of applying this method in automatic lines timber drying.
The technical result is achieved by ensuring that timber is laid on the floppy ribbon, and formation of a package of sawn timber on the external surface of the body of the drum shall exercise by winding of flexible tape laid on her timber in the body of the drum from the outside.
The example of the method is shown in figure 1 - installation scheme for centrifugal drying saw-timbers.
The installation consists of a drum 1, flexible tape 2, drying chamber 3, feeding mechanism 4, receiving table 5.
Drum 1 includes the body of the drum 6, mounted on the shaft 7, supports 8, the actuator 9, transmission 10, belt 11, pulleys 12 and 13, the balancing mechanism 14, pick-stretch mechanism 15, fixation device 16 and the brake system, located on the shaft 7 (not shown).
Drying chamber 3 consists of walls 17, protective covers 18, baths 19 and drain pipe 20.
The feeder 4 includes conveyor 21 and the locking mechanism 22.
Reception table 5 has openings for discharge of water (not shown).
Drying of saw-timbers is carried out as follows. End of the flexible tape 23 using the mechanism of fixing 22 fix on the feeder 4. Then lumber 24 conveyor 21 fit on a floppy tape 2.
After filling flexible tape 2 lumber 25 are forming the package of sawn timber on the body surface of the drum 6. To do this, on the gearbox 10 include a lower gear and use the drive 9, pulleys 12 and 13, belt 11 flexible tape 2 with laid on her lumber 25 wound on the surface of the drum 6.
Laying of lumber 24 conveyor 20 can be made simultaneously with the formation of the package of sawn timber on the body surface of the drum 6. To do this, sawn timber 23 by the conveyor 20 fit on a floppy tape 2. While simultaneously carry out rotation of the drum corps 6 and unwinding capture-tensioning mechanism 15 flexible tape 2, so that a flexible tape 2 sagging under the weight placed on it lumber 25 and kept them on the body surface of the drum 6. In the process of performing simultaneous laying of lumber 24 on the floppy ribbon 2 and formation of a package of sawn timber on the outer surface of the hull drum 6 on the gearbox 10 included reduction gear.
After one revolution corps drum around the shaft 6 7 end of the flexible tape 23 mounted on the device of fixing 16.
Next, using the capture-stretch mechanism 15 is the final consolidation of the lumber 25 on the body of the drum 6.
Then close the cover 18 and include a second transfer to the transmission 10. Using the drive 9, pulleys 12 and 13, belt 11 the body of the drum 6 with a fixed lumber 25 provides a rotary motion. In the process of rotation of the drum corps 6 using the balancing mechanism 14 is its balancing.
When rotating centrifugal force is the removal of water from sawn timber. Water, getting on the inner surface of the walls 17, protective covers 18 and on reception table 5, flows down into the tub 19 and is removed through the drain pipe 20 of the drying chamber 3.
After the end of the centrifugal drying the body of the drum 3 using the brake system is stopped with the help of the device of fixing 16 free end of the flexible tape 23, the timber is unloaded at the reception table 5, and then deleted from the drying chamber 3.
Further protection cover 18 rises and the operation is repeated.
The inventive method reduces the time spent on preparation of a package of lumber, as eliminates manual laying individual timber on the surface of the drum. In addition, you receive an opportunity to make stacking of sawn timber on the floppy ribbon and to form a package of sawn timber on the body of the drum, which further reduces the time spent on the formation of the package. By eliminating manual bundle of sawn timber on the external surface of the drum the proposed method may be applied in automatic lines timber drying.
