Controlled discrete throttle consists of through case, of nut, of valve in form of hollow cylinder along generatrix of which there is made a row of through radial orifices at a specified interval and of specified diametre. The valve is connected to a setting shaft ejected outside through the nut and is contracted with a seat made as a bushing with a packing ring. The throttle also consists of a bushing with a scale whereon there are marked values of corresponding diameters of through orifices of the valve and an indicator. The valve rotates and conjugates its through orifices with the orifice of the seat. The water flow regulator consists of cone gate (10) installed in an outlet opening of pressure pipeline (5) and of follow-up automatic hydro-drive (17) of the gate facilitating control of degree of opening of drawdown aperture (15) of the gate. The pressure pipeline is laid inside the gallery of the water outlet in the body of the dam. The hydro-drive consists of group of hydro-cylinders (18) and of a vertical piezo-metric chamber filled with working fluid (hydraulic oil). Rods (20) of hydro-cylinders are attached to movable cylinder branch (14) of the conic gate; working chambers (21) facilitate decreased degree of drawdown aperture (15) opening by means of pipes (22) connected to Pitot tubes; also these working chambers are communicated with flow-through cavity (16) of the gate. Working chambers (23) ensure increased degree of drawdown aperture (15) opening and are communicated with the piezo-metric chamber. Capacity of the piezo-metric chamber within limits of calculated range of fluctuations of working fluid levels and dimensions of its cross section within limits of this range at various levels facilitate regulation of degree of opening of the drawdown aperture of the gate.

FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: water flow rate stabiliser includes water outlet tube 1 of a rectangular cross-section with seat 2 having shaped cut-out 3 that is used as a control element. Inside water outlet tube 1 an arrangement is made for a shutoff element made in the form of flexible belt 4 fixed with one of its ends to an upper wall of water outlet tube 1, and with the other one to the bottom of seat 2. Flexible belt 4 forms control cavity 5 with drain channel 6 together with the housing of the water outlet tube. The control also includes membrane housing 7, the cavity of which is connected via a pipeline to an upstream wall. Membrane 9 of membrane housing 7 is connected to valve 13 by means of stock 10 with adjustment screw 11 and spring 12. EFFECT: improving flow rate stabilisation accuracy. 2 dwg
The invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used to stabilize water flow in the tubular diaphragm and the floodgates. Known stabilizer of water consumption (see A.S. No. 1198465, MCL - G05D 7/00, 1985), containing a box-shaped shield, bottom gate, made in the form communicated with the upper and lower pools capacitance formed by the pressure shield, mounted on a horizontal axis of rotation and connected with a flexible sheath, enshrined in the foundations of buildings, and the valve is made in the form prescribed at discharge hole of the shield with visor connected through the rod from the arm, the shoulder of which is connected by means of an adjusting screw with a bottom gate. However, the known flow sensor has a low reliability in operation and does not provide stabilization of the water with a wide range of changes in water level upstream. Closest to the invention is the flow regulator (see A.S. No. 1275383, MCL G05D 7/01, 1984)containing the water outlet pipe of rectangular cross-section with a saddle covered by a locking member made in the form of a flexible tape, forming with the housing water outlet pipe control cavity communicated with the upper tail and have a drain channel that has a control element made in the form of a sleeve with a profiled cut valve, the mouth is fixed on the membrane, the second membrane housing, the cavity which is communicated with the control cavity, and connected by a rod with a membrane to the first membrane housing, a cavity which is communicated with the upper tail. The second membrane housing in a known regulator of water leads to the complication of its structure and, consequently, reduces its reliability, since the probability of failure due to possible driving his deposits and small fin. The technical result is the creation of a stabilizer water consumption of simplified construction and improved reliability while retaining the ability to provide increased accuracy of stabilization of the flow. The technical result is achieved that the flow sensor water containing the water outlet pipe of rectangular cross-section with a saddle covered by a locking member made in the form of a flexible tape, forming with the housing water outlet pipe control cavity communicated with the upper tail and have a drain channel on which you installed the valve is connected by a rod with a membrane of the membrane housing, the cavity which is communicated with the upper tail, the control with shaped cutouts, according to the invention as a control element used saddle into the water pipe. The novelty of the claimed technical solution is that in the stabilization of the ora of water flow as the control element used saddle into the water pipe and it allows for increased precision stabilization of consumption. When the water level in the upstream due to the presence of the pipeline 8, the pressure in the diaphragm casing 7 increases, the membrane 9 is bending, compressing the spring 12 and moving the rod 10, and with it the valve 13. This decreases the degree of opening of the discharge channel 6 and, consequently, to reduction of the flow of water discharged from the control cavity 5. The pressure in the latter will begin to increase equality between the flow rate of water flowing into the control cavity 5 through the clearances between the casing modulebus the first pipe 1 and the loose edges of the flexible tape 4, and discharged flow will be disturbed, flexible tape 4 will come into motion and begin to overlap shaped cutout 3 of the seat 2. Upon completion of the transition process equality between incoming and discharged expenses will be restored and the flexible tape 4 will occupy a new position. In this case, due to the presence of a shaped cutout 3 of the seat 2, used as a control, the new position of the flexible tape 4 will correspond to the degree of opening of the recess 3 of the seat 2, to compensate for the increased flow rate when the water level upstream. During the lowering of the water level upstream of the cycle of operation is repeated in reverse order. The adjustment of the stabilizer of water consumption for different modes is carried out by the screw setpoint 11. In this flow sensor water availability profiled cutout 3 of the seat 2, used as control, allows to obtain high accuracy of stabilization of the flow.
