The invention relates to a capsule for preparing and obtaining a drink in the device for preparing beverages, in particular, to the means of opening intended for the opening of the capsule to create an outlet for the beverage with improved parameters for the exit of fluid.

The implementation of the invention

It should be noted that the locking elements 8 and 9 can linearly move relative to each other from the first position of the insertion of the capsule (figure 1) in the second locking position of the capsule (figure 2). As it approaches the locking element 8 to the exhaust surface 6b of the capsule formed by a wall 4, hook opening element 7 breaks the cover 11, which is tightly attached to the wall 4 with an outlet surface 6b.
