The food additive is represented by a complex of the following organic acids: amino acetic (glycine), ascorbic and malic acids; the food additive recipe contains, per 100 kg of the product: amino acetic acid (glycine) - 80 kg, ascorbic acid - 12 kg and malic acid - 8 kg.

EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture an additive with increased biological value, imparting improved organoleptic properties to liqueurs and spirits.
