SUBSTANCE: device for automatic preparation of a power plant of a military track vehicle for start-up includes a heater including a boiler, an outlet manifold, a supercharger, an electric motor, a water pump, a fuel pump, an injector, a fuel valve, an ignition plug and a heating plug. A control unit with a remote control panel, which is connected to the ignition plug, the heating plug, the fuel valve, the electric motor and a temperature sensor, is installed into a warm-up system. A flame temperature sensor and an outlet manifold cover drive are installed into the heater boiler, and a heating limiter is installed into the heat exchanger.

The invention relates to military tracked vehicles, in particular to systems preheating power plants military tracked vehicles (UGM).

Known heating system tanks and armored personnel carriers containing the heaters of various designs. Start known analogues of heating power plants is only possible with the participation of the driver, since the means and controls the heating system (heater) power plant WHM installed on the workplace of the driver or separately from the driver (posted on object UGM).

As a prototype taken the heating system of the power plant T-72 tank (see Technical description T-72 tank. - M.: Military publishing house 2002, s). The heating system includes a heater, which consists of a boiler, exhaust manifold, blower motor, water pump, fuel pump, injectors, fuel valve, the spark plugs and glow plugs.

One of the main activities ensure high combat readiness is the preparation of the power plant to the movement VGM. Practice operation WGM in the army showed that the preparation for the movement, especially at negative ambient temperatures (winter), to a great extent is determined by the time required to prepare for the start of the warm-up) power plant VGM.

Preparation for movement VGM performs the mechanic-driver after arriving in Park units from the location of the unit.

Parks military units, usually located at a considerable distance from locations of personnel departments. Therefore, the time of arrival of crews (of drivers) to the samples WGM in the Park has significant value. Therefore, the time of arrival of crews (of drivers) to the samples WGM is not used for the preparation of the power plant VGM to start, this increases the overall time of execution of the assigned combat mission, which is a significant flaw in the system of basic measures of ensuring the combat readiness of units.

Existing heating systems power plants UGM, including on the selected prototype, there is provided a remote start system heated power plant at any time of day and a certain period (winter, summer) operation VGM. Thus, in this case, preparation of the power plant to start is possible only with the direct presence of the crew (driver) in the object VGM, which is a significant drawback of existing similar systems heating power plant.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is the provision of automatic the expert preparation of the power plant VGM to start regardless of the time of day, a certain period of operation UGM, as well as the location of the crew (driver).

To achieve this goal a device for automatic preparation of the power plant military tracked vehicles to start, containing a heater, comprising a boiler, exhaust manifold, blower motor, water pump, fuel pump, injector, fuel tap, igniting a candle and a candle-heated, characterized in that the heating system of the power plant additionally has a control unit with the remote control, and the control unit is connected to spark the candle and the candle heating, fuel valve, motor, sensor temperature, and boiler heater has a temperature sensor of the flame and the actuator cover exhaust manifold and in the heat exchanger is the limiter heating.

The invention is illustrated by figure 1. The proposed device operates as follows. The signal from the remote control 18 to run the heater is received by the antenna control unit 12 included in the electrical network VGM. The control unit 12 issues a command to the actuator cap of the exhaust manifold 7, which opens the lid of the exhaust manifold 6. The control unit 12 opens the fuel tap 1 supplies power to the glow plug preheating 15 and spark-plug 14 to glow for some time (at least three minutes). Fuel begins to flow to the nozzle 16, where it is heated by the candle heating 15 to ensure proper ignition. After a certain period of time (not less than three minutes) turns on the electric motor 3, resulting in a rotation of the blower 4, the coolant pump 5 and the fuel pump 2. Fuel under pressure is fed to the nozzle 16, is sprayed into the boiler 17 and ignited, getting on a hot spark-plug 14. When stable combustion with flame sensor 13 in the control unit 12 receives the signal, the control unit disables the spark-plug 14, the candle heating 15. The heat generated during combustion is transferred to the coolant of the cooling system of the power plant through the heat exchanger 9. When reaching the coolant temperature of 90C temperature sensor 10 sends a signal to the control unit 12, which overlaps the fuel tap 1, and fuel is not supplied to the nozzle 17, resulting in the flame in the boiler 17 is extinguished. After that, the control unit 12 stops the motor 3 and issues a command to the actuator cap of the exhaust manifold 7, which closes the lid of the exhaust manifold 6. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed device comprises preliminary determination section, confirmation section and modification section. Ignition plug (8) is supplied by storage battery (7) in ignition period and charged by power generated by AC generator (12). Preliminary determination section defines probability of faulty operation of ignition plug proceeding from variation in AC generator output power at termination of ignition period. Probability of ignition plug fault will be determined if variation in AC generator output does not exceed check value. The latter represents a set of values intended for revealing faulty conditions of operation of ignition plug. In determining the section fault probability, confirmation section is temporarily cuts in ignition plug (8) at the end of ignition period. If AC generator output power does not exceed preset limits, generator output power variation is compared with check values "a", given ignition plug (8) is connected.
