SUBSTANCE: floating platform contains connected by at least one fixing element at least two floating elements each one of which consist of two side faces with at least one vertical projection on each of them with at least one vertical recess on each of them matching vertical projection. Vertical projection is made with narrowed portion changing into widened towards periphery portion to form supporting pad. Vertical recess features narrowed portion changing over into part widened towards the centre to from resting pad. On one of side faces at both sides of vertical projection there are flanges being supporting for corresponding fixing element. On the second side face at both sides of vertical projection there are two projections: one is at one side of this vertical projection and at least enveloping at least from above the corresponding fixing element, and the other is at other side of this vertical projection and at least supporting for corresponding fixing element. These two projections are parts of mating sockets of corresponding fixing elements.

EFFECT: higher reliability, enhanced operational functionality due to increased displacement and bearing capacity of platform.

The invention relates to floating tools designed for specific purposes, namely, pontoons, floating docks, rafts and other floating structures.

Closest to the technical essence of the present invention is selected as a prototype floating platform containing United, at least one locking element, at least two of the floating element, consisting each of two lateral sides with at least one vertical protrusion on each of two lateral sides with at least one vertical cavity on each corresponding to the vertical projection of the top face and the bottom, forming together the hollow body (patent RF №2322549, from 30.09.2005 year).

The disadvantages of the prototype are the unreliability of construction due to high loads on the eyes with stress concentrators under vertical loads and misalignments of the floating platform elements due to their unreliable fixation due to the forces causing reciprocal movement wavy or angular projections relatively wavy or angular depressions in their interaction, the use of visible fixing elements does not exclude the possibility of unauthorized disassembly of the platform and its upper surface is uneven and leads to it is Timoti production of their special shape, the presence of eyes does not allow the use of larger useful volume while maintaining the overall dimensions of the platform, which reduces the displacement and the load capacity of the latter.

The technical result achieved by the invention, is to enhance operational capabilities by increasing displacement and load-carrying capacity by increasing the useful volume while maintaining the overall dimensions of the platform, as well as by eliminating unauthorized disassembly of the platform and its upper surface is smooth and without additional elements, through the use of hidden locking elements, to improve the reliability by improving the fixation of floating elements in the horizontal direction and the perception of increased vertical load supporting platforms vertical projections based platforms vertical cavities without the use of the design of the lugs with the stress concentrators, as well as to simplify the design as a whole through the use of locking elements standard profile.

The floating platform has United, at least one fixing element 1, made for example in the form of a tube (see figure 1 and figure 2) or a cylindrical pin, at least two floating element 2 consisting each of two lateral sides 3 and 4 with at least one vertical projection 5 on each of two side faces 6 and 7 with at least one vertical cavity 8 on each corresponding vertical tab 5, from the upper edge 9 and the bottom 10, together forming a hollow enclosure 11. On the third side face 6 having a vertical cavity 8, each of the floating element 2 on both sides of this vertical cavity 8 may be made, at least, the lugs 22 and 23 (delimiters PE is Emesene) for the corresponding locking element 1, and each vertical tab 5 and each vertical cavity 8 can have a cross-section of dovetail" 24 with rounded corners 25.

In addition, in the third and fourth side faces 6 and 7, having a vertical cavity 8, on both sides of each can be made more depressions 26. When performing each of the floating element 2 by extrusion blow molding hollow housing 11 is provided by a closed tube 27 technological hole.

The floating platform is as follows.

The floating platform is assembled in a single structure, for example, two floating elements 2 (see figure 1) by connecting the vertical cavity 8 side face 6 with a vertical protrusion 5 a side face 3 of the neighboring floating element 2 and the subsequent fixation of these floating elements together in a horizontal direction due to the connection type dovetail 24. SUBSTANCE: connection of cylindrical parts, which comprise a tubular casing and an end part, is carried out with the help of a stop element installed in combined circular bores arranged on connecting surfaces of connected parts. A stop element is an open ring with ends bent inside and outside, and a through slot is formed within the borders of the combined circular bores in the tubular casing, as well as a dead slot on the end part transiting one into the other. In the dead slot there is a hole for fixation of the end of the open ring and threaded holes for positioning of parts with each other with the help of stop screws.

SUBSTANCE: procedure for connection of parts consists in alignment of parts so, that one parts envelopes another and in their fixation. Also, an element conjugated with a cavity in the enveloping part is made on the end of the enveloped part; this element increases in cross section in the direction to the end of the part. The distinguished feature of the claimed procedure is fabrication of the enveloped part out of composite material, while the enveloping part is made out of metal. The latter is compound and consists of straps with external thread and of a sleeve with internal thread. Parts are connected successively. First, straps are aligned with internal thread, further, the sleeve is aligned with the straps.

SUBSTANCE: locking connection consists of case with orifice and circular groove. The orifice has radial slots from the side of the case end. The slots are uniformly located relative to the orifice and enter into the circular groove. Also, the locking connection has a locking ring with uniformly arranged lugs. The locking ring is inserted in the circular groove of the case. Diametre of lugs bases correspond to diametre of the orifice of the case; while width and amount of lugs correspond to width and number of slots of the case. The locking ring has crown teeth distant from external diametre of lugs at a value exceeding depth of the circular groove; the teeth are bent inside slots of the case and are shifted in the circumferential direction relative to the lugs of the locking ring; their shift does not exceed half of angle between neighbour lugs. Width and number of the crown teeth correspond to width and number of case slots. Procedure for implementation of the said locking connection consists in making the circular groove in the case with the slots entering the groove; the locking ring is inserted into the case till it gets into the circular groove. The lugs of the locking ring are inserted through the slots of the case; also after the locking ring gets into the circular groove, it is turned in circumferential direction inside the circular groove till the crown teeth match with the slots of the case; further, the crown teeth are bent into the said slots of the case.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to production of ice-resistant platforms for exploration of freezing sea offshore oil and gas deposits. Proposed platform is equipped with remote turret assembly consisting of the block accommodating the turret and located outside platform hull to allow the latter to turn in external force main vector direction and to be retained in place by anchor system connected with said turret.
