The technical field
The invention relates to household appliance, in particular to dishwasher or washing machine, according to the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims.
The level of technology
Appliances such as a dishwasher or washing machine, contain a controller that during the execution of the program activates the various components of household appliance, such as engines, pumps and/or valves, and other indicators. On completion of the program, the controller and indicators consume the electric power up until the user manually disable them via the main switch, designed to enable and/or disable household appliance.
Disclosure of the invention
Therefore, the objective of the invention is development of a household appliance with low power consumption.
The solution of the above tasks is based on the household appliance, in particular dishwasher or washing machine which contains at least one controller, managing components of household appliance containing electrical consumers, during program execution.
According to the invention provides for at least one switch that is designed for switching controller, at least partially de-energized state when the program has finished running. Thus, energy saving unexpectedly simple way due to the fact that after you run the program the controller is fully or partially disengaged from household power by turning off power.
Preferably, there is a delay element designed to power off after a specified period of time. So, possible option, in which, for example, within 30 minutes household appliance takes the user acoustic and/or optical signals the end of the program. After this time the appliance is disconnected from the household power by turning off power. Thus, preferably, the user can set a specified period of time manually and/or delay element can be completely disabled.
Thus, preferably, the controller contains at least the first group of items that is used to control appliances, before and/or after the program has finished running, and the second group of elements intended for control of an appliance during program execution.
Preferably, the first group of items may contain at least one control unit and/or display, managing authorities and/or display, while the second group of elements, preferably, contains at least one control unit, activating components of household appliance during program execution.
In addition, preferably, there is at least one switch, amestecului the second group of elements. Thus, the second group of elements intended for activation of components of household appliance in the course of program execution, can be unplugged from the household power by turning off the power, while in the first group of items that is used to control the management bodies and/or display, still has power. This enables you to submit an acoustic and/or optical signals informing the user of the program execution.
For this, preferably at least one switch communicates with the first group of elements, thanks to which the control signal of the first group of items can cause the switch at least one switch.
In addition, preferably, there is a second switch, designed to cut the power for at least the first group of items. For this, preferably, the first group of items interacts with the second switch, in particular, to ensure the power is off at the end of program.
In addition, preferably an additional delay element that is designed to cut off power of the first group of items after a certain period of time. Thus, the first group of items can also be detached from household power by turning off the power after a specified time period after the end of program execution.
For this, preferably, the second switch is made in the form of a main switch, through which household appliance can be included, at least manually.
Finally, preferably, a master switch yourself detaches the appliance from the mains by the end of program execution.
Brief description of drawings
Two versions of the invention described below on the basis of the appended figures that show:
Figure 1: a perspective type of dishwasher.
Figure 2: schematic of controller dishwasher according to the first variant of execution.
Figure 3: the equivalent circuit diagram of the controller dishwasher according to the second variant of execution.
The implementation of the invention
In figure 1 as the version household appliance presents dishwasher with the control panel 1, located on the front side. Panel 1 manage approximately in the middle there are three software switches 3, 5, 7, designed to select different programs washing. In addition, dishwasher contains the device 9 display that can show, for example, the time and duration of the program. The device 9 display can contain, for example, four semielements indicator that can be activated by the controller. In addition, panel 1 management dishwasher known is the master switch 11, which disables the dishwasher from a household electrical outlet, or connect it to the network.
In addition, shown in figure 1 dishwasher is equipped with a timer that allows the user to set the interval Dt V time. Only after this interval Dt V time set by the user who runs actually start the dishwasher, i.e. during this period Dt V time dishwasher with the master switch 11 is in standby mode. The interval Dt V time can be adjusted using items 13 management that is shown on the figure 1 below the unit 9 display.
Figure 2 presents a highly simplified circuit diagram of the first versions of the controller 8 dishwashers. The controller 8 connected by means of a block 15 power to the electric network 17, namely, through intermediate turn on the main switch 11, which can detach a dishwasher electrical 17 or, respectively, to connect it to the network. Through the block 15 power-on components dishwasher known serves a suitable DC or AC voltage. For example, a device 9 display connected via bus 19 power.
In addition, the controller 8 contains the first group of 21 items, which contains at least one electronic control and/or display. In addition, the controller 8 contains the second group of 23 items, which contains the electronic control. Catering for both groups 21, 23 items is served by the following bus 25, 27 power from the power supply unit 15. The first group of 21 items with electronic control and/or display serves as an input device that allows you to specify the program using the software switches 3, 5, 7 and item 13 management (figure 2 for example, shows only one item 13 management), with which you can adjust the interval Dt V time. Besides, the first group of 21 items sends appropriate signals to the device 9 display.
Besides, the first group of 21 elements are connected signal wire with the second group of 23 items, which, during the time of operation manages the process of washing in a dishwasher. Accordingly, the second group of 23 elements connect signal wires 29 on the electrical components of the dishwasher not shown on the figure.
In the bus 27 power lead from the power supply unit 15 to electronic item 23 management enabled switch 31, which can release the second group of 23 items from block 15 power supply and electrical outlet 17 and thereby to bring it in a deenergized state, or to connect this group to power. Switch 31 triggered from item 33 of delay, which is connected signal wire with the first group of 21 members. When this item 33 delay holds switch 31 open throughout a specified interval Dt V time. That is, within a specified interval Dt V of time until the actual start of the program dishwasher power electronic item 23 management is not available. Only at the moment of start of the program item 33 delay closes the switch 31 and, accordingly, activates the second group of 23 members. Thus, within a specified interval Dt V time the second group of 23 elements that usually consumes a lot of energy in standby mode, you may be disconnected from power, and power is supplied only on the first group of 21 items, which consumes less power.
As follows from figure 2, the switch 31 connected signal wire 35 with the second group of 23 members. Upon completion of the process of washing in a dishwasher second group of 23 elements generates a control signal which again opens the switch 31. Thus, at the end of the wash cycle, the second group of 23 items also disconnected from the electrical network 17.
Figure 3 presents the scheme of the controller 8 dishwasher according to the second variant of execution. The structure and functionality of the controller 8, shown in this figure are essentially identical variant of execution presented in figure 2. Therefore, they are not described here again.
Unlike figure 2 there is no direct signal connection between the second group of 23 items and switch 31. In contrast, the second group of 23 elements is connected to the second switch 11, which serves the main switch. Therefore, upon completion of the cleaning process the second group of 23 items can also generate a corresponding signal and send it to the second switch 11, which will disconnect from a household electrical outlet 17 all the dishwasher. This will allow to completely prevent energy losses after you run the program.
