One of the most pressing modern sanitary problems is the removal of tobacco tar and tobacco tar from the surfaces of various materials for domestic and commercial purposes, as well as other components of tobacco smoke, which is the source of carcinogenic pollution. Tobacco smoke is a concentrated aerosol: a mixture of gases and high concentration of airborne particles that condense and form the resin deposited on the surface of objects in the zone of exposure to tobacco smoke. Phase of tobacco smoke containing solid particles mainly consist of nicotine, water and resin - tobacco tar.
We know the decision to patent DE202006005910. The content in the detergent composition of water of not less than 55% not allow this tool to dissolve the resinous substances of tobacco smoke.
In the known solution p is the patent JP2002241790 also a high content of water (not less than 75%) makes this tool useless for solving purposes.
In the patent RU2367528 described the use of organic solvent, which is the halogen derivatives. Its use is unacceptable because of toxicity.
Also for the removal of tobacco tars and resins of a similar origin was used following tools are based on aqueous solutions of alkali or organic solvents not miscible with water.
Known detergent for cleaning smoke chambers and pipes flues from plaque - carbon smoke, containing sodium carbonate, trisodium phosphate and ionogenic surface-active substance, including additional sodium hydroxide and metasilicate sodium (patent RU2010844, MKI: C11D 1/66, C11D 1/66, C11D 3:04, C11D 3:06, C11D 3:08, C11D 3:10, publ. 15.04.1994).
The disadvantage is that this tool is very aggressive solution, capable of destructive influence on the structure of textile materials, leather, including artificial, coatings, metal surfaces subject to corrosion, and also has restrictions on environmental and chemical safety.
Known cosmetic removal of tobacco tar on the basis of terpenes and terpenoids and compositions for oral hygiene on the basis of this tool, including toothpastes and other products. Turpentine, representing a liquid mixture of terpenes and terpenoids, R is storeit some resin, fats and oils and is widely used for dissolution of varnishes and paints. The main share of tobacco tar is also polycyclic hydrocarbons. Therefore, an assumption was made that the turpentine should dissolve tobacco resin (patent RU2414210, MKI A61K 8/97, A61K 8/18, A61Q 11/02, publ. 28.12.2009).
The disadvantage is that the turpentine, which is part of the tool, not miscible with water and can not be effectively removed from the treated fabric surfaces with water and can also cause damage to plastic and coatings. As a result, together with the remnants of turpentine in fleecy surface will remain dissolved in the tobacco tar.
The closest analogue is the patent KR20110083810, which describes the composition of the detergent with ethanol (85-92,5 wt.%), propylene glycol (5-10 wt.%). Developed in this patent, the tool is designed to remove only smooth surfaces (skin). In this regard, there is no nonionic surfactant, which is required for subsequent flushing of the resulting solution with water. Attempts to wash off the solution, not containing surfactant, cause the dissolved oil is released in the form of a second liquid phase, stick to the treated surface and not be removed.
The technical result of the invention is cleaner, safer, at least the new use and effective for the removal of tobacco tar and tobacco tar with an increased rate of dissolution of these components in tobacco smoke and at the same time with the most complete removal cleaned with the surface, especially the surface of textile materials, leather, including artificial.
This technical result is achieved due to the fact that sanitary cleaning agent containing a volatile organic solvent is isopropanol or ethanol, non-volatile organic solvent is propylene glycol, characterized in that it contains non-ionic surface-active agent (surfactant) and flavor and all of these components are presented in the following ratio, wt.%: propylene glycol - 5-15, nonionic surfactant is 0.5 to 2.0, flavor - 0,1-0,5, isopropanol or ethanol - rest.
The technical result is achieved due to high speed of dissolution of the tobacco tar (less than 1 min), due to the complete Miscibility with water, which is used to remove dissolved resin with fleecy and other hard surfaces, as well as by maintaining tobacco tar in the solution even after evaporation of the volatile solvent.
We offer qualitative and quantitative composition of funds is necessary and sufficient to achieve the specified result.
The tool contains a balanced composition of volatile and nonvolatile solvents: isopropanol or ethanol and propylene glycol, in connection with which there is a high rate of dissolution tobacco tar, and p and this tobacco resin remains in solution after evaporation of the volatile solvent.

Traditionally volatile organic solvents have a negative impact on the skin, but due to the content of propylene glycol, which, like glycerin, capable of forming a hydrophilic film on the surface of the skin, reduction is achieved in the "drying" effect. Thus, using the above additive provides protection of the skin, which allows the use of the claimed tool without fear of people with sensitive skin and use this tool for cleaning the skin of the hands from the tobacco tar.
Another significant component is the flavor (perfume)providing a masking odors, volatile organic solution of the residents (isopropanol or ethanol). As flavoring the product contains, for example, the perfume composition of the perfume with the scent of watermelon, grapefruit, orange or apricot. Aromatic additives give the vehicle a pleasant smell.
Retains its quality during storage for an extended period of time without discoloration, separation of liquid phases or loss of any insoluble substances.

This tool has a satisfactory viscosity due to the average amount of propylene glycol, and its use in the form of spray Il the aerosol optimally. Further reduction of the content of propylene glycol for this reason, it is undesirable. This allows you to reduce the amount of surfactant required for this process, however, further reduction of the surfactant concentration, there is significant deterioration of the removal process tools with hairy surfaces. Example 3. Liquid to remove tobacco tar deposited on wipes.

This tool contains the minimum number of propylene glycol, surfactants and flavor for a more comfortable application to relatively smooth surfaces. The detergent further contains a sodium salt of aldonic acid in form of sodium gluconate, low-foam nonionic surfactant in form of C8-C10 alkyl polyglycoside and triethanolamine, and the mixture of nonionic surfactants is added in form of a mixture of ethoxylated fatty alcohols with hydrocarbon radical chain length of C12-C14 with ethoxylation degree of 6 and 10, with the following ratio of components, wt %: alkali metal hydroxide 20-30, sodium gluconate 1-3, low-foam nonionic surfactant - C8-C10 alkyl polyglycoside 0.1-1, triethanolamine 0.1-1, mixture of nonionic surfactants -10, water - the balance.
EFFECT: producing phosphate-free low-foam detergent, high detergent power.
