Known composition is used for impregnation of the tissues used for skin disinfection.

The disadvantages of known composition is insufficient antimicrobial activity. In addition, the evaporation of the alcohol component, part, affect the consumer properties of the tissues.

Technical is the first task, solved by the invention, the enhancement of biocidal characteristics of the composition, as well as the improvement of consumer properties, reducing the negative impact on the skin (dryness, cracks), with its frequent use and reduction of allergenic properties.

To achieve these objectives in a biocidal composition for impregnation of tissues, including Quaternary ammonium compound, glycerine and distilled water as Quaternary ammonium compounds are used benzene chloride and optionally enter hydroxymethylglycinate sodium, a decyl polyglucose, Niacinamide, liposinol hydro and phenylmethanol in the following ratio, wt.%:

Benzene chloride is introduced into the composition as a biocidal component. Benzene chloride belongs to the group of Quaternary ammonium compounds. Chemical formula C27H42O2NCI, molecular weight 448, is a colorless crystalline substance, odorless. Benzene chloride exhibits a high biocidal efficacy on a wide range of bacteria and has strong antibacterial effect when used in small concentrations, low toxicity and practically does not cause allergic reactions.

Hydroxymethylglycinate sodium is introduced into the composition as a bactericidal agent. Is a clear liquid.

Niacinamide is introduced into the composition to improve its consumer properties.

Niacinamide is the amide of nicotinic acid. Is a white crystalline powder, odorless, soluble in water, alcohol, glycerin. Nicotinamide increases the barrier function of the skin, has a stimulating effect on collagen synthesis, increases the amount of skin lipids. Is the biologically active form of vitamin B3. The lack of this vitamin in the body causes the disease pellagra. Niacinamide slows the aging process, strengthens balerno the function of the skin, reduces hyperpigmentation, irritation and red spots on the skin, eliminates painful and yellowish skin color.

Niacinamide effect on some strains of fungi that cause skin infections, and protects the cells from immunosuppression caused by UV radiation.

Liposinol hydro is a vitamin complex, containing d-panthenol, ethylpentane, nicotinic acid, ascorbic acid, hyaluronic acid, salicylic acid and citric acid (TU RB 10154 1059.007-2000).

Used in composition means to intensely nourish skin.

In addition, this component has a bactericidal action and collectively enhances the bactericidal action of the main disinfectant components - benzene chloride and hydroxymethylglycinate sodium.

Joint interaction benzene chloride, hydroxymethylglycinate sodium and liposinol hydro has on pathogenic microorganisms stronger bactericidal activity than each of these components separately.

One can argue about the synergistic interaction between components

themselves.

Phenylmethanol (GOST 8751-72) use the proposed tool as antimicrobial component.

Is a clear, colorless liquid spretnim smell. It is soluble in water, alcohol, fatty and essential oils. Chemical formula C6H5CH2OH, molecular weight of 108.

In selected concentrations effective against gram-positive bacteria, and also has efficacy against mold and yeast.

Phenylmethanol ensures the stability of the components, but also enhances the antiseptic properties of Quaternary ammonium compounds - benzene chloride, thereby increasing biocidal properties of the proposed structure.

Water is used as the basis of the composition according to GOST 609-84 (distilled or purified.

The proposed composition is prepared as follows.

In the vessel with water at careful hashing dissolve benzene chloride, hydroxymethylglycinate sodium and phenylmethanol. In the resulting solution was added sequentially glycerin, a decyl polyglucose, Niacinamide, liposinol hydro and water to the prescription number. The Petri dish was filled with 20 ml of a dense nutrient medium. Prepared 24-hour microbial suspension of test microorganism with a concentration of 5x105CFU/ml and applied to 1 ml of the suspension on the surface of the medium. Was dried for 30 min, and then in a nutrient medium made holes with a diameter of 6 mm, which was applied to the samples developed biocidal composition for impregnation of napkins. High biocidal effect observed in the study is provided by the combined interaction of disinfectant ingredients - benzene chloride and hydroxymethylglycinate sodium, phenylmethane the La with a vitamin complex - liposinol hydro, reinforcing their joint biocidal action, and the presence of the wetting agent - decyl of polyglucose and glycerin to provide the best penetration Niacinamide and vitamin complex liposinol hydro, which contributes to therapeutic effect to a small skin injury.

The composition of the prototype possessed antibacterial properties, but slightly lower than the stated biocidal compositions for impregnation napkins.

To determine the minimum time required for complete suppression of the growth and development of test microorganisms the test substance was added to a suspension of the test organisms in the amount of 105CFU/ml in a test tube pour 1 ml of the test substance. The tubes were shaken and intervals 2-5-10 and 30 minutes did the crops in the dense medium. Petri dishes were placed in 24 to 48 hours in a thermostat at 37°C. After this period expires, counted the number of grown colonies and this indicator was judged on the bactericidal activity of the test substance.

The results of these studies are presented in table 3.

SUBSTANCE: described is a method of producing a highly purified disinfectant which contains polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, characterised by that flush water from production of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride in solid form is used. SUBSTANCE: method of producing a disinfectant involves first carrying out polycondensation of hexamethylenediamine and guanidine hydrochloride. Polycondensation starts with preparation of a reaction mass in form of a suspension of crystalline guanidine hydrochloride in molten hexamethylenediamine, taken in ratio of 1:(1-1.5). The suspension is obtained by gradually adding crystalline guanidine hydrochloride, preheated to temperature of 90-120°C, to molten hexamethylenediamine and then stirring. The reaction mass is then heated in steps: holding for 4 hours at 120°C, then for 8 hours at 160°C and then for 3 hours at 180°C. Temperature is then gradually raised to 210°C at a rate of 3-4°C/h. The reaction mass is then subjected to vacuum treatment and cooled.

EFFECT: method enables to reduce toxicity of the end product and obtain a polymer with the required molecular weight and sufficient purity without washing steps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-dispersible polyurethane, method of obtaining thereof, thereof application and cosmetic preparation, containing polyurethane as thickening agent. Water-dispersible polyurethane contains mainly linear basic chains, consisting of alternating hydrophilic and hydrophobic sections. Polyurethane has two terminal sections (T), which are hydrophobic, and, at least, one hydrophobic terminal section (T) represents branched alkyl residue. Hydrophilic section (S) is directly attached to each section (T). At least, one hydrophobic section (D) is directly attached to, at least, one end of each of sections (S). The main polyurethane chain contains, at least, one hydrophilic section (P), and if there is more than one section (P), two sections (P) are separated with, at least, one hydrophobic section (D). Polyurethane contains, at least, three hydrophilic sections. Ratio of molecular weight of any of hydrophilic sections (S) to molecular weight of any of hydrophilic sections (P) lies within the interval from 1:1.4 to 1:70. At least, two hydrophobic sections (D) are aliphatic diisocyanate residues, and, at least, one hydrophilic section (P) represents residue of polyether with number average molecular weight, at least, 1500 g/mol. Polyurethane can represent mixture of different mentioned above polyurethanes. Polyurethanes are obtained in two steps. At the first stage interaction of, at least, one polyether diol with, at least, one aliphatic diisocyanate is realised in presence of zinc carboxylate in solvent medium. At the second stage obtained product is subjected to interaction with, at least, one ethoxylated aliphatic alcohol in solvent medium. After that, separation of solvents is performed and water is added. Polyurethanes are applied for manufacturing of water-containing cosmetic preparation.
