The overflow conduit contains an overflow section (26) positioned inside or on the door (4) and having a liquid connection to the condensate collection device (6) via the valve (24) that is open when the door is closed (4); the valve (24) is positioned on the door (4) or at the outlet end (23) of the overflow section (26).

The invention relates to the dryer for linen.

More particularly, the invention relates to the dryer for linen, containing a body, opening for loading and unloading, closing the hole of the door, a device for collecting condensate extracted from linen water, removable tank, the device fluid circulation, the connecting device for collecting condensate with removable tank to move the condensed water from the device for collecting condensate in removable pot, and overflow pipeline connecting liquid removable tank with a device for collecting condensate.

In such drying machines, for example on ER 0789105, overflow pipeline usually forms part of the demountable tank and represents the groove, formed outside removable tank to move excess water from removable tank in the device for collecting condensate. Although this solution is cheap and simple, it has a major drawback, which is that condensed water flowing uncontrollably, is unleashed inside drying machines and leaks out, if the removable tank is removed after the filing by flowing water pipeline from removable tank in the device condensate collection.

To address this shortcoming, it was suggested to equip the body drying machine overflow pipe, completely separate from removable tank and connecting outlet removable tank with a device for collecting condensate. However, this solution has a complex structure and, therefore, is impractical and expensive.

In the famous drying machines, for example in the tumble dryer on ER 0789105, for setting removable tank requires that the building was adapted for the reception tank with the possibility of removal. This design not only very complicated and massive, but it is inconvenient and ergonomical.

The present invention is to create a drying machine of the type indicated above, in which eliminated the deficiencies mentioned above.

According to the present invention, created clothes dryer is described in the accompanying claims.

A variant of non-limiting the invention described below, with reference to the attached drawings.

Figure 1 shows the preferred option of the drying machines according to the present invention, a top view;

Shown in figure 1 tumble dryer 1 for linen contains case 2 in the form of a parallelepiped, intended for location on the floor and accommodating known dryer for drying clothes (not shown), hole 3 for loading and unloading and 4 door, hinged mounted on the front wall of the building 2 with the possibility of rotation in between the open and closed for closing holes 3 and drying cylinder (not shown).

Drying machine 1 also contains the known device 5 heating the air to circulate inside the drum (not shown) for drying and device for collecting condensate containing located on the floor of the chassis 2 6 tank for collection of condensed water extracted from linen running through it with hot air.

Drying machine also contains a device fluid circulation, which shows the embodiment of the invention includes a pump 7 for the abstraction of the condensed water from the tank 6 and feed it through the pipeline 8 in tank 9, which forms part of the drying machines 1 and contains tank mounted with the possibility of removal on the inner wall 10 4 doors, facing the hole 3, and protruding from the wall.

More specifically, as shown in figure 2 and 3, essentially has the shape of a truncated cone and attached to its large base 11 to the wall 10. In the upper part of the tank made 9 hole 12, which, when 4 door closed and reservoir 9 enters the drying cylinder (not shown), combined the discharge 13 of the pipeline 8 submission, so the water is retrieved from the tank 6 pump 7, flows into a reservoir 9 under the action of gravity.

The hole 12 also acts as the outlet, through which translates condensed water from the reservoir 9, when it is disconnected from 4 door.

Tank 9 is held in the frame 4 two staples 14, made in one piece with the wall 10. Each of the brackets 14 has the possibility of engagement with the corresponding notch 15, educated on the appropriate side of the tank 9. Tank 9 blocked on the wall 10 two buttons on it snaps 16, who have the possibility of engagement with the corresponding slots 18, educated in the wall 10 and reteplase manually by treatment arm (not shown), built-in handle 17 to facilitate retention reservoir 9 by the user.

In particular, as shown in Fig.7, inside the notches 15 is extended ledge 15A, which runs perpendicular to the respective party reservoir 9. When the reservoir 9 installed on the door, 4 ledge 15A included in sliding contact with the relevant guide 14a, located on the inner surface of the corresponding brackets 14 and facing the guide 14a other staples 14.

As shown by the dashed lines in figure 7, each rail 14a has a funnel-shaped top of the input area and increased the lower portion. In other words, the tabs 15A, when they engage in appropriate lower parts of the guides 14a, forming mentioned the lower areas of the virtual loop, allowing the tank 9 to take spontaneously and automatically, when lowering, laid back position. For this purpose, the upper surface of each bracket 14 and the upper surface of each notch 15 equally bent to the tank 9 were free to rotate around the axis of the above virtual loops, without losing contact with the brackets 14 to always be supported by them.

As shown in Fig.6, drying machine 1 also contains the overflow pipeline 19 connecting the tank 9 6 tank to supply the excess water from the reservoir 9 back into the pot 6.

In particular, as shown in figure 4 and 5, the overflow pipeline 19 contains a section 26, which can be installed on the door 4, but shows the embodiment of the invention it is built-in 4 door. Section 26 is an L-shaped pipe with essentially a rectangular cross section and is located on the wall of 10 between 10 and external panel 20 4 door. As shown in figure 3, 4 and 5, the upper end of the overflow channel 26 has an outlet 21, coinciding with the opening in the wall 10 and notified when the reservoir 9 installed on the door 4, with the interior of the tank 9 through the valve 22, which is inserted into the hole in the wall 11 reservoir 9 near the hole 12. Valve 22 may move between the open position, when the reservoir 9 installed on the door 4 (figure 1)and closed position when the tank 9 withdrawn from door 4 (figure 3).

Inserting the valve 22 in the hole 21 is carried out during the installation of the tank 9 on the door 4 simultaneously with the entry latches 16 in the grooves 18, described above.

Valve 22 prevents leakage of water from the walls 11 of the reservoir when the water level reaches the level of the valve 22, and reservoir 9 withdrawn from door 4 for emptying.

At the opposite end of section 26, located near the bottom of the door 4, has a vent 23, coinciding with the opening made in the wall of 10, and closed valve 24, which can travel between the closed position 2, 3, 5) with the open door 4, and the open position (not shown)when the 4 door closed. In the open position 24 valve connects the outlet 23 section 26 and overflow pipeline 19 (6), forming a message with a 6 tank.

The 24 valve automatically closes the outlet section 26 when the 4 door open, to prevent diversion of water if the water level inside the tank 9 reaches the level of the valve 22, and overflow pipeline 19 full.

On the wall facing the hole 3 and located on the opposite side from the wall 11, tank 9 has a window 25 of transparent material, so the user can monitor the level of water inside the tank 9 and in time to empty it.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention drying machine 1 contains a float (not shown), located inside the tank 6 and coupled with the pump 7 to bring it into effect, when the water level inside the tank 6 exceeds a certain level. If the tank 9 full, all water is pumped by a pump 7 in the tank 9, flows back into the tank 6 by flowing line 19. If instead the water level inside the tank 6 decreased by a pump 7, the water level will rise continuous inflow retrieved from linen water, raising the water level is recognized by a float that stops drying machine 1.

Work drying machine 1 is obvious from the description, and further explanations are needed.

3. Drying machine of claim 2, characterized in that the notches (15) and staples (14) is made with the possibility of engagement with each other while moving tank (9) with respect to the door (4) essentially vertical installation.

4. Drying machine of claim 2, characterized in that it additionally contains the connection tool (14a, 15a, 16, 18) for demountable connection of tank (9) with door (4).
