Known insecticide Furadan (LD505 mg/kg) for treatment of seeds of rape against Holy cross is Vatan flea beetles, also included in the list of pesticides and agrochemicals permitted for use on the territory of the Russian Federation, which is highly toxic and is allowed for use only with special hermetic processing of seeds, which are virtually absent in the collective and private farms. In this regard, the use of this drug in our country is extremely limited.
Closest to the claimed group of inventions (the prototype) is known insecticidal COMPOSITION FOR PRESOWING TREATMENT of SEEDS (patent RF №2116029, A01N 57/16), including fungicides TMTD (tetramethylthiuramdisulphide), APRON-35 (methyl ester of N-2,6-dimetilfenil)-N (2-methoxyacetophenone), insecticide ACTELLIC, 50% ke, in which the active substance -0,0-dimethyl-0-(2-diethylamino-6-methylpyrimidin-4) thiophosphate, foaming agent Na (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose) and water in the following ratios of components, mass.%:
TMTD - 10,4-13,2; APRON - 35-10,4-13,2; ACTELLIC - 6,7-15,6; N - 1,2-1,4; water - the rest, which handles the sunflower seeds at a rate of 10-15 l/tonne of seed.
The disadvantage of the prototype is the lack of efficiency of protection of germination of linseed from pests and diseases, because the insecticide ACTELLIC does not provide reliable protection of plants linseed from cruciferous flea beetles, and unsized TMTD not effective for disinfection of flax seeds from disease, and also used in the prototype as adhesive NaKM does not provide the necessary fixation of the components on the seeds of the flax oil and, in addition, its application (NaKM) poses certain problems in the preparation of working solution for seed treatment, as it requires the swelling of the substance and prolonged mixing. And, in addition, the presence of water of a known composition as an essential component of the composition complicates the technological process of processing flax seed, worsening their flowability, which further complicates the process of sowing seeds in the field.
The present invention solves the problem of increasing the yield of flax seeds and a wider variety of tools for combating soil pests, particularly cruciferous blockui, and diseases of this crop.
The purpose of the invention is to make the claimed composition insecticide properties, possessing not only the contact-intestinal effects on pests linseed, but also a systemic effect, thereby increasing the duration of their action, as well as the properties of the fungicide systemic action, penetrating the vascular plants of linseed and providing protection from vascular diseases-Fusarium, as well as the properties of the stimulator of plant growth to improve seed flax oil is knogo, and consequently, increase its productivity.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the known insecticidal composition for presowing treatment of seeds, including insecticide actellic, fungicide and adhesive additionally contains the set of elements of Aquamix, immunomodulator silk, stimulator of plant growth HUMATE potassium, a second insecticide - Mospilan, SPM (20 g/kg), and as a fungicide, Infinito, KS (62,5+625 g/l) and as an adhesive - Mibas when the following ratio of components, wt.%:
The technical result is also achieved by the fact that in the present method of control of cruciferous blockui and diseases of linseed by pre-sowing seed treatment composition comprising an insecticide actellic, fungicide and adhesive, according to the SNO invention as a composition use composition according to claim 1 of the formula of the invention at a dose of 6.9 l/tonne of seed.
Comparative analysis of the proposed technical solutions with prototypes allows us to conclude that the claimed group of inventions is different from the prototype qualitative composition: other than in the prototype, fungicide, Infinito, other adhesive - Mibas and additional components-Aquamix, silk, potassium HUMATE, Mospilan and quantitative dose to handle that part of the seed - 6.9 l/tonne of seed.

From the above we can conclude that the claimed group of inventions allows you to more effectively protect the seedlings of flax oil from pests, in particular from cruciferous flea beetles and diseases, in particular from Fusarium, and to increase the yield of this culture, and to expand the range of means for the control of soil-inhabiting pests, i.e. to achieve the objectives and solve the problem.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. The invention involves steaming hay in a water condensate at temperature of up to 100°C and weight ratio of vegetable material to condensate of 1:11, adding trace elements and macro-elements in form of an aqueous solution of metal salts to obtain an enriched hay suspension, conducting high-temperature hydrolysis of the enriched hay suspension at temperature of 150-160°C and pressure of 4.5-6 atm for 40-90 min to obtain a concentrated hydrolysate, multiple recycling of the concentrated hydrolysate, wherein each recycling step involves loading a new portion of hay, water condensate and trace and macro-elements into the steaming unit and removing wastes from the concentrated hydrolysate. The mass of the reloaded hay, water condensate and trace and macro-elements should be equivalent to the mass of wastes. Upon achieving concentration of nutrients of more than 5% in the concentrated hydrolysate, a portion of the concentrated hydrolysate is fed for steaming at temperature of 60-120°C to obtain a concentrated product - the desired biologically active preparation, wherein an equivalent amount of the water condensate and trace and macro-elements is fed into the hay steaming unit.
