FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a container with improved capturable surface and, in particular, a container comprising a housing and a lid. The object of the invention is to provide a container having capturable surfaces, which enable an easier opening and closing of the container. The container comprises a housing and a lid. The lid has an upper part and a lower hollow cylindrical part, and an outer layer of a material softer than a lower hollow cylindrical part, is connected to the outer surface of the lower hollow cylindrical part. The outer layer preferably covers substantially the entire surface of the lower hollow cylindrical part. In addition, the container housing has one or more capturable surfaces in the form of zones with relatively higher coefficients of friction. The container also comprises a lid threadably secured to the threaded hole. At that the lid is made of plastic or polymer material. At that the container is made with the ability of opening by clamping the skirt with one hand and clamping the strip at the part of the housing with the other hand.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to a container with improved susceptible to capture by the surface and, in particular, to a container, comprising a housing and a cap of the container, with each of these elements has one or more improved amenable to capture surfaces.

Background of invention

Many containers, such as banks, have a top opening and a lid or other closure means, intended to close or cover the holes. One typical design includes a hole made with a thread of the bottle opening, which cover with the corresponding thread is twisted and twisted off. The publication of the patent application U.S. No. 2005/0145593 disclosed cover captured with a soft surface, in which pre-formed label forms a thin capture surface on the bottom of the hollow cylindrical part of the cap.

Access to the contents of the known container with thread get through the application of torque to the lid with the simultaneous application of pressure to the sides of the casing of the container, thereby holding the housing stationary while unscrewing of the cap from the housing. Thus, torque applied to the cap, must be counteracted by an appropriate torque is applied to the body. For the application of sufficient torque to the body to counter the torque applied to the cap, the user typically must shrink the body of the container is very strong, or to hold the body of the container to a work surface or table top, or to use any other ways. All these methods are sticky and uncomfortable and compression of the body of the container may cause indentation of the container inside and squeezing some content from the container during opening.

In the art there is a need for an improved container having a measurable gripping surface that allows easy opening and closing of the container.

Summary of the invention

The present invention relates to a container with closure means in the form of the captured lid, which lid has a soft outer layer, formed on the bottom of the hollow cylindrical part for education be gripping surface. Preferably the outer layer forms a strong bond with the lower hollow cylindrical portion, which may include cohesion, in which the respective materials of the outer layer and the bottom of the hollow cylindrical part are connected to each other. In addition, the outer layer preferably has a sufficient thickness to provide an improved curable gripping surface, which is convenient for grasping by the user and allows the user to easily open the container to which is attached a cover. In addition, the container has a measurable gripping surface on the outer surface of the container shell. This surface may contain a rubber-like material attached to the outer surface of the shell outer layer connected through bimolecular what's relations with the body, or a portion of a housing outer surface having roughness.

The present invention in one embodiment relates to a container, comprising a housing having an aperture and at least a section of the outer surface containing the material having a high coefficient of friction. The container includes a lid having a top and bottom hollow cylindrical part. The lid has an outer layer of a material which is softer than the lower hollow cylindrical portion and attached to the outer surface of the bottom of the hollow cylindrical part. A cover coupled to the housing of the container around the opening.

Material with a high coefficient of friction may be connected to the housing by means of intermolecular bonds.

Preferably a material with a high coefficient of friction is the coefficient of friction greater than the coefficient of friction of the rest of the body. Material with a high coefficient of friction allows the user to apply sufficient force to the body during opening and closing to counter the torque applied to tighten and loosen the cap.

The present invention in its another embodiment relates to a container, comprising a housing and a cover, each of these elements consists of the corresponding first material and has, for less than the least plot its respective outer surfaces containing the corresponding second material connected with the corresponding first material. The corresponding second material is connected with the corresponding first material to prevent their displacement relative to each other. The corresponding second material provides more torque for a given force applied to the rest of the body of the container and cover, without slipping.

The present invention in one of its variant relates to a method of making a container, comprising the formation of a container shell having an aperture, through the first stage of two-stage injection molding and education part of the outer layer of the body of the container through the second stage of two-stage injection molding for attaching the outer layer to the body of the container through the formation of intermolecular bonds.

These and other objectives of the present invention will become apparent from the following brief description of the drawings and detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

A detailed description of the preferred embodiments

In the drawings, similar elements are denoted by the same numbers in some species.

The container 14 includes a housing 19 and the cover 10. The cover 10 has an upper part 11 and lower hollow cylindrical portion 12. Preferably, the cover 10 is formed from a plastic or polymer by injection molding on the first stage. The cover 10 may be composed of polyethylene or polypropylene. Alternatively, the cover 10 may be formed from any other suitable material well known to the average person skilled in the technical field.

The cover 10 includes an outer layer 13 attached to the bottom of the hollow cylindrical part 12 and preferably covering essentially the entire surface of the part 12. The outer layer 13 is connected with the part 12 so that the outer layer 13 does not slip and does not move relative to the part 12 by tightening or loosening the cap 10 for opening or closing the container 14 (figure 4).

In one paragraph edocfile the method of manufacturing the cover 10 of the outer layer 13 is formed during the second stage of injection molding. Preferably the resulting outer layer 13 is attached to the portion 12 through the formation of intermolecular bonds in such a way that the boundary surface (boundary layer) 16 is formed between them, will include material from part 12 and the outer layer 13, mixed with each other, as shown in figure 3. Although it is preferable to have cohesion between the part 12 and the outer layer 13 is not necessary to have cohesion to ensure the absence of bias the lower part 12 and the outer layer 13 relative to each other.

The thickness of the outer layer 13 is at least 20 mils, preferably at least 38 mils and more preferably 40-60 mils. These thicknesses provide education be comfortable gripping surface along part 12 of the cover 10 to provide easy gripping and opening of the container 14 by the user. The outer layer 13 can be formed of any suitable soft material, which includes a rubberized elastomer.

The presence of measurable capture surfaces with a high coefficient of friction on the body of the container allows the user to hold the body of the container in a fixed position relative to the cover to counter the torque applied to the housing by tightening the cover on the case and the unscrewing of the cap from the housing. As a result, the container of the present invention is easier to open and close than the known containers.

Although the invention has been described above in connection with preferred and options for its implementation, specialists in the art will understand that changes and modifications may be made in these preferred embodiments, the implementation without departing from the scope and essence of the invention.

6. The container according to claim 1, in which at least one portion of the outer surface containing the material having a high coefficient of friction, is located at the base of the housing opposite the hole.

7. The container according to claim 1, in which a material with a high friction coefficient is connected with the rest of the casing by means of intermolecular bonds.

8. The container according to claim 1, in which a material with a high coefficient of friction forms a textured surface.

9. The container according to claim 1, in which a material with a high coefficient of friction is a rubber-like material deposited on the surface of the hull.

10. The container according to claim 1, in which at least one portion of the outer surface containing the material having a high coefficient of friction, is located on the bottom surface of the housing opposite the hole.

11. Proposed packing material in form of polymeric film includes polyolefin with addition of hydrogen absorber, product of company Ciba-SchelfplusO2 2400 to increase barrier for penetration of oxygen, high density polyethylene, grade FL5580 produced by Borealis company featuring high barrier properties to penetration of water vapors, and modifier. Six-component complex of volatile corrosion inhibitors in form of superconcetrate of Cesa-Cor 9103 is used as modifier which contains no nitrates, and contact inhibitor cyclohexylamine chromate at the following ratio of components, mass %: six-component complex of volatile corrosion inhibitors in form of superconcentrate Cesa-Cor 9103-0.1-5.0; contact inhibitor - cyclohezylamine chromate 1.0-2.0; oxygen absorber SchelfplusO2 - 2.0 - 10.0; polyethylene FL 5580 - 10.0 - 40/0; polyolefin - the rest. When using proposed packing material, active inhibitors, evaporating, migrate in to all cavities and irregularities with subsequent condensing on metal surface. If moisture gets onto surface, molecules of inhibitor hydrolyze and protective ions are attracted to surface of metal, thus forming thin protective film. Packing material with volatile corrosion inhibitor can be used in transportation and storage of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys. Moreover, complex of volatile corrosion inhibitors migrate on protected surface quicker than other similar inhibitors, thus creating high pressure of protective vapors.

EFFECT: improved corrosion protection of metals.

SUBSTANCE: proposed container has outer metal shell provided with metal layer, thermal protection and inner space. Inner space consists of housing made up of semihousings and thermal protection made of wood. Housings of inner space of semihousing are double layer ones, consisting of outer metal shell and inner layer made of heat-resistant nonmetallic material. Inner surface of metal shell in zone of butt joint is made cylindrical. Height of inner cylindrical part of metal shell is 1.5-3.5 of length of butt joint fasteners. Cylindrical surface of metal shell changes into spherical surface. Spherical part of metal shell of semihousings is 0.1-0.4 of thickness of end face part of metal shell of semihousing. Heat-resistant nonmetallic layer follows shape of outer shell and is made in cylindrical part with variable thickness. Relative to end face part of metal shell, thickness of nonmetallic layer from place of butt joint is from 0.1-0.4 to 0.6-1.5. In spherical part, thickness of heat-resistant nonmetallic layer is constant, being 0.6-1.5 relative to end face part of metal shell.

SUBSTANCE: package material with volatile corrosion inhibitor has a form of hose, half-hose or canvas with thickness of 80-250 mcm. It includes polyolefin or polyolefin mix and "ВНХ-Л-20" volatile corrosion inhibitor dispersed in "ФМТ" contact corrosion inhibitor at the following component rate, mass % : "ВНХ-Л-20" volatile corrosion inhibitor - 0.13-1.13; "ФМТ" contact corrosion inhibitor - 0.80-2.2; the rest is polyolefin or polyolefin mix. Package material can include both one and several layers due to co-extrusion, pasting, lamination. Tests proved ant-corrosion effect of the film, particularly in conservation of pipes, steel bridge fastening bolts, steel ball bearing pin rolls (without lubricant). Production conserved by this method is delivered to customer and can resist corrosion for 1 year at least, or can be stored at a heated/cold storehouse (at room temperature of over +5°C and under +55°C) resisting corrosion for up to 5 years.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of package materials, namely, to multi-layer polymer films for food products, and may be used in food industry, and also in agriculture and household use. Package is made of multi-layer film material that includes several layers from polymer components and internal layer adjacent to product that contains polyolefine and modifier. At that as modifier of internal layer, synergetic mixture is used that consists of sodium salt of dehydroacetic acid, calcium lactate or citrate and calcium ethylene diamine tetraacetate with the following ratio of components, wt %: synergetic mixture of sodium salt of dehydroacetic acid, calcium lactate or citrate and calcium ethylene diamine tetraacetatet - 0.5-5.0, polyolefine - the rest. As polyolefine polyethylene is used with high or low density, or propylene, or their mixture, or copolymers of ethylene with propylene or with higher olefins, or vinyl acetate or their mixtures and alloys. Such package has higher protective properties, including antioxidant action, is able to more efficiently suppress microorganisms.

EFFECT: production of package with higher protective properties that is able to more efficiently suppress microorganisms.

SUBSTANCE: box for oblong items has longitudinal axis which is located horizontally when box is worn. The box consists of a body having rear, front and side walls coupled with bottom element, valve for body closing from above and locks for valve holding in the body in its closed position. There is a slot in the front wall which crosses the whole wall and separates them into parts. The slot also crosses bottom element.

EFFECT: invention ensures easy use of box.
