Composition for production of particle boards

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry and may be used for making slats. Said composition includes for inner layer 10-40% of rotten blank waste chips and 20% of wastes after roundup lumber chips as well as 40-70% of chips produced from pulp chips of PS grade with the help of binder based on low-molecular urea-formaldehyde resin and emulsion. Note here that said binder consists of low-molecular urea-formaldehyde resin of 60-62% concentration and aqueous solution of ammonia chloride of 20% concentration. Emulsion consists of the following components, in wt %: paraffin - 21, brown coal wax - 14, emulsifier - 1, water - 64.

EFFECT: lower material input, power savings, higher efficiency of equipment, lower toxicity.

Known particle-adhesive composition /patent RF №2440391/, which for the inner layer in the manufacture of chipboard used 10-40% of chips from rotting waste blanks, and 20% of chips from waste cylindrical shaping of round timber with a ratio of wt.%:

The disadvantage of this composition is the impossibility of obtaining the plates, the respective Marche P-And according to GOST 10632-2007, due to inertia as paraffin hydrocarbon alkangovolo series in the part of the press of the composition.

The technical result of the invention is to reduce the material intensity of production of chipboard, the intensity of the pressing process, productivity press equipment and reduce toxicity, and getting plates that meet the requirements of GOST 10632-2007 for mark P.-A.

The technical result is achieved in that the composition for the production of chipboard, which is used for the inner layer 10-40% of chips from rotting waste blanks, and 20% of chips from waste cylindrical shaping of round timber with a ratio of wt.%:

Example. When is otoplenie particle-adhesive composition is as follows. Raw mixture of the following composition: chips obtained from the process of chip brand SS in the amount of 40-70%, produced according to GOST 15815-83; shavings obtained from waste cylindrical shaping of round timber - 20%; shavings obtained from rotting waste blanks - 10-40%, is dried to a moisture content of 1.5-2.2% and is mixed with a binder based on discomania urea-formaldehyde resin.

The emulsion is prepared as follows: pour into the tank set amount of water and begin heating to 80-90°C, add a set amount of wax, melt the paraffin, the temperature is raised to 85-90°C add a set amount of emulsifier, stirred until foaming and to raise the level of the emulsion. Next, add the calculated amount of lignite wax and stirred for 10-20 minutes Then cooled emulsion to 30°C.

The emulsion is mixed with discomania urea-formaldehyde resin synthesized with a molar ratio of urea:formaldehyde of 1:1,05-1:1.1 and the curing agent is an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride.

Then form the carpet and produce hot pressing at a temperature of 190±5°C for 0,24-0,27 min/mm plates at a maximum specific pressure of 2.3 MPa. The density of the obtained plates is 650 kg/m3. The obtained plate was incubated for 24 hours at room temperature, rscr is more to sample and test according to GOST 10632-2007.

The results of physico-mechanical properties on the basis of the obtained particle-adhesive compositions are presented in the table.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, particularly, to light three-ply boards including foamed polymer filler. Proposed board comprises top and bottom plies with filler glued in place there between. Filler reinforced discrete elements shaped to stiffness are arranged at areas to sustain increased loads. Areas reinforced with discrete elements inside shaped plies are composed of hollow cases located in definite order above bottom ply with glue layer. Invention covers also the production of said boards.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to finishing interior wall surfaces. The method of finishing an interior wall involves preparing a base for building panels containing gypsum, cement or combinations thereof; applying a coating mixture on the surface of the base, said mixture containing 10-40 wt % latex emulsion binder, 30-80 wt % calcium sulphate hemihydrate, 0.1-2 wt % set inhibiting agent, 0.05-2 % of a polymer having molecular weight less than 6000 Da, said polymer being selected from a group consisting of polymers obtained from monomers such as vinyl acrylates, vinyl acetates, vinyl chlorides, ethylene styrenes, substituted ethylenes, as well as polymers having a polyamide skeleton or carboxylate functional groups, and 10-40 wt % water. The invention also relates to a building panel with said coating.

EFFECT: use of the coating mixture enables to cut the duration of the process of finishing walls, and enables use thereof to make novel building panels and for recoating old walls in need of repair.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plaster-like material and can be used in coatings and articles. A faced panel includes a structural panel and a dried coating which contains calcium sulphate hemihydrate in a latex polymer matrix free from water and containing a two-component agent which prevents setting. The facing mixture contains calcium sulphate hemihydrate, a latex emulsion polymer, a two-component agent consisting of a low-molecular weight polymer and a phosphonic acid compound, sulphates or mixtures thereof, and water.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of glued laminates. Proposed method consists in gluing together consecutive layer. Glue or adhesive is applied on first layer surface for, at least, one next layer to be glued thereon and coated by second surface layer. Pressure is applied to the latter and layers of glue or adhesive are dried unless their polymerisation. Mesh of web of fiber glass is applied on the first surface layer after application of glue or adhesive. Inner layer is composed of placing the ring- or cylinder-shape bamboo fragments on said web or mesh the fragments. Then, layer of glue or adhesive is applied thereon and covered by another mesh or wed of fiber glass for attachment of second surface layer.

SUBSTANCE: chassis is composed of 3D composite structure comprising bearing layers made up of thin-wall preforms to support reinforcing elements bound of binding compound. SUBSTANCE: reinforced multi-layer technical profile comprises a bearing matrix in the form of a heat insulator and lining protective reinforcing coatings. The heat insulator is a monolithic diversely reinforced sectional multilayer matrix frame from a heterogeneous filler equipped with diverse layers of the insulant along the entire thickness of the technical profile. From the inside there is an isothermic lining insulant, and from the outside - a heat protective one. The technical profile is manufactured on the basis of the matrix frame by filling of multilayer sections of the heat insulator with the diversely reinforced heterogeneous filler along its entire thickness with heterogeneous layers of the insulant. Under steam and hydraulic insulation the isothermic internal and external heat protective lining insulants are arranged.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase thermal and physical characteristics of erected structures, to reduce their specific weight and prime cost.

SUBSTANCE: crude mixture for making heat-insulation articles contains, wt %: wood aggregate ground until passage through sieve N5 77.0-79.0; liquid phenol-formaldehyde resin 7.0-8.0; hydrolysed lignin 5.0-6.0; textile wastes 5.0-6.0; carboxymethyl cellulose 3.0-4.0. SUBSTANCE: hydrophilic plasticine is a product of comprehensive recycling of concentrated steep water from starch production, having sufficient plastic properties. The hydrophilic plasticine is obtained by heat treatment at 90°C, while simultaneously mixing the mixture of dry sieved moss peat with moisture content of not more than 20% and a thickened corn-steep extract, formed during starch production when corn is soaked in warm water at 45-52°C, which contains up to 0.35% sulphuric acid with respect to SO2 and less than 2% fatty acids and dry substances boiled down to concentration of not less than 48%. Components of the mixture are taken in ratio of 1:(4-6), respectively. If content of fatty acids in the thickened corn-steep extract is higher than 2%, the components are first heated to different temperatures before mixing.

EFFECT: plasticine is plastic and dissolves in water.

SUBSTANCE: wood-polymer composition consists of, wt %: wood-vegetable filler 70-90, thermoplastic polymer binder 8-25, a sodium salt of polyethylene polyaminomethylene phosphonic acid 0.5-1.0 and target additives - the balance. The thermoplastic polymer binder is selected from a group of vinyl polymers based on vinyl chloride or copolymes thereof with vinyl acetate, polymers based on ethylene, propylene, copolymers thereof, polymers based on methyl methacrylate, polyethylene terephthalate, polystyrene or mixture thereof.

EFFECT: invention improves strength properties of the composition, simplifies the composition and method for production thereof.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: composite contains 55-75 wt % bagasse fibre with particle size of 40-120 mesh and length to diameter ratio ranging from 3:1 to 5:1 and 25-45 wt % thermoplastic polymer. The bagasse is prepared from a by-product of sugarcane refining. The separated fibres are softened by adding water and grinding. The fibres are then mixed with a thermoplastic polymer and the fibre-polymer mixture is extruded to obtain a composite.

EFFECT: obtaining a high-strength ecologically clean composite which can be used for a long period of time without deformation and colour change.
