The method was tested in conditions of Zheleznovodsk clinic of the fgbi "Pyatigorsk, GNIIT the FMBA of Russia" on two groups of patients - main (30 people) and the comparison group (30 people)treated by the new method and the prototype, respectively. Patients on treatment received in the direction of the health parts of the FMBA of Russia from enterprises with harmful working conditions. The study included 60 patients - employees of the system of the FMBA of Russia, men 61.7%of women of 38.3%. The age of most patients 30 to 50 years (53,3%), 50 years and above to 46.7%. The number of technical workers amounted to 56,7%, workers - 43,3%. The presence of privrzenost was noted in all patients, of which ionizing radiation in 61.7% of patients, exposure to toxic chemicals in to 38.3% of patients.

We observed patients in addition to chronic pancreatitis revealed concomitant diseases: peptic ulcer of the duodenum and stomach in 13.4% of patients, chronic gastritis at 18.3 percent, chronic acalculous cholecystitis in 21,7% of patients. It was also noted arterial hypertension in 25% of patients. Clinical features the ka of the patients are shown in table 1.

Identified three main manifestations of syndromes - astheno-neurotic in 80% of patients, diarrhoeal at 73.3 per cent and pain - in 100% of patients.

Astheno-neurotic syndrome patients expressed General weakness, headaches, irritability, sleep disorders, some of them - depressive manifestations. Dyspeptic syndrome manifested by a feeling of heaviness in the right hypochondrium and epigastric region (30% of patients), heartburn (31,9%), bloating (73,3%), bitter taste in the mouth (28,3% of patients), nausea (56,7%) violations of the chair in the form of constipation (40%) and relief (10%of patients). Tenderness to palpation in the epigastric region was observed in 20% of patients, in the right hypochondrium in 31.7% of patients, in the left hypochondrium at 81.7 per cent, in the course of bowel 30% of patients, a slight increase in the size of the liver was observed in 31.7% of patients. The functional state of the liver was characterized by violations of such syndromes as cholestatic (increased levels of bilirubin to 23.6±0.18 mmol/l and cholesterol to 6,62±0.24 mmol/l) and to a lesser extent cytolytic (increased ALT levels to 26.4±0,08 u/l and ACT to 24.2±0,15 u/l). A slight increase thymol turbidity of the samples was observed only in 20% of patients.

Control safety and tolerability of a method of DENS-therapy was performed during the whole observation period, there were no cases of side effects.

In group II comparison of abdominal pain were stopped in 17 of 30 (56,7%) by the end of treatment, flatulence - in 12 of 22 (54.5 per cent). Comparative analysis of the data showed that the application of the method of DENS-therapy in the first main group had a stronger (statistically significant) impact on the disappearance of abdominal pain that is 1.5 times greater in percentage terms, than in the second control group. In a laboratory study in the main group of patients, in contrast to the control group, significantly significantly improved bilirubin blood, LDL-C, triglycerides, alkaline phosphatase, peroxide homeostasis, lipase blood. The overall effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment of patients with chronic pancreatitis in the appointment I main medical complex (DANCE therapy) amounted to 93.3%, with the appointment II medical complex (Spa) - 66,7% (p<0,05).

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely traumatology and neurosurgery. Transient electrodes are implanted under neurophysiological control and by means of an image converter: the first electrode is epidural and implanted in a projection of the segment L3-4 or L4-5 or L5-S1. Soft tissue hydropreparation in a projection of a sciatic nerve is followed by implanting the second epineural electrode under a gluteal fold. If observing the voluntary activity in an innervation zone of a peroneal nerve, a third electrode is placed and fixed in an upper one-third of the shin in a projection of the peroneal nerve. The postoperative electric stimulation is performed 2 times a day for 14 days.

EFFECT: method extends the range of products for treating sciatic neuropathy.

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely gynaecology, physiotherapy. A method involves the integrated treatment of the patients with genital endometriosis and hysteromyoma. The treatment involves taking mineral water, observing a biologically programmed light pattern, taking radon baths and radon gynaecological irrigations and small enemas, as well as conducting a laser therapy of biologically active points (BAPs). The patients take carbonated chloride-hydrocarbonate-sulphate sodium-calcium warm Narzan water taken from sources No. 4, No. 7 and No. 24, 3.4 mg per kg 3 times ad day, 40 minutes before meals. The radon baths are taken with the radon concentration of 1.5 kBq/l. The radon gynaecological irrigations and microenemas are performed with the radon concentration of 6.5 kBq/l, temperature 36°C, for 15 minutes within the course of 10-12 procedures. The BAP laser therapy is conducted in an autoresonant mode. The BAPs of anterior median meridian are covered, including: 1-2 (qu-gu), 1-3 (zhong-ji), 1-4 (guan-yuan), 1-5 (shi-men), 1-7 (yin-jiao); renal meridian: R-12 (da-ho), R-13 (qi-xu), R-14 (si-man), R-15 (zhong-zhu), R-16 (huang-shu); bladder meridian: V-31 (shang-liao), V-32 (ci-liao), V-33 (zhong-liao), V-34 (xia-liao); posterior median meridian: T-2 (yao-shu), T-3 (yao-yang-guan), T-4 (min-man), T-5 (xuan-shu). Using the radon baths of the different radon concentrations 'softens' an effect of the absorbed radiation dose on the homeostasis systems and preserves an effect of a high absorbed dose on the genital system. The laser therapy in the autoresonant mode within pathological BAPs improves the accuracy of the exposure on the pathological processes within a target organs.

EFFECT: method prolongs the remission, normalises the hormonal ratios in the remote period.
