SUBSTANCE: wiper brush consists of moving rocker (6) secured to brush body (1) by moving assemblies arranged at brush ends. Axle is arranged on one side of body end while brackets are arranged in symmetry on opposite end to support rod extending via bore of the sleeve secured at rocker (6). Sprayers connected by tube (4) are arranged in said body (1). In brush motion over the glass, body (1) turns on axle and rod displaces in said sleeve to make it thrust against the bracket of rocker (6). Note here that said sprayers displace to the zone ahead of elastic scraper (13) to spray the fluid on glass whereon said brush moves.

Known frameless brush for cleaning a windshield of a vehicle, consisting of a working cloth, the body of which two sides are made along the entire length of the channels with jets with the possibility of different modes of supply of liquid under the working edge of the brush in the direction [1].

The disadvantage of this device is that the operation of the brush requires a complex control system modes of supply of washing liquid. This makes the device unreliable and expensive and therefore limited in application. In addition, the resilient element has a preliminary design of the curvature, causing a uniform pressure of the brushes against the glass. However, the presence of channels, which creates a variable fluid pressure depending on the operating modes, changes the moment of inertia of the cross section, therefore, changes the elastic properties of the power element, which leads to a change of the pressing force along the length of the brush, and thus lower quality cleaning glass from contamination.

Known frame brush for cleaning the windshield of the vehicle containing the rocker arm with attached elastic scraper, to which two sides attached elastic tube with spaced evenly along the length of the nozzles for supplying cleaning fluid under scraper brush [2]. The disadvantage of this device is that attached to the beam tube is elastic element, which creates an additional resistance to the clamping force, changing when creating fluid pressure. This leads to the deterioration of the uniform adhesion of the brush to the cleaning surface, and consequently a decrease in the quality of cleaning glass from contamination. In addition, the supply of washing liquid is carried out simultaneously from both sides elastic scraper, brush in the direction of travel remains sprayed on glass liquid, which reduces the overview from the driver's seat, which reduces the reliability of control of the vehicle.

The aim of the invention is to increase efficiency in the operation of the wiper.

This objective is achieved in that the rocker arm, which is fixed to the distribution of the rocker arm, the retaining elastic scraper is made with the possibility of rotation relative to the body of the brush, which is fixed to the nozzle in the plane of the glass around the axis that connects with one side of the ends of the rocker arms and body, and on the other hand, the brush has a flexible connection consisting of a sleeve fixed to the end of the rocker arm, and a rod passing through the sleeve opening, attached to the ends symmetrically located relative to the housing bracket. And sleeve them is no hole in the form of a groove.

When the movement of the wiper blade from the end position is the rotation of the housing relative to the rocker arm until it stops with a bracket that allows the nozzle attached to the housing, to move into the area in front of the elastic scraper in the direction of movement of the brush and when the pump act of washing fluid on the windshield. Automatic rotation of the housing with the nozzle relative to the rocker arm caused by the difference of the friction forces that occur in the movement of the brush on the windshield. It is known that the coefficient of static friction of the rubber on the glass is determined by the value of 0.5-0.6, and the coefficient of friction steel blastomere defined in a wider range, for example, for f-4PM modified PTFE - 0,04, for PCB - 0.3. Therefore, the force of friction that must be overcome in order to bring the two contacting bodies in motion relative to each other will be different, that is, the frictional force between the elastic scraper and glass will be more, and between steel and less plastic. Therefore, when the same force pressing the brushes against the glass, the force required to rotate the housing relative to the rocker arm, but less than the force of the elastic movement of the scraper on the glass, which causes the sequence at the beginning of the movement.

Thus, the proposed solution allows you to clean up the glass from dirt more effectively, i.e. to ensure the supply of mo the soup liquid into the area in front of the brush in the direction of travel and to provide reliable and uniform pressing of the elastic scraper to glass under different treatment conditions.

Wiper blade of a vehicle consists of a body 1 which is connected via the adapter 2 with lever 3 wiper. The rocker arm 6 pivotally mounted small rocker arm 12, on which is fixed an elastic scraper 13.

Wiper blade of a vehicle operates as follows. When the operation lever 3 through the wiper adapter 2 transmits the clamping force from the housing 1 to the arm 6 through the moving parts. On the one hand through a thrust bearing 8 located on the axis 7, and on the other hand via the shaft 10, supported on the sleeve 9. While holding the elastic force of the scraper 13 to the glass is distributed in small rocker 12 evenly along the entire length. When enabled, the drive rotation of the wiper arm 3 via the adapter 2 specifies the movement of the body 1. In the beginning of the movement of the housing 1 is rotated relative to the rocker arm 6 on the shaft 7, and the rod 10 moves along the groove of the sleeve 9 to the stop bracket 11 with the arm 6. When this nozzle 5 located on the housing 1, moved into the area in front of the elastic scraper 13 in the direction of travel of the brush. Connecting member (36) contains female seating portion (50) for support rod (26) fixed on the brush, one resiliently yielding tongue (46) for retaining the support rod (26) in the seating portion (50) and one support surface (60) for resting on hook-shaped end (28) of wiper brush lever. Female support portion (50) is not closed on half of its perimetre. Resilient tongue has fixing protrusion (48) comparting hole of female seating portion (50) and is made capable to be resiliently bent towards the mentioned support surface (60). Distance between support surface (60) and resilient tongue (48) is such that hook-shaped end (28) of wiper brush lever in assembled condition does not allow the resilient tongue (46) to be resiliently bent towards support surface (60) because the resilient tongue (46) thrusts against the hook-shaped end (28). On the brush binding element, latching on it a cap is put which has hole permitting to turn through it the connecting member (36) in its assembled condition into raised position.
