The invention relates to containers for any purpose, especially for garbage and hospital trolleys, for any purpose, especially for the collection.

Known carts for garbage collection in hospitals, see the Internet, www.dez.ru. They have a mechanical (using pedals and pusher) or pneumatic (using pnevmostartery and bellows or diaphragm boxes connected by a tube) device for lifting the cover by pressing the foot pedal or pnevmochamber (see also application No. 2011146849, which was allocated to this application). However, such carts have one drawback - mobile truck during loading or unloading can under the action of pressing the foot is displaced in the direction of orientation of the wheels.

This container has a base with wheels and foot-operated mechanism, the container and the cover. Or the same mechanism is mounted in the lower part of the tank. The mechanism is foot-operated lid of the container contains two elements, a control element (typically, the pedal) and transmission node from the pedal to the lid (usually the pusher in the form of a rod).

Figure 1 shows a mobile container 1 (shown fragmentarily) with two front wheels 23. The container has a braking device in the form of a spring 26, is rigidly connected with the lever 16, having a pedal 17. Or in the form of additional bellows 25 with the pin 24 connected to the tube with pnevmoskleros lift the cover (not shown).

Container is running: when the pedal 17 or pnevmochamber end of the spring 26 or pin 24 fixed in the teeth of the ring gear 27 located on the inner side of the drive wheel 23. The wheel stopped. Loading or unloading of the container are made conveniently.

Said system comprises means to open and close covers, safety devices with moving component leaning against hopper wall with container there inside and designed to automatically turn on withdrawing container to horizontal position to stop and hopper opening. Said system comprises also inlet bin opening and closing means, coupler attached to crane boom to automatically lift the bin and transfer it in emptying zone. Note that said coupled comprises horizontal beam and two vertical supports to be vertically driven by hydraulic cylinders. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for control over container overfill and ignition, unauthorised access thereto and for control over container handling areas. Proposed system comprises identification unit, identification system interacting with refuse tipper onboard identification system to weight garbage before and after dumping, and measurement-transmission unit. The latter is arranged in flange element or identification unit housing ledge. System comprises also the receiver and control unit connected to data conversion system and central control post located in signal reception zone and composed of computer with data I/O devices, signal transmitter, duplexer connected with transceiving antenna and signal receiver connected to computer. Every transmitter is composed of master oscillator, phase manipulator, first mixer with second input connected to local oscillator first input, first intermediate frequency amplifier and first power amplifier with its output connected with duplexer input. Every receiver consists of second power amplifier, second intermediate frequency second mixer, multiplier, band filter and phase detector, all being connected in series. Note here that central station phase manipulator second input is connected to computer output while phase manipulator second input of every container is connected with data conversion unit output. Central control station transmitter allows radiating phase manipulation signals in frequency ω1o2, while receiver receives signals in frequency ω2o1. Transmitter of every container allows radiating phase manipulation signals in frequency ω2 while receiver allows signal reception in frequency ω1. Frequencies ωo1 and ωo2 of the first and second local oscillators are spaced by second intermediate frequency ωo2o1int2. Note here that onboard system is equipped with scanner consisting of master oscillator, duplexer with its I/O connected with transceiving antenna, first power amplified, phase detector with its second input connected with master oscillator output, delay line, adder with its second input connected with modulating code generator output, phase manipulator and second power amplifier with its output connected with duplexer second input. Multiplier is connected to generator output, multiplier second input being connected to generator output, and narrowband filter with its output connected with manipulator second input. System identification transducer is equipped with radio-frequency marker composed of piezocrystal with thin film aluminium interdigital transducer of surface acoustic waves applied on its surface and connected with microstrip transceiving antenna and a set of reflectors. Said transducer comprises two interdigital electrode systems interconnected by buses connected with antenna.

SUBSTANCE: container includes body made as rectangular parallelepiped on the vertical wall of which in the upper part a loading window is made. The body is provided with loading valve consisting of body, tilting scoop, two side walls and front wall non-detachably fixed on the front wall of the body. Scoop bottom is bent at angle along transversal line. Outer part of scoop bottom is at the same time the cover of valve. In opened state, loading window of valve is covered by inner part of scoop bottom. Bending angle of scoop bottom provides stable lamp position in it when loading and gravity rolling down of lamp when valve is closed. In the lower part of body, removable accumulating capacity with inclined planes for lamp collection is installed with possibility to be freely evacuated. In the first version, inside the container, inclined plane is fixed to wall which is parallel to body front wall across wall width under inner bottom of scoop and in close vicinity to it. The second inclined plane is inclined bottom of capacity. The bottom is inclined relative to capacity wall which is parallel to rear wall of container body. Free end of inclined plane does not reach capacity bottom for distance providing free pass of lamp. Information on dustbin condition and its location identified with the help of GPS system is sent to control point by means of radio communication.

Partition forming cavities is mounted along internal walls of main reservoir and detachable bottom. This system transfers wastes or reusable material in packs with handles, bags or sacks to, say, refuse bin and, therefrom, to processing means, with the help of trucks, Note here that RFID-identifier with sealing means is used along with said packs, bags or sacks. Sensor is arranged at disposal point or nearby it, said point being composed by refuse processing room. Data read by sensor from said RFID-identifier is transmitted to refuse transfer system control unit. Said data is used to transmit the control data from control unit to terminal of refuse collector and/or from disposal room to define refuse bin filling or concentration of refuse at disposal room. Said RFID-identifier is fitted at joint with said packs, bags or sacks, or the like, preferably, in sealing means. note also that said sensor is arranged at the joint with disposal room or nearby it. Data read from RFID-identifier is transmitted as described above.

SUBSTANCE: can contains a body having an upper 1 and a lower 2 parts; each of the parts has a back 3, a front 4 and two side 5, 6 walls. The body is equipped with compaction means 12 dividing, in its initial position, the can inner surface into an upper and a lower sections and is designed so that to enable movement by means of an electronically controlled drive for opening and re-closing of the can lower section space. The body lower part 1 is designed to be dropped, pivotally attached to the back wall 3 of the body lower part 2 and equipped with a curvilinear upper surface 9 in the form of a semi-cylinder the generatrices whereof gradually pass into the front 4 and the back 3 walls of the body upper part 1. The compaction means 12 is designed in the form of a hollow drum with a curvilinear outer surface having a receiving 13 and a compaction 14 parts and is installed so that to enable rotation by means of the drive around the axle 15 attached to the side walls 7, 8 that are part of the side walls 5, 6 of the upper part 1. A gate 10 with a lid is arranged on the curvilinear upper surface 9 of the body upper part 1; the receiving part 13 of the compaction means 14 is designed to be concave while the compaction part - to be bulged. The compaction means drive 16 is equipped with a control device 20 communicating with the gate 10 closing and opening sensor and the compaction means position sensor.
