Said clamp (9) is equipped clamping chuck (11) rigidly jointed with rotary shaft (12) and two-arm lever (13) interacting with force transducers (10). Pipe (3) rests on supports (14) of frame (15). Machine control system (16) incorporates a display (17).

The invention relates to a device for zavertyvanija elements of the locks on the tube, for example, of aluminium alloys, with coupling and nipple connection, and can be used as a preparatory stage for the Assembly of the pipes in the pipe column.

A device for tightening threaded connections (see the patent for useful model №105344, EV 19/16, publication date 10.06.11.), including Chuck to clamp the clutch, the drive rotation of the holder, brake cartridge, the site of the pipe clip is mounted by means of rollers on rails, made in the form of bars, pivotally mounted on the frame, load cell, located on the frame beneath the guide, fixed to rotate and impact on the load cell by means of rollers node clamp products.

The known device can improve the quality of the threaded connection by transferring forces from the torque to be coupled to respective load cell, by exposing them to the rails when turning under the action of the rollers. The definition and control of time screwing is reactive torque on the pipe, which eliminates the error in the determination of torque.

A disadvantage of the known device is the inability screwing the pipe simultaneously with the two elements of the locking connection, namely smutty and nipple. The closest in technical essence is a machine for zavertyvanija elements of the locks on the ends of the pipe (manufacturer Tbilisi machine-tool plant named. S.M. Kirov, technical project two-way PowerToy machine model TT" approved Gratiscintura 1966), contains the Chuck to clamp the clutch and its rotation, the spindle stock for rotation of the holder, the device clamp nipple, made in the form of symmetric Bolzano-lever mechanism that is installed movably along the axis of the pipe, pipe supports and a load sensor mounted on the spindle headstock with the possibility of exposure to the drive shaft of the spindle by means of helical gears mounted on the drive shaft and the spindle.

Known machine allows zavertyvanii on the pipe at the same time the two elements of the locking connection, namely, couplings and nipples. The disadvantage of the machine is that the load sensor measures the time of zavertyvanija indirectly, namely, off the motor spindle head when the design axial load on the drive shaft of the spindle. However, with increasing torque to the threaded connections is increased radial and axial loads in helical pair, and also changes the magnitude of the friction force, which imposes uncertainty on ewuu load consequently, at the time of zavertyvanija.

In addition, the machine does not have a sensor turns the lock element and the pipe, which does not allow to establish the dependence of growth upon zavertyvanija from the rpm value of the lock element and the pipe, and thus to identify the quality of the threaded connections of the elements of locks and pipes.

The technical result is to increase the quality of the screwing tool joints with the pipe.

This technical result is achieved by a machine for zavertyvanija elements of the locks on the ends of the tubes containing the spindle stock, a Chuck clamping element of the castle and its rotation, the clamping unit of the second lock element mounted movably along the axis of the pipe, the load sensor according to the invention it contains the rpm sensor element of the castle, located on the spindle of the headstock and kinematically connected to the drive shaft spindle head, rpm sensor pipe that communicates with the pressure to the pipe roller, two load sensor that perceives the reactive moments zavertyvanija threaded connections, installed on opposite sides of the clamping devices, equipped with a cartridge clip lock element, rigidly connected with the rotary shaft and two shoulders lever that interacts with the load sensors, the sensors connect the s system controls with graphic display based upon zavertyvanija from the rpm value of the pipe and the element of the lock.

The presence of the rpm sensor element of the castle, located on the spindle of the headstock, and rpm sensor pipe communicating with the gland to the pipe roller, and two load sensors perceiving the reactive moments of zavertyvanija threaded connections, allows you to play on the display screen of the control system graphics reactive moment of zavertyvanija, which is active when zavertyvanija depending on the magnitude of the momentum of the lock element and the pipe, which allows to judge the quality of screwing threaded connections.

The presence of a cartridge clip lock element rigidly connected with the rotary shaft and two shoulders lever interacting with load sensors located on both sides of the clamping devices and perceiving reactive moments for the left and right-hand threads, allows to determine the time of zavertyvanija, which also increases the quality of the make-up of threaded connections.

Connection of all sensors with the control system allows the machine on track, built on a display screen, visually in real time, to monitor the quality of the screwing elements of the castle and pipes.

The essential features of the claimed device, which determines the receipt of the indicated technical result that is explicitly not follow from the prior art which allows to make a conclusion on compliance with patentability criterion of "inventive step".

The machine works as follows. The pipe 3 with the nipple 1 and the sleeve 2, screw it with an initial torque, stack Guild transport on the supports 14 of the machine. The clamping device 9 of the coupling 2 is moved to the tube 3 and sleeve 2 abuts against the inner end face of the cartridge clip 11, which moves together with the clamping device 9 and the pipe 3. Upon reaching the desired point of zavertyvanija off the actuator rotation of the cartridge 5 spindle head 4. Then there is the problem of the nipple 1 cartridge 5, the outlet pressure roller 8 and the sensor 7 from the pipe 3. The clamping device 9 of the coupling 2 is moved with the pipe in the direction from the spindle head 4 and a discharge nipple 1 from the cartridge 5. Then the clamping device 9 is stopped and produce the unclamping of the coupling 2. The clamping device 9 occupies its original position. Cycle zavertyvanija finished. FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: drilling equipment comprises a female and a male parts, connected to each other by means of a threaded joint. The threaded joint comprises an inner trapezoidal thread in the female part and an outer trapezoidal thread on the male part. Each thread has a shape of a spiral ridge limited with the top and two lateral sides, a groove with a bottom. The groove stretches between two tops, besides, the thread ridge goes along multiple turns between the front and rear ends of the drilling equipment. The individual top of the thread touches upon an imaginary cylinder or a cone concentric with a central axis. At the same time the bottom of the groove of at least one of threads has a concave and a partially circular shape of a cross section at least along a part of the groove length. The individual top of the thread is transformed into lateral sides via concave radius transitions. These radii reduce in the axial direction from one end of the spiral ridge of the thread to the other end. At the same time the radius of the groove bottom increases in the same direction.

SUBSTANCE: heat breaker consists of base member and of steam generator. The latter has a handle connected to a case with bushings and screws. In the case there is installed a container consisting of a tubular electric heater, of heat carriers and of a shedding screen. Also, heat-insulating material and shutters equipped with the heat screen and movably connected to the case by means of loop are positioned between the case and the container. A mechanism of shutters opening consists of ears, a cable, a lever and springs closing the shutters. A mechanism of fluid supply to the heat carrier corresponds to a compartment with a removable cover wherein there is arranged a spring loaded tube with a valve, while a cover-stop is set above the container with screws.

EFFECT: reduced stress in threaded connections of pipes before their unscrewing, enhanced efficiency of threaded connections in oil pipes; upgraded quality and reliability of threaded connections during pipe unscrewing; increased service life of pipes.

Proposed device comprises drilling data base that stores records about pipe elements, controlled-torque wrench with rotation drive, and controller. In screwing off, controller detects records in drilling data base on type of pipe elements to allow wrench torque control or that of rotary device to connect additional pipe section to pipe casing, or to screw off joint between pipe elements in compliance with parametres of given pipe elements joint. Various components of drilling unit incorporate transducers, magnitudes transmitted by said transducers being controlled. Simultaneously with screwing off/on jobs, timers are initiated. When magnitudes red by transducers fall beyond preset range, or when performance of aforesaid jobs last too long to completion, emergent situations originate.

EFFECT: acceleration of jobs at drilling site.
