FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a disinfectant and can be used in prevention and treatment facilities, at first aid facilities, disinfection facilities, child care centres, public catering facilities, public utilities, transportation, veterinary, agriculture, food industry enterprises and other sectors, as well as for pre-sterilisation cleaning of medical items, including surgical and dental instruments, rigid and flexible endoscopes and other instruments. The disinfectant contains catamine AB, isobornyl acetate, isopropanol, α-pinene, glutaric aldehyde, glycerine, a nonionic surfactant and water in defined ratios.

EFFECT: disinfectant does not cause corrosion in articles made of metal and decomposition of metals and endoscope units; does not cause organic contamination.

The invention relates to disinfecting with a bactericidal and fungicidal effect and surface-active properties and can be used for handling objects contaminated by conditionally pathogenic microorganisms.

Known disinfectants containing terpene alcohols and hydrocarbons or essential oils of plants.

Similar to the proposed disinfectant is a disinfectant celades containing pine oil with a share of alcohols of at least 70%, surfactant (sodium salt of a mixture of tall oil fatty acids) and water [1]. It has a pronounced antimicrobial action against bacteria groups, coliforms and staphylococci, surface-active properties and deodorizing effect.

Subsequent developments aimed at expanding the range of active action of disinfectants.

The closest in composition to the proposed the sanitizer air disinfection is the "Receptek" (Patent of the Russian Federation 2197994, 25.05.2000, CL. A61L 2/16), (2)prototype containing pine oil, katamin AB, isobutylacetate, ethoxylated fatty alcohols and/or alkyl phenols (SAS), ethanol or isopropanol and water in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

pine oil with a share of terpene alcohols of not less than 70% - 1,0-15,0

katamin AB - 5,0-20,0

isobutylacetate - 1,0-15,0

ethoxylated fatty alcohols and/or alkyl phenols - 10,0-20,0

ethanol or isopropanol - 5,0-10,0

water - the rest

Disinfection means lisatek on the basis of natural terpenoids has antimicrobial and fungicidal action of surface-active properties. Fungicidal effect of the drug "Receptek" seen in sufficiently high for the disinfectant concentration of the working solution of 5 wt.%. Bactericidal effect of the drug "Receptek" cover gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria and microbacteria, not including crops such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella oxytoca, i.e. the range of its validity can be extended.

The technical result of the proposed solutions expanding the range of active bactericidal (including bacteria: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella oxytoca) and fungicidal action, lowering the concentration of the working solution.

This technical result is achieved in that the disinfectant containing katamin AB, isobutylacetate, isopropanol, surfactant and water, additionally contains a-pinene, glutaric aldehyde, glycerin, and as surface-active substances sintimid-5K in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

Katamin AB (alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride) is a Quaternary ammonium compound (QAC). The main elements of the structure, which determine the antimicrobial properties of the HOUR, include hydrophilic and hydrophobic hydrocarbon radicals. Also antimicrobial properties of H are determined by their surface-active properties. The mechanism of action HOUR, as a surfactant on living cells, is a change in cell permeability by interacting with lipid-protein membranes of living entities. In the process of penetration HOUR in the cage is the denaturation of cell proteins, disruption of the enzyme balance in the body. It is known that microbes in prolonged contact with natural oils not actually produce them stability. In a glass reactor with a capacity of 20 kg load 1 kg of α-pinene, 1 kg of isobutylacetate. The reactor is closed and carefully mix until dissolved. Next, under stirring add 1 kg of isopropanol, 0.2 kg of sintimid 5K, 0.1 kg of glycerol. The mixture was thoroughly stirred for 5-10 minutes. Then add 5 kg of catamine AB and again stirred for 5-10 minutes. Add 1.4 kg glutaraldehyde under constant vigorous stirring to obtain a clear solution. The increase in the amount of more than 7% causes the formation of sludge.

Disinfectant "Roderick" is a transparent colorless or light yellow liquid with a specific smell of terpene compounds. It can be stored in plastic, glass or stainless steel tanks for 3 years.

To determine the availability of fungicidal properties of a 5% solution of the drug was introduced in cylinde (0=10 mm)placed on the surface of the agar medium of čapek-doksa in Petri dishes. From table 1 it is evident that the antiseptic drug "Roderick" at a concentration of 5% has antifungal properties, both in relation to individual types investigated the test-cultures of fungi, and in relation to their Association.

Trials of the drug, "Roderick" the ability to exert an inhibitory effect on bacteria was carried out by a special technique in relation to certain types of bacteria using the method of paper disks (D=5 mm). Paper discs were impregnated with the studied substance in various concentrations were placed on the surface of the agar nutrient medium inoculated with the test bacteria culture. As the test cultures used the following bacterial species: Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Klebsiella oxytoca, Escherihia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

About the degree of inhibitory effect of the drug was judged by the presence of zone of inhibition of growth of test cultures of bacteria formed around the discs with the test substance.

In the tables the 2 shows bactericidal activity of disinfectants means Roderick. The table shows that the disinfectant agent "Roderick" in those concentrations has antibacterial activity against all the studied crops.

Since a concentration of 5% drug "Roderick" showed high antifungal activity (8 to 25 mm, and fungicides is already in the absence of the growth zone, i.e. from 0 mm), additional tests were conducted working concentration of 2.5% of the drug, "Roderick", as well as comparative tests with the closest in composition of the drug "Receptek" (table 3). From table 3 it can be seen that the composition exhibits a higher inhibiting properties than the composition of the prototype, even at lower concentrations.

SUBSTANCE: described is a method of producing a highly purified disinfectant which contains polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, characterised by that flush water from production of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride in solid form is used. The flush water is mixed with 25% NaCl solution in ratio of 1:1 (polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride solution with impurities: NaCl solution) while stirring constantly for 1 hour at temperature in the range of 50-60°C. Stirring is stopped and the mixture is cooled to 5°C, thereby dividing the mixture into two parts; the bottom part is drained, neutralised and sent for recycling and the top part containing up to 60-70% polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride is further diluted to 50% with an aqueous solution of quaternary ammonium salts (QAS) to QAS concentration of not higher than 5%.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing a disinfectant involves first carrying out polycondensation of hexamethylenediamine and guanidine hydrochloride. Polycondensation starts with preparation of a reaction mass in form of a suspension of crystalline guanidine hydrochloride in molten hexamethylenediamine, taken in ratio of 1:(1-1.5). The suspension is obtained by gradually adding crystalline guanidine hydrochloride, preheated to temperature of 90-120°C, to molten hexamethylenediamine and then stirring. The reaction mass is then heated in steps: holding for 4 hours at 120°C, then for 8 hours at 160°C and then for 3 hours at 180°C. Temperature is then gradually raised to 210°C at a rate of 3-4°C/h. The reaction mass is then subjected to vacuum treatment and cooled.

EFFECT: method enables to reduce toxicity of the end product and obtain a polymer with the required molecular weight and sufficient purity without washing steps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and is meant for disinfecting vehicles and containers after transporting livestock cargo. The method involves treating vehicles and containers with a disinfectant. The disinfectant contains a solution of oxidants and additionally propylene glycol, sodium nitrite, sodium benzoate, products of reaction of glycerol with formic acid, with the following ratio of components, wt %: propylene glycol - 0.9-7.5, sodium nitrite - 0.27×10-3-16.5×10-3, sodium benzoate - 1.35×10-3-82.5×10-3, products of reaction of glycerol with formic acid - 0.18×10-3-11.0×10-3, solution of oxidants - the balance. The solution of oxidants is synthesised from 10.0-20.0% sodium chloride solution subjected to dc current with intensity which enables to achieve pH 7-8, concentration of active chlorine of 0.5-0.7% and redox potential of +1000±50 mV. Treatment is carried out once with consumption of the disinfectant of 0.15-0.25 l/m2 with exposure of 55-65 min; immediately after treating with the disinfectant, the surface of the vehicles and containers is further exposed for 30-60 min with constant UV radiation with wavelength of 254±5 nm with a dose of 12.8-25.6 J/cm2.

EFFECT: high efficiency of disinfecting vehicles and containers after transporting livestock cargo.

SUBSTANCE: in the suggested disinfectant one should dissolve electrochemically activated neutral anolyte, containing 0.6 mg/ml active chlorine, with running water at 1:5 ratio and the composition of diluted electrochemically activated neutral anolyte should be supplemented with 1-1.5 mg acetic acid per 1 ml preparation. SUBSTANCE: the suggested disinfectant should be applied for sanitation of animal and poultry objects. It contains acetic acid, sodium monochloroacetate, sodium dichloroacetate, sodium acetate, sodium glycolate, sodium chloride and water at their certain ratio. At concentration of 0.3-1.0% at exposure of 3 h this preparation causes 100% lethality in sanitary-representative microorganisms.

Interpolymeric agent comprises the following ratio of components, wt.-%: polyguanidine base, 0.3-0.5; chlorine-containing polymer, 3.1-4.0; ethyl alcohol, 7-10; nefras, the balance. Polyalkylene guanidine base or polyoxyalkylene guanidine, or polyalkylene biguanide is used as a polyguanidine base. Invention provides enhancing strengthening indices of polymeric cover and to expand field of its applying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing disinfecting agent as derivative of polyhexamethylene guanidine. Method involves thermal polycondensation reaction of hexamethylenediamine and guanidine hydrochloride for two stages. At the first stage hexamethylenediamine is added to guanidine hydrochloride melt up to the molar ratio = 1:1 and mixture is subjected for control thermostatically up to ceasing ammonia evolving. At the second stage hexamethylenediamine excess is added to formed melt of polyhexamethylene guanidine chloride that is taken as measured its molar ratio with guanidine hydrochloride = 2:n wherein n means degree of polymerization that is calculated based on molecular mass of terminal groups of polyhexamethylene guanidine derivative obtained at the first stage by the following formula: n = [%Cl]*Mk/(35.45-[%Cl]*177.678) wherein %Cl means the relative content of chlorine by mass in derivative of polyhexamethylene guanidine; Mk means molecular mass of terminal groups of polyhexamethylene guanidine derivative and at Mk = 17.034 the relative content of Cl is determined in reaction mixture before addition of hexamethylenediamine excess, and at Mk = 215.382 the relative content of Cl is calculated in the composite of polyhexamethylene guanidine derivative formed at the second stage. Then the reaction mixture is subjected for control thermostatically at temperature 165-200°C up to ceasing ammonia evolving. The end product is prepared as polymer-analog of polyhexamethylene guanidine chloride. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a disinfecting agent involving ethyl alcohol and an active additive that comprises additionally acetaldehyde, diethyl phthalate and glycerol and/or propylene glycol in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: ethyl alcohol, 69-94; active additive as measured for the main substance 0.0004-0.12; acetaldehyde, 0.5-1.0; diethyl phthalate, 0.08-0.20; glycerol, 0.00-0.15, and/or propylene glycol, 0.00-0.0001, and water, the balance. The disinfecting agent comprises catamine AB or biopag D as an active additive as measure for the main substance in the amount 0.025-0.12, or benzyl benzoate (3-5 mg/l) and menthol (1-3 mg/l). The disinfecting agent can be used as a cutaneous antiseptic agent (in the presence of glycerol and/or propylene glycol as components) and disinfecting agent for treatment of surfaces. Invention provides the effective treatment of surfaces in infectious of bacterial, viral and fungal etiology. Agent doesn't irritate hand skin.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with sanitary-hygienic preparation of exercising area, equipment and animals before sampling the sperm in breeding animals. One should clean the floor in exercising area with catholyte at pH being not less than 11.0 and redox potential - not less than -600 mV; air and floor in exercising area, special equipment for animals as service ramps, artificial vaginas and sperm-collecting reservoirs should be disinfected with anolyte at pH being not more than 2.5, redox potential - not less than 1100 mV and active chlorine content of not less than 0.03%; one should wash animals skin, scrotum and prepuce with anolyte at pH being 7.0±0.5 and redox potential of not less than 900 mV. Moreover, one should treat the air in exercising area with anolytic aerosol at liquid drops diameter being not more than 50 mcm at exposure of not less than 30 min, as for artificial vaginas and sperm-collecting reservoirs they should be kept in anolyte for 30-60 min. The innovation provides to obtain high-quality sperm in farm animals.
