The invention relates to cosmetic, namely the creation of a comprehensive cosmetic products with anti-aging and anti-inflammatory action and a lifting effect, in addition, a comprehensive cosmetic product has a strong local immune stimulating effects due to the silver content.

Known cosmetic, prevent skin aging, including hyaluronic acid, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, olive oil, gitalin, glycerin, zinc oxide, alpha-tocopherol, sodium benzoate, Pancreatin, a perfume and water (patent RF 2078561, publ. 10.05.1997).

However, this cosmetic composition is not sufficiently effective for rejuvenation.

Also known comprehensive cosmetic rejuvenating and lifting effect for individuals with complex cosmetic effect: moisturizing, nourishing, softening and regeneration of the skin. In this cosmetic contains: hyaluronic acid matrix peptides, wax emulsion, distilled water (RF patent 2438648, publ. 02.08.2010).

The disadvantage is the lack of preservatives in the composition of this complex cosmetic products, resulting in reduced shelf life of up to one month.

The closest technical solution to a problem is "Gel rescuer" with colloids of silver and hyaluronan is howling acid regenerating, manufacturer Alfa Intel Poland Sp.Zoo. Gel intensively stimulates cell growth and regeneration ( The gel has an active regenerative effect and protects against secondary infection after the procedure hard peeling, grinding, laser and ultrasound therapy. Ingredients: hyaluronic acid biotechnological synthesis, panthenol, extracts of iocasta (comfrey) with the addition of colloidal silver. This tool is a simple mixture of substances. In addition, hyaluronic acid, obtained by means of biotechnology, inevitably contains toxins, as produced pathogenic for the human body by microorganisms (staphylococci), which significantly reduces the biological activity of this drug.

The technical result of the present invention is the creation of cosmetic products with a long shelf life and high biological activity.

The task is solved in that a comprehensive cosmetic product comprising hyaluronic acid, a colloidal solution of silver, wax emulsion and water, contains carnosine and Antolin separated from the hydrogel of hyaluronic acid in the process of photochemical nanostructuring at a wavelength of equal to 280 nm, and hyaluronic acid nanostructured with Diametro the individual circuits up to 5 nm in the following ratio of components (wt.%):

Hyaluronic acid is a natural linear desulfation of glycosaminoglycan, prosvetlenny polysaccharide consisting of 2000-25000 disaccharide glycosides of units of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, interconnected beta-1,3 and beta-1,4-glycosidic bonds. Hyaluronic acid is an amphiphilic compound, exhibits hydrophilic properties (due to the presence of COOH - and OH-groups) and hydrophobic properties (parcels 8 CH-units).

Figure 1 shows the microstructure of complex cosmetic products (model A005), scan area - 1.7 mm×1.7 mm, scale: 1 cm - 150 nm, figure 2 dispersion solution in which discrete silver particles bind to hyaluronic acid the OIC acid, forming a structured (sasanatieng) structure figure 3 - the micelle. Photochemical properties of hyaluronic acid are highly dependent on the composition of admixtures, the presence of various ions and conditions of UV irradiation.

Unlike most other polysaccharides, hyaluronic acid contains side chains of aminoketone-NH-(C=O)-CH3. These groups are thermally stable, however, photochemically active. According to P.P. Rakhmatullin (2011), in the ultraviolet spectra observed a weak absorption band in the region of 280 nm. Carbonyl groups absorb in the UV region of the spectrum and, turning into excited States, undergo chemical transformations with high efficiency. In aliphatic ketones containing carbonyl groups, there are four primary reactions: α-cleavage, cleavage of the hydrogen atom, the formation of complexes with charge transfer and elimination of α-substituents. When photochemical α-cleavage (reaction Norrish I) formed an active free radicals that can form new chemical bonds.

Numerous studies of photochemical reaction of hyaluronic acid is allowed to determine the conditions of its photochemical modification or destruction. The most effective modification or destruction of hyaluronic acid occurs when the irradiation with the etoy with a wavelength of 280 nm, which corresponds to the maximum absorption band of the original hydrogel of hyaluronic acid.

The use of colloidal silver solution when carrying out modifications of hyaluronic acid allows you to get unique dispersion solution in which discrete silver particles having a size of 10 nm, bind hyaluronic acid, forming a structured (sasanatieng) structure. The structure is a disordered spatial grid formed by the particles (micelles or colloidal particle) of the dispersed phase, which is a gel

When applied on the skin due to the spatial grid of the gel film is formed due to the lifting effect, and micelles active and can easily penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin, delivering to the cells silver, which easily penetrates the cell and starts the process of cell renewal of the epidermis.

Peptides carnosine and Antolin is a short-chain peptides, which form unstable complexes with threads of hyaluronic acid and at their intersections form a chain and form a mesh size of 100 nm, in turn colloidal silver solution stabilizes the formed stitch. Thus, hyaluronic acid becomes nanostructured, with the diameter of the individual circuits up to 5 nm. This allows to increase the degree of penetration of hyaluronic acid in the epidermal layers of the skin and increase its level of hydration.

Research conducted on the skin of people of different ages showed that the proposed comprehensive cosmetic rejuvenating and lifting effect supports cellular activity (integral gain) level (0,46-0,48), close to the activity of the cells more youthful skin (0,51-0,53), as reflected in the table.

The study materialThe value of the integral coefficient through time

One should dwell on the use of the years in the composition of the inventive complex cosmetic combination of hyaluronic acid and colloidal silver plus matrix peptides: carnosine and Antolin. To date no known technical solutions aimed at transdermal application of matrix peptide in combination with a structured form of hyaluronic acid with silver.

The combination of hyaluronic acid, silver, carnosine and Infoline delivers triple results:

1. Hyaluronic acid has a lifting effect in the surface layers of the skin.

2. Matrix peptides: carnosine and Antolin due to the small size (up to 1 nm) penetrate to the basal layer of the skin and stimulate the physiological processes of skin rejuvenation (anti-aging effect).

3. Colloidal silver solution relieves inflammation in the skin and powerfully stimulates local immunity of the skin.

The proposed comprehensive cosmetic products as a carrier of active ingredients includes corresponding GOST wax emulsion.

Comprehensive cosmetic product is prepared as follows.

In the reactor for the preparation of the gel according to the recipe make nanostructured hyaluronic acid with a diameter of separate circuits to 5 nm, distilled water and colloidal silver solution. All are thoroughly mixed. Next, the hydrogel put under ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 280 nm for 30 minutes. Then according to the recipe add carnosine, Antolin and wax emulsion. Maternoperinatal and send to casting in tubes. The whole process takes place in a sterile environment that provides high quality cosmetic products.

In the formulation of a comprehensive cosmetics no flavoring, stabilizing components and preservatives that allows you to minimize the chance of allergic reactions. The safety means when the storage is ensured due to the content of the colloidal silver solution with aseptic action, cosmetic filling mixture under sterile conditions and planirovanie in vacuum dispensers.

The received complex cosmetic product has a pleasant appearance, odorless, easily absorbed, has a positive effect on the skin (reduces wrinkles, improves tone and local immunity of the skin, reduces inflammation, stimulates local immunity of the skin, prevents peeling of the skin, refreshes).

Comprehensive cosmetic product is applied to clean skin once a day at night.

When testing the tools in the group of persons aged 30 to 60 years has significant cosmetic effect during the month, which was maintained for 6 months if you cancel means. Thus, compared with the prototype developed comprehensive cosmetic product has anti-inflammatory effect, stimulates m the local immunity of the skin, has rejuvenating and lifting effect is a complex drug, contributing to increase the degree of penetration of hyaluronic acid in the epidermal layers of the skin and increase the level of hydration, and therefore, the lifting effect has a long shelf life under normal conditions.
