SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology and represents a complex cosmetic agent containing hyaluronic acid, colloidal silver, emulsion wax, water, carnosine, enfolin recovered from hydrogel of hyaluronic acid in the process of photochemical nanostructuring at wave length equal to 280 nm, while hyaluronic acid is nanostructured at a diameter of single chains up to 5 nm with the ingredients of the agent taken in certain ratio, wt %.
EFFECT: invention provides rejuvenating effect, anti-inflammatory action and lifting effect, besides it possess local immunostimulative action, extended storage period and high biological activity.

The invention relates to cosmetic, namely the creation of a comprehensive cosmetic products with anti-aging and anti-inflammatory action and a lifting effect, in addition, a comprehensive cosmetic product has a strong local immune stimulating effects due to the silver content.

In addition, hyaluronic acid, obtained by means of biotechnology, inevitably contains toxins, as produced pathogenic for the human body by microorganisms (staphylococci), which significantly reduces the biological activity of this drug.
The technical result of the present invention is the creation of cosmetic products with a long shelf life and high biological activity.
The task is solved in that a comprehensive cosmetic product comprising hyaluronic acid, a colloidal solution of silver, wax emulsion and water, contains carnosine and Antolin separated from the hydrogel of hyaluronic acid in the process of photochemical nanostructuring at a wavelength of equal to 280 nm, and hyaluronic acid nanostructured with Diametro the individual circuits up to 5 nm in the following ratio of components (wt.%):

Hyaluronic acid is a natural linear desulfation of glycosaminoglycan, prosvetlenny polysaccharide consisting of 2000-25000 disaccharide glycosides of units of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, interconnected beta-1,3 and beta-1,4-glycosidic bonds. Hyaluronic acid is an amphiphilic compound, exhibits hydrophilic properties (due to the presence of COOH - and OH-groups) and hydrophobic properties (parcels 8 CH-units).

One should dwell on the use of the years in the composition of the inventive complex cosmetic combination of hyaluronic acid and colloidal silver plus matrix peptides: carnosine and Antolin. In the reactor for the preparation of the gel according to the recipe make nanostructured hyaluronic acid with a diameter of separate circuits to 5 nm, distilled water and colloidal silver solution. The film element is separated from the substrate, transforming it under action of internal mechanical stresses into a shell with achievement of orientation of cross-shaped Hall elements in the space, when there is compliance between measured Hall voltages and orthogonal components of the external magnetic field vector.
EFFECT: solutions provide for achievement of accuracy and reliability of simultaneous measurements of orthogonal components of magnetic field, and also a component of magnetic field vector that is different from the one perpendicular to the sensor plane; increased reliability of a sensor and reproducibility of sensor parameters.

The agent is presented in the form of topical hydrophilic gel. The invention also refers to using the above agent for wound and burn healing in an individual in need thereof.
EFFECT: declared invention provides creating the hydrophilic gels of silver nanocomposites that are applicable for wound and burn healing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a water-soluble non-agglomerative fullerene immunostimulating nanoparticle which consists of a hydrophobic fullerene core which is covalently bonded to a capronyl ligand through a piperazine spacer (1,2-dihydrofullerene-1-(6-piperazin-1-yl)-caproic acid) and a method for production thereof, which involves synthesis of pure 1,2- dihydrofullerene-1-(6-piperazin-1-yl)-caproic acid in four steps, the first of which involves obtaining 4-Boc-1-(5-ethoxycarbonyl-pentyl)-piperazine; the second step involves obtaining 6-(piperazin-1-yl)-caproic acid ethyl ether by dissolving 4-Boc-1-(5-ethoxycarbonyl-pentyl)-piperazine in 2N HCl and evaporating the obtained solution, pH of the precipitate of which is brought to a value of 10.0; extracting with ethyl acetate to dry the organic layer; the third step involves obtaining ethyl ether of 1,2- dihydrofullerene-1-(6-piperazin-1-yl)-caproic acid by mixing and stirring until dissolution of fullerene-C60 and toluene with addition, after dissolution, of Cp2TiCl2 and ethyl ether of 6-(piperazin-1-yl)-caproic acid and subsequent elution with a mixture of hexane and chloroform mixture, and the purified 1,2- dihydrofullerene-1-(6-piperazin-1-yl)-caproic acid in form of the finished product is obtained by dissolving ethyl ether of 1,2-dihydrofullerene-1-(6-piperazin-1-yl)-caproic acid in ethyl alcohol with addition of NaOH solution and heating the mixture while stirring until complete homogenisation. The pH of the reaction mixture is then brought to a neutral value and the precipitated acid is separated by microfiltration on filters for subsequent washing off of nanoparticle residue and evaporation of the drain residue, which consists of the water-soluble non-agglomerative fullerene immunostimulating nanoparticles, consisting of a hydrophobic fullerene core which is covalently bonded to a capronyl ligand through a piperazine spacer.

When the disclosed photosensitive structure is made as a desired terahertz photodetector - selective photodetector, in the latter, having a terahertz radiation sensitive photodetector line, which is in form of saeries-arranged areas of a multilayer semiconductor heterostructure having effective photosensitivity in different terahertz subranges at temperature of 4.2 K or 77 K, said areas having a working detector layer on a quantum well formed from a narrow-bandgap three-component solid solution of Hg1.xCdxTe and enclosed between barrier layers of a wide-bandgap three-component solid solution of CdyHg1-yTe, where y is a value preferably in the range from 65% to 72%, and a means of maintaining said temperature, for areas of the multilayer semiconductor heterostructure with selected terahertz frequency subranges of the received radiation, given by the following intervals of energy values of the received radiation ħω: 8-16, 16-24, 24-32, 32-40, 40-48, 48-56, 56-64 meV, the width of the quantum well is equal to 11 nm with content of Cd in the working detector layer on the quantum well - Hg1-xCdxTe on series-distributed areas of the photodetector line in accordance with said terahertz frequency subranges of the received radiation at temperature of 4.2 K, defined by the following intervals of values x, respectively: 7.1-7.9, 7.9-8.7,8.7-9.4,9.4-10.1, 10.1-10.9, 10.9-11.5, 11.5-12.2%, or at temperature of 77 K, defined by the following intervals of values x, respectively: 5-5.9, 5.9-6.7, 6.7-7.5, 7.5-8.3, 8.3-9.0, 9.0-9.8, 9.8-10.5%.
EFFECT: invention improves manufacturability of desired terahertz photodetectors by creating structural conditions for operation of the photodetector element on the level of stable high sensitivity in different subranges in a wide frequency range of the terahertz received radiation depending on the width of the quantum well.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of dense wear-resistant ceramic and solid electrolytes. The method of producing powder of a zirconium, yttrium and titanium composite oxide involves preparing a starting solution of nitrates, adding an organic acid and a titanium-containing compound into said solution, followed by heat treatment. The organic acid used is glycine in amount of 1.6-2.5 mol per 1 g-atom of the sum of metal cations (Zr+4+Ti+4+Y+3). The titanium-containing compound used is a hydrolysable titanium compound with the ratio Zr+4:Ti+4=(0.99-0.85):(0.15-0.01). The starting solution is further mixed with 30% hydrogen peroxide with the ratio H2O2:Ti+4=(4.7-12):1. The hydrolysable titanium compound used can be titanium tetrabutylate or titanium sulphate or titanium tetrachloride.

EFFECT: invention provides an extended range of products improving the physiological skin condition and protecting the skin from the adverse environmental exposure.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely therapeutic dentistry and may be used for treating destructive forms of chronic periodontitis. That is ensured by administering a therapeutic preparation into a root canal. A sonic phoresis of the therapeutic preparation Beresh plus drops is preceded by coating the skin surrounding a causative tooth with a therapeutic mixture containing the preparation Beresh plus drops, 10% calcium gluconate and Vaseline oil. Thereafter, an emitter is used to process the area. The sonic phoresis is followed by a root canal obturation with calcium hydroxide. The above composition contains a polymer attached to the sweetener by a breakable link comprising a covalent bond, an ester bond or an amide bond. Said polymer is a polymer adhered to the mucosa and specified in methyl vinyl ether/maleic anhydride copolymer with polymer found in the amount of 0.001% to 10%.
