SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed bumper comprises gauze resilient element locked by top and bottom plates to rest on the base. The latter is composed of a plate with mounting holes. Bottom plate is secured to the base. Top pressure plate is connected with central ring covered by aligned ring jointed to the base.

EFFECT: higher efficiency in resonance mode, simplified design and assembly.

The invention relates to machine building, instrument-making and can be used for isolation of process equipment, machines, devices.

The closest technical solution to the declared object is vibration absorber according to the patent of Russian Federation №2288388 F16F 15/06 containing the base, the elastic net element and washer, interacting with sleeves.

A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity and lack of efficiency at resonance due to the lack of damping.

Technical result - increase the effectiveness of vibration isolation in a resonant mode and a simplified design and installation.

This is achieved in that in the vibration damper chybova mesh containing the base, the elastic net element and washer, interacting with sleeves, the base is made in the form of a plate with the mounting holes, mesh elastic element with its lower part rests on the base and is fixed bottom washer rigidly connected with the base and the upper part is fixed to the upper pressure plate rigidly connected to a centrally located ring covered coaxially located ring rigidly connected to the base.

Figure 1 shows the vibration absorber shibby net (General view), figure 2 - a section.

Vibration absorber shibby mesh contains the base plate with the mounting holes 2, mesh elastic element 7, the lower part resting on the base 1, and a fixed bottom plate 6 rigidly connected with the base and the upper part of the fixed upper pressure plate 5 rigidly connected to a centrally located ring 4 covered coaxially located with the ring 3, is rigidly connected with the base 1.

The density of the mesh structure elastic mesh element is in an optimal range of values: 1.2 g/cm3... 2.0 g/cm3and the material elastic wire mesh elements - steel EI-708, and its diameter is optimum interval values 0,09 0,15 mm ... mm

The density of the mesh structure of the outer layers of elastic mesh element is 1.5 times the density of the mesh structure of the inner layers of elastic mesh element.

Elastic mesh element 7 may be performed by a combination of mesh cage filled with elastomer, for example polyurethane.

Vibration absorber shibby net works as follows.

Fluctuations vibroisolating object (not shown)located on the top cover of the washer 5, the elastic mesh element 7 takes both vertical and horizontal loads, thus weakening the dynamic impact on vibrotherapy object, i.e. provided the spatial vibration protection and protect the same from shock.

Vibration absorber shibby net according to claim 1, characterized in that the density of the mesh structure elastic mesh element is in an optimal range of values: 1.2 g/cm3÷2.0 g/cm3and the material elastic wire mesh elements - steel EI-708, and its diameter is in the optimal range of values of 0.09 mm÷0,15 mm

3. Vibration absorber shibby net according to claim 1, characterized in that the density of the mesh structure of the outer layers of elastic mesh element is 1.5 times the density of the mesh structure of the inner layers of elastic mesh element.

4. Vibration absorber shibby net according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic mesh element is designed combination of mesh cage filled with elastomer, for example polyurethane.

SUBSTANCE: antivibration platform includes a housing, a centre pad, a platform and a buffer device made in the form of an elastic member. As the elastic member, two rows of heteropolar piezocrystals having the shape of pyramids with a square base and oppositely oriented in vertical direction and having reverse polarity are used.

SUBSTANCE: vibration-damping support includes external and internal cages. One cage is connected to vibrating object, the other - to fixed foundation. Elastic element that connects the cages is made as plate corrugated by radial directions or a pack of such plates. Plates are bended in a ring and located with pretension in annular cavity formed by cages. The cavity is completely filled with operating viscous fluid, for example, with mineral oil. O-rings from elastic material, for example, rubber, seal the said cavity along edges.

EFFECT: damping of broad-band spatial vibration and possibility to work in wide range of temperatures.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises barrel accommodating packs of elastic elements sequentially fitted therein. Barrel is made form elastic polymer and feature cylindrical top part and truncated cone bottom. Said packs are made from discrete raw animal material, for example, linter-feather mix. Gaskets made from elastic dense raw animal material, for example, leather or felt, are arranged between aforesaid packs. Barrel top part is closed by cover from slightly-elastic polymer provided with central hole arranged coaxially with barrel lengthwise axis.

SUBSTANCE: support consists of case 19, internal ring 1, rolling element 2, separator 3, external ring 4 with channels 5 and 6 for supply of lubricant and with grooves 7 for packing rings 8 on external cylinder surface. Elastic bushing 9 is equipped with rectangular orifices 10, with channels for lubricant supply 11, with grooves 12 for packing rings 20 on generating surface and with flanges 13 and 14. Bushing 9 is attached to the case of the support with first flange 13. External ring 4 is attached to second flange 14 by means of screws 15. Rectangular through slots 16 and centring circular collar 17 are made on cylinder surface of the external ring. The circular collar 17 overlaps orifices 10 of the flexible element and rests against flange 14 via spring washer 18.

SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator consists of body elements and multi-layer elastic damping elements. Body elements represent two aligned split outer and inner races. The latter are coupled by at least three multi-layer elastic damping elements arranged radially. Outer race represents opposed shaped rings pinned together. Every ring has circular and at least three radial grooves. Inner race represents a threaded bolt with developed head and cover jointed together with the help of nut and flexible washer. Head body has one circular and at least three radial grooves. Head is jointed to the cover that has the groves identical to specified above. Multi-layer elastic damping element consists of a stack of plates of identical height and straight shape and two shaped bands arranged below and above aforesaid stack. Said band axial line has radius outline and ledges arranged on the ends of bands to lock elastic damping elements in inner and outer races.

EFFECT: simplified design, higher damping properties.

SUBSTANCE: gas centrifuge assembly comprises centrifuges 3 mounted in two rows with their housings 4 are attached to common frame with the help of plates 11, braces 10 and shock absorbers, the said common frame being made up of lengthwise 1, crosswise 2 and vertical girders. Aforesaid shock absorbers represent tapes 7 that embrace the housing of each centrifuge 3. One end 8 of every tape 7 is fastened to the said frame with the help of rod 14 fitted in hook 15 with skewed cut, while tape other end 9 is fastened to housing 4. Every tape 7 features crosswise crimps arranged with spacing alternating along tape 7 and increasing from aforesaid tape end 9 to end 8.

SUBSTANCE: damping unit consists of a basis, rubber thrust bush and protective polyurethane ring. A fluoroplastic gasket (15) is installed between restricting rod and rubber thrust bushes. The fluoroplastic gaskets (7, 11) are installed between steel plates and between upper and lower edges of intermediate body or equipment leg. They are pressed into equipment leg or intermediate body opening. The restricting rod is rigidly fixed to the bases.

EFFECT: high anti-shock efficiency at restricted movement of equipment and improved load capability.

SUBSTANCE: damper incorporates a gear wheel with its axle resting upon bearing support made up of the housing and two bearings. The torsion oscillations (torque forces) are converted into axial forces are transmitted from the gear wheel to the housing via an axial annular flexible element. The said element contains two metal races with a flexible ring attached there between. The bearing inner races are tightened via a spacer sleeve on the gear wheel axle by the internal nut. The flexible ring is arranged inside the housing between the bearing outer race and the external nut. The nut presses the outer race with the force one and a half to two times higher than the working axial force acting on the taper gear wheel.

EFFECT: simpler design, smaller sizes, damping torsion oscillations and impact loads in high rpm gear transmission.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building industry. Vibration isolator includes a housing with a rectangular flange, two elastic sleeves from wire material of metal rubber, which are arranged in it, a cover, a tightening element and fastening parts. A cylindrical wall of the housing projects on both sides of its base to the height of the sleeve in free state. A vibration isolator bottom is attached to the housing flange by screws. The tightening element is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with a round flange. A flat supporting platform with central and threaded holes is made on outer surface of the flange. The tightening element is arranged in central holes of elastic sleeves and the cover. Specified value of axial preload of elastic sleeves is created by tightening of a round nut that is screwed on a threaded end of the tightening element and under which elastic and lock washers are installed. An unloading spiral compression spring with high flexibility is arranged inside the slot of the tightening element. The spring is fixed along the round thread in a support made at the vibration isolator bottom. The cover is screwed from above onto the spring along round thread. Between the cover and the cylinder bottom there arranged is a support the ball stop of which is borne against the spring cover, and its outer surface is borne against the cylinder bottom of the tightening element.

EFFECT: achieving increase in carrying capacity and service life of a vibration isolator.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building industry. Vibration isolator includes a housing with a flange, two elastic sleeves from wire material of metal rubber, which are arranged in it with radial and axial preload, a cover and fastening parts. In a central hole of sleeves and the cover there arranged is a tightening screw with threaded ends, in which there are holes for cotter pins. A cylindrical wall of the housing projects on both sides of its base to the height of the sleeve in free state. Specified value of axial preload of elastic sleeves is created by tightening of a lower slotted nut, under which elastic washers are installed. Sharp edges of parts are rounded with radii. Parameters of elastic sleeves are determined so that at simultaneous action of weight force of the object and the force allowable in operation and determined by dynamic overload, which are accounted for by the vibration isolator, dynamic loading processes of the vibration isolator cannot interfere with "tails" of its field of elastic hysteresis loops.

A vibration isolator includes a housing, two conical elastic sleeves arranged in it and made from wire material of metal rubber, a cover, a tightening element arranged in the central hole of sleeves and the cover and fastening parts. SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator includes housing with flange for its attachment to support, elastic bushings made from wire material of metal rubber, central bushing and attachment parts. Central bushing is made in the form of hollow cylinder-buffer consisting of cylindrical and conical parts. Inside cylinder-buffer there located is one or two compression springs that, in non-loaded state of vibration isolator, press the buffer with low force to upper shock-proof pad built in the cover. SUBSTANCE: device includes a base, and guide and shock-absorbing devices. A stock is rigidly fixed in the bottom of a cylindrical sleeve with formation of a tight annular cavity.
