Portal struts are equipped with photocells (11) at gondola car working side and fixed brushes arranged at the angle to direction of car motion and at the height equal to half the its height. Cylindrical brush can revolve over half the car width. Width of fixed brush bristle is larger than the width gondola car board top edge by 5-20 cm. Cylindrical brush is composed of alternating metallic and polypropylene bristles. Note here that bristle length is larger than distance from the point of their attachment to gondola car top end edges by 5-10 cm.

The disadvantage of this design is that it is characterized by the complexity of the device, since the manipulator is designed for cleaning the floor unloaded gondola, and inapplicable to clear the upper edges of the gondola.
The present invention is characterized by simplicity of design, solves the task of clearing the perimeter edges of the loaded wagons with automation of the process to ensure the requirements of the rules of transportation of bulk cargoes.
This is achieved by the fact that in the device is for cleaning the upper edge of the gondola, contains a portal, a cylindrical brush mounted for movement by the drive of the lifting and lowering of the brush, the control unit, a gear wheel, rack according to the invention of the portal is equipped with solar cells on the height of the cargo part of the gondola, in addition, stands portal at a height equal to the height of a gondola equipped with stationary brushes, arranged at an angle to the axis of movement of the carriage, while the cylindrical brush is made of a hollow rotatably and width equal to the width of the gondola.

A device for cleaning the top edge of the gondola, preferably from coal or other minerals, works as follows.

SUBSTANCE: method for ice removal and/or prevention of its formation on train running gear consists in realisation of ice removal process in two stages. In the first stage, hot water is used as anti-icing solution, and in the second stage propylene glycol is used to apply anti-icing layer. Device for ice removal and applying protection layer on train running gear in order to implement the mentioned method is characterised by additional introduction of manifold with nozzles to remove ice from the rear of cars, service and buffer reservoirs for hot water storage which are equipped with temperature and level control instruments. Outputs of additional reservoirs via additional controlled valves are connected with force pump to supply anti-icing solutions to manifolds. At the output of reservoir for propylene glycol solution preparation, controlled valve is installed which is opened by control system signal at the same time with closing valves at the output of additional reservoirs. In parallel to trays on both sides of rail way, splash-proof screens are installed which screens are equipped with panels with drive for their opening and closing.
EFFECT: lower consumption of anti-icing solution, longer service life of equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and can be used to remove ice from the train running gear and/or to produce protective anti-icing film. Proposed device comprises container for preparing initial solution with electric heaters and pickups to control solution temperature, concentration and level. Said container is communicated via pumps and valves and accessories with manifold 14 provided with nozzles 12 to feed anti-icing solution. Train position control pickups are arranged along the track and connected with anti-icing solution feed control system. Troughs to collect contaminated solution are arranged on sleeper cribwork and outside it. Proposed method comprises preparing anti-icing solution, feeding it into working zone and applying protective layer via different nozzles fitted on separate manifolds in the zone of the car bogies. Anti-icing solution is feed intermittently after mounting the next car. Protective layer is applied with the train running through deicer at preset speed.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport equipment and namely to body cleaning. Device for cleaning bodies of open-pit dump trucks contains arm (6) jointed with chassis. The arm is equipped with scraper (7) with hinged spring-mounted side members with removable cutters. The arm from the opposite side of the scraper is equipped with fixing elements at bulldozer blade. Hinged side members of the scraper repeat inner coupling of truck body bottom with side board. Removable cutters are performed in a form of cutting discs that rotate at scraper approaching frozen rock. The disks are arranged vertically in relation to scraper working plane and side members. There are brushes between cutting discs. The brushes are made of asymmetrically arranged pieces of metal cable.
EFFECT: invention extends technological capabilities of open-pit dump truck body cleaning from stuck and frozen mined rock.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of a leaf pump comprising nose with adapter, air ducts, fan with drive and screw press with tapered casing and hollows shaft supporting screw with diameter and pitchy decreasing towards outlet. SUBSTANCE: method of railway car inner surface cleaning of stuck or frozen-on loose material consists in that the inductors incorporating indentors. The inductor reaction force is perceived by bumper (8) pressed at 0.5 to 10 kN to the car surface, the said force being controlled by pickups. The bumper (8) working position signal received, power pulse is fed to the inductor windings. The force between the latter and the indentors varies from 10 to 100 kN to throw the stuck or frozen-on loose material from the car inner surfaces. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of rolling stock for inspection and flow detection in winter. To remove snow and other crusts or oil-mud deposits from bottom of passenger or freight car by jet method use is made of air with temperature from +50°C to +120°C at pressure of 8 - 12 atm, gauge, flow rate of 5 - cu.m/min and velocity of 2-5 m numbers, with provision of gas-dynamic and acoustic shock waves. Gas can be used as alternative to air which is delivered at temperature lower than ambient temperature and frequency equal to frequency of natural vibrations of snow mass on surfaces of wheelsets provided by intensification of liquid nitrogen.

FIELD: equipment for cleaning and washing of compound-profiled cylindrical articles, in particular, cases of freight car boxes, which may be used in railway and other kinds of transport.
SUBSTANCE: machine has base, charging device, roller conveyor for conveying box cases into washing chamber equipped with nozzles arranged at different levels therein and adapted for washing of outer and inner surfaces of said box cases, washing solution storage vessel connected through pump with pressure collector and washing nozzles, time relay, heater, and washing process control system, and also pipeline for withdrawal of used washing solution, drive and hydraulic locking and adjusting fittings. Machine base is made in the form of girdle with sensors set in its upper part and adapted for detecting position of box cases on roller conveyor. Roller conveyor is arranged in inclined position, with part of roller conveyor being made in the form of grip connected with hydraulic cylinder adapted for vertical reciprocation thereof to set subsequent box case in operating position. Roller conveyor is furnished with stops for blocking displacement of box case in accordance with signal of said sensors. Washing chamber housing is positioned for displacement thereof in vertical plane in conjunction with washing nozzles for washing of box cases inner and outer surfaces, said nozzles being arranged centrally of housing on single shaft, which is connected with manual and/or hydraulic, pneumatic drive for rotating of washing unit with nozzles. Drive for washing unit is positioned on outer surface of washing chamber housing. Pan located upstream of washing chamber is connected with apparatus for purifying of used washing solution. Said apparatus has separator, sludge filter, sludge accumulating vessel, sludge pump, and also chamber for receiving of purified washing solution, said chamber being connected with washing solution circulation line.
