Method for myodynamic spinal traction / 2508921
Invention refers to medicine, neurology, exercise therapy, rehabilitation, traumatology and orthopaedics, and represents a group of methods (versions) for the integrated myodynamic traction (IMT) ensured by the exposure on adjacent regions of spine. The method (versions thereof) is characterised by the fact that the extension is combined with the dynamic contraction and relaxation of thoracic and lumbar or cervical and thoracic spinal muscles simultaneously with the use of restraints for individual parts of body, to be attached to a weight through a brace thrown over an upper vertical block of a training simulator. The muscles are contracted and relaxed by a repetitive performance of special narrow local motions with a repetition maximum within 15-30 motions with a certain weight. The weight gain for the following sets is accompanied by the repetition maximum reduction up to an initial value. Dynamic muscle contraction phases are accompanied by an active diaphragm exhalation, while relaxation phases - by a passive inhalation. |

Therapeutic system, therapeutic device and method of control / 2451498
Group of inventions refers to medicine. A method is implemented by a therapeutic device configuring a therapeutic system as integrated with a cuff (100). The system comprises the cuff with a belt for winding a site of muscles of one of extremities around; a fixation device for fastening the belt; and a gas bag provided inside the belt or on the belt. The bag is adjustable for pressure application to the site of muscles by compressing the site of muscles when filling the gas bag if the belt is fastened. The device comprises a means of gas pressure setting inside the bag equal to certain pressure; a controller for the means of gas pressure setting; and a pulse wave measurement unit for measuring gas pressure inside the bag. The method consists in the fact that the means of pressure setting performs two treatment processes - a pre-treatment process and a standard treatment process. The means of pressure setting is controlled during the pre-treatment process consisting in measuring gas pressure inside the bag and maximum pulse wave pressure. Gas pressure inside the bag is changed by the means of pressure setting. Pulse wave pressure is measured by single or multiple data reception by the pulse wave measurement unit when measuring gas pressure inside the bag. The means of pressure setting is controlled during the standard treatment process consisting in setting gas pressure inside the bag and equal to maximum pulse wave pressure. |

First, muscle-stretching exercises are done to the moment when patient is able to assume position with straight back arranged in parallel to supporting surface. Arms and one leg are pressed against the supporting surface. Then, a posture is assumed with chest turned towards the supporting surface. Arms are bent in elbows and pressed against the supporting surface with hand palms turned towards each other. One leg is bent in knee and pressed with its crus against the supporting surface. The other leg is straight and stretched backward and lifted with its foot above the back level. Another posture involves assuming posture with the back turned towards the supporting surface. One leg is bent in knee and pressed with full foot surface against the supporting surface. The other leg is stretched upwards placing drawn toe above the chest level. Fingers of hands pressed against the supporting surface are directed along the vertebral column. One more posture involves inclining the straight back towards the supporting surface. One arm and one straight leg are pressed against the supporting surface. Known velocity the polyspast, where labor force is applied to the mobile holder, and the cargo suspended to the free end of the rope, see: textbook: the author Mpolesha "Lifting and transport machines", ed. sixth, TRANS - M: Higher school, 1985, page 121. The scheme of high-speed polyspast is accepted by us as a prototype. To increase the functionality of a simulator with high speed polyspast contains: frame, lugs, cable suspension elastic elements, support units, rotary units, blocks, clip, free ends of the rope, rope, fixing elements, bearing pads, straps, belt, arm, tying. The device is illustrated schematically, which figure 1: frame 1, the suspension cable 2, elastic elements 3, supporting blocks with 4 swivel blocks 5, 6 blocks, clip 7, the free ends of the rope 8, rope 9, fixing elements 10, booster cushion 11, straps 12 zone 13, eyelets, 14; where figure 2: crank handle 15, strapping 16.
Trainer with high speed polyspast is as follows: webbing 12 put on the shoulders of the athlete, fastens the belt 13. Booster cushion 4, mounted on frame 1, located on the back and loins, prevent severe impact of the elements of frame 1.
The free end of the rope 8 with locking item 10 fixed by the hand through the arm of 15, or foot through tying 16, or on the bottom 14 eyelet frame. The rope runs around swivel block 5, 6 blocks, in magazines, 7 and opposite the turning unit 5. The other free end of the rope 8 with locking item 10 is drawn by the hand through the arm of 15 or foot through tying 16 with a force that is directly proportional to the force of elastic elements 3 and inversely proportional to the number of blocks 6 carried 7, which runs around the rope 9. While pulling the free end of the rope 8 the distance between clamps 7 decreases as the rope runs around 6 blocks in magazines, 7 and one free end of the rope 8 fixed, and the other free end of the rope 8 pulled. At the same time the suspension cable 2 attached to the clamps 7, ubegayut support units 4 and stretch elastic elements 3. The force with which pulled the loose ends of the rope, causes the application simulator with high speed polyspast as a simulator, which facilitates the ascent of the stairs, up the hill, but just when walking, which is especially important for the elderly and children with cerebral palsy. Figure 3 shows the work of the simulator by lifting up the hips. Figure 4 shows the item that is usually taught in ballet, in combat sports in the running. Figure 5 shows the work of his hands. Figure 6 shows the element, stretching on a straight twine. In addition, we can mount swivel units 5 on the lower lugs 14 of the missing through them the free ends of the rope 9, fixing the latter allows the simulator to be used as insurance, excluding a jump start when learning complicated gymnastics and acrobatics. Under fixing loose ends of the rope meant keeping them insuring two partners, standing on the sides of the athlete, or the withholding of loose ends of rope one of the insurer, when the free ends of the rope go through additional blocks, fixed under the ceiling of the sports hall or the arena of the circus, and an assisting partner holds two free end of the rope. As fixing elements 10 can be used rifles or bracket to shoulder. As elastic elements 3 may apply tension springs, rubber bands, vacuum cylinder. The number of blocks in the clips, elastic elements, bands, ropes of suspension, supporting blocks, guideline devices, the free ends of the rope is not specified.
