FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to production of ice-resistant platforms for exploration of freezing sea offshore oil and gas deposits. Proposed platform is equipped with remote turret assembly consisting of the block accommodating the turret and located outside platform hull to allow the latter to turn in external force main vector direction and to be retained in place by anchor system connected with said turret. Said block with turret are located under water ahead of fore perpendicular at the distance not smaller than half the difference between platform maximum length and that between perpendiculars. Block top is located level with the platform base plane. Said block features the hull axially symmetric shape with respect to vertical axis and is secured to platform hull with the help of corbel shaped to trihedral pyramid with clearance between ribs and facing the hull stem by its base. Pyramid two ribs are located in the platform base plane while third rib rests on said stem. Said rib features sharpened top edge.

EFFECT: higher safety of turret, anchor and riser lines in ice.

The invention relates to the field of marine hladotehnika and for the creation of ice-resistant platform for the development of oil and gas fields on the shelf of the freezing seas.

Known turret ship (RF patent No. 2156715), intended for the production of hydrocarbons from offshore fields. The vessel includes a housing with a receiving cavity located in the nose from the fuselage mid-section, which has a turret with a rotary expansion devices, and also placed in the nose of the residential units, technology and energy sectors.

A disadvantage of the known turret vessel is adapted for operation in ice conditions.

Also known marine technology platform adopted for the prototype (S.L.Karlinskiy, V.A.Chemetsov Resistance of Dialog Production Ship to the Action of Broken (Managed) Ice/20th IAHR International Symposium on Ice, Lahti, Finland, June 14 to 18, 2010), with the ship hull and the outside of the hull turret device, consisting of a block and its turrets. This device is connected to the housing by means of powerful beams connecting the upper part of the turret device and a fore end of the platform.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the insecurity of the turret device, anchor chains and razernij lines from contact with solid ice and pack formations, resulting in exposure to dangerous ice load is to them, that can lead to an emergency situation.

The claimed invention solves the problem of protection of the turret device, anchor chains and razernij lines from contact with the ice keel Toros and pritoplennye housing blocks of ice.

For this purpose, in known marine technology platform, equipped with a remote turret device, consisting of a block and placed in it a sentry outside the hull of the platform and providing her a spontaneous reversal in the direction of the principal vector of external forces, and held in place with anchor restraint system connected to the turret according to the invention the unit with the turret are under water noobee nasal perpendicular at a distance of not less than half the difference between the greatest length of the platform and the length between perpendiculars. The location of the block with a sentry gun under water avoids direct contact between the turret device and floating ice formations. EFFECT: invention of a drilling ship mooring turret structure allows protecting a riser pipe at drilling operations under ice conditions and protecting against flooding of an upper deck of the drilling ship through the drilling shaft at stormy drift or at transition of the drilling ship under conditions of considerable disturbance, especially at negative air temperature contributing to formation of ice on deck structures of the drilling ship.

Hull is symmetric about platform vertical central axis and is closed at lower part by bottom. Platform draft is notably smaller than platform diameter. Platform floatability centre for its submerged part is located lower than centre of gravity of the platform. Said symmetric outer side of the hull includes at least three sections: water level section, cylindrical mid section and bottom section. Water level section features diameter decreasing downward along central axis. In operation in waters with ice, sea water level is located in water level section. Bottom section features diameter increasing downward along central axis. Metalling device serves for selective raise or descent of the platform so that water level is located nearby water level section or in mid section. Proposed method comprises actuating aforesaid metalling device for selective raise or descent of the platform depending on whether the platform is in water with ice or without it.

Proposed system comprises natural gas extraction vessel and liquefied natural gas storage vessel connected with the formed by pipeline. To ensure safety, natural gas liquefaction is performed at extraction vessel while storage and unloading is carried out at storage vessel spaced from the first one by explosion-proof distance. Transfer of liquefied natural gas from first vessel to second one is performed via heat-insulated pipeline with required buoyancy and rigidity and articulated with both vessels.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to design of ice breaker and its propulsion complex. Ice breaker stern comprises body with round-aft, propulsive-steering complex arranged therein and including central propulsive-steering screw set mounted at ship center plane and board propulsive sets composed of whirley screw columns with propellers and inclined stern-post. Said complex is composed of whirley screw-propeller column with screw propeller shifted to aft from the plane of propellers of said columns by distance that allows contactless mutual turn of central and board columns through 360 degrees. All three propulsive units are located at one horizontal site limited by ice ledge inclined to ship center line plane by 30-50 degrees. Ship stern above said ice ledge features ice-breaking nose, while aft lines of said site adjoining the bottom feature wedge-like shape with S-like waterlines.
