If ionised blood serum calcium is less than 0.9 mmole/l and the relation of ionised Ca/inorganic phosphorus is 0.3 or more, calcium gluconate 1.0 ml is introduced intramuscularly 7-10 times/day in a combination with the oral administration of 10% calcium chloride 5.0 ml 7-10 times/day and 0.5% alcohol solution of vitamin D2 8000 IU a day. If observing comorbid hypomagnesaemia (Mg below 0.66 mmole/l), 25% magnesium sulphate 1 ml is introduced intramuscularly once a day. If the calcium level is less than 0.9 mmole/l and the relation of ionised Ca/inorganic phosphorus is less than 0.3 instead of vitamin D20, Parathyreoidin 25-0.5 ml is administered intramuscularly 3 times a day. If ionised calcium is more than 1.1 mmole/l and magnesium is more than 0.66 mmole/l, 10% calcium chloride 5.0 ml is orally administered 7-10 times a day, and vitamin D2 8000 IU a day or substituting Parathyreoidin in a dose of 0.25-0.5 ml 3 times a day intramuscularly. After the calcium and magnesium levels are stably normalised, Parathyreoidin is replaced by 0.5% alcohol solution of vitamin D2.

Antimicrobial substance is applied on the surface of wires and intraosseous rods before their introduction into proximal and distal fragments, as well as on degreased surface of patient's skin in places of entrance and exit of wires and intraosseous rods. As antimicrobial means used is gel-like nanostructured composite implant. It is replaced on degreased surface of skin in places of entrance and exit of wires and intraosseous rods 2-4 weeks after initial application. Composite implant includes platelet-enriched autoplasma, mixed in ratio 1:1.0-2.0 with granules of complex alloplastic preparation on the basis of hydroxyapatite, which contains 50-60 wt % of collagen. Said complex alloplastic preparation additionally contains 0.08-2.8 wt % of colloid solution of zerovalent metal silver Ag0, or gold Au0, or copper Cu0, or palladium Pd0, or platinum Pt0, which is introduced into its granules at preparation stage. Size of introduced colloid zerovalent metal nanoparticles constitutes from 2 nm to 40 nm.

For this purpose preliminary preparation of silver-containing solution, preliminary preparation of implant surface and coating formation are carried out. In the process of preparation of silver-containing solution first hydroxyapatite powder is placed into 0.04% solution of AgNO3. After that, powder is kept in air at room temperature for the time necessary for qualitative soaking of hydroxyapatite particles with AgNO3 solution. Then, sediment is filtered and washed with hot water, and dried at 200°-300°C for 4-6 hours and annealed at 600°-700°C for 2-3 hours. Preliminary preparation of implant surface is performed by jet processing of surface with electrocorundum powder under pressure. Formation of coating is carried out by plasma sputtering of first titanium sublayer and then silver-containing hydroxyapatite powder. Plasma sputtering of titanium sublayer is performed at voltage 35 V, current intensity 450 A, distance of sputtering 100 mm and titanium powder dispersion 100-120 mcm, consumption of argon being 55-60 l/min. Plasma sputtering of silver-containing hydroxyapatite powder is performed at current intensity 450 A, voltage 36 A, distance 80 and 120 mm, dispersion 70-75 mcm and argon consumption 65-70 l/min.
