The invention relates to medicine, in particular to dentistry and can be used for the treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis.

There is a method of treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis with use of the drug "Chitosan with silver" (Iron A.P., abstract. thesis. Kida. the honey. Sciences. - N. 2011).

The disadvantage of this method is the duration and low effectiveness of the treatment.

The purpose of izaberete tion is to reduce the time and improve the efficiency of treatment of the disease. The objective is achieved by the combined effects of ultrasonic vibrations of low frequency (phonophoresis) and drug Béres Drops Plus in the area of projection of the apex of the causal tooth, additional oral administration of the drug.

The drug "Béres Drops Plus (KBP) is an aqueous solution, which, along with trace elements (TE) (zinc, iron, sodium, magnesium, manganese, potassium, copper, molybdenum, boron, fluorine, cobalt and others) contain auxiliary substances, such as ascorbic acid, boric acid, succinic acid, edetate sodium, glycerol, tartaric acid. Macro - and micronutrients are functional components! and stabilizers metalloenzymes, nucleic acids, vitamins at the cellular and tissue levels, affect immunocompetence organized is mA involved in the synthesis of collagen and the formation of bone tissue, regulates the activity of parathormone and, accordingly, the metabolism of calcium. Succinic acid is used as an anti-inflammatory and antitoxic agent, as well as increases the activity of cellular respiration by activating the body's defenses, and enhances the action of other drugs. In Hungary and Ukraine, studied the efficacy and safety of drug action "Béres Drops Plus in malignant tumors with histological evidence at different stages of the disease (Chumakov, N.M. Budapest, Hungary), in various diseases of the musculoskeletal system are the results of a 6-month study (Bossanyi E., 1995). Necessary for the restoration of bone minerals can be entered directly in the field of regeneration through physical factor, acting unilaterally with the drug and enhance its impact. This factor is phonophoresis drug Béres Drops Plus.

Figure 1 - shows the dynamics of average values of scores of efficiency of treatment of patients with destructive forms of chronic periodontitis in the application of methods of phonophoresis drug KBP and Chitosan+silver"

Figure 2 shows the dynamics consider inogo rate of reduction of bone tissue when applying the methods of endodontic treatment

The method is implemented as follows.

Before performing phonophoresis drug Béres Drops Plus applied on the skin surface in the area of causal tooth drug mixture containing the drug Béres Drops Plus 10% solution of calcium gluconate and vaseline oil, then the emitter treated area and after phonophoresis are obturation of the root canal calcium hydroxide, with prescribed coadministration of ascorbic acid at a daily dosage of 50-100 mg and drug Béres Drops Plus 1 drop per 2 kg body weight orally per day

Medicinal mixture containing the drug KBP, 10% solution of gluconate calcium and liquid paraffin in a ratio of 1:0,5:1 apply with a cotton swab PA skin surface in the area of causal tooth emitter treated area continuously for 5 minutes daily, course of treatment from 5 to 8 treatments. After a course of phonophoresis have a temporary obturation of the root canal with calcium hydroxide. Repeated treatment with the using of phonophoresis drug Béres Drops Plus every 7 days, 3 months, 6 months considering the analysis of cytological indicators. To improve the regulation and absorption of trace elements assigned coadministration of ascorbic acid at a daily dosage of 50-100 mg and drug KBP 1 drop 2 kg wt is s body orally per day. After 6 months of root canals Anturium method for lateral condensation of gutta-percha with syler "Akrosil". Then do a test x-ray image, which is defined as the filling of the root canal. During the next visit to restore the crown of the tooth. Performance criteria

According to sources in the literature, despite significant advances in endodontics. destructive forms of chronic periodontitis effectiveness of conservative treatment in average equal to 85%, the number of complications after treatment using modern technology occurs in 7% of cases. Analysis of the results of our method of treatment with the use of phonophoresis drug Béres Drops Plus allows you to accelerate the regeneration of the periapical tissues after 3 months of observations in these terms in 95% of cases, the reduction of destructive lesion has reached 1/3 to˝, which allowed to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment in 3 points, against the background of the application of Chitosan with silver only 23.5% of cases (4 teeth) were observed reduction periapical destructive process by 1/3, which allowed to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment in 2 points. After 6 months of treatment using the method of phonophoresis reduction of the periapical lesion was more than ˝ (in 92% of cases) and effective is the efficiency of the treatment was assessed in 4 points, so when the method of treatment using Chitosan / silver", in these terms the effectiveness of treatment was lower and showed a reduction of the periapical destructive process belamcanda ˝ in the 87.3% of cases.

After 12 months in 96% of cases, in the method of treatment using phonophoresis drug Béres Drops Plus, there was total ossification of the lesion with restoration of bone structure and formation of the cortical plate, the effectiveness of treatment corresponded to a rating of 5 points. In the method of treatment using Chitosan with silver-effectiveness of therapy in these terms allowed us to estimate 4-5 points, complete restoration of the periapical process with the formation of the cortical plate was observed only in 78,5%, and 23% reduction periapical process pain than ˝ -3 points (Fig.1).

For an objective assessment of the recovery processes in the periapical region based on the densitometry data we calculated the relative rate of reduction of bone tissue after 6 and 12 months of follow-up. The results of calculations ODA|, SCO and SCO is presented in figure 2.

As the figure shows, in graphical form, the lowest values OPR, ODA2.SCO was observed in patients who were treated with application of Chitosan+silver". Patients who remodels method phonophoresis drug KBP, positive dynamics in relation to the reduction of destructive lesion was more pronounced, which was confirmed by the significantly larger values OPR ODA2APR3.

The most rapid reduction of destructive lesion in the periapical region was observed in patients who were phonophoresis drug KBP. since the amount OR exceeded the value, averaging 65,3±1,6% (differences from reliable data treatment "Chitosan+silver"; p<0.05). After 6 months the amount of ODA2in patients with treatment KBP also exceeded the value, amounting to an average of 76.8±1,5%. A year later, the highest average values ODA3this indicator in the treatment method of Béres Drops plus -97,8±1,2% and in the method of treatment using Chitosan+silver" -82±2,3%.

Thus, the data densitometry, calculation of indicators and the destruction of bone and the relative rate of reduction of the periapical destructive tumor, as well as visual evaluation of radiographs of the teeth in the dynamics showed that a more rapid and complete recovery of bone periapical region in patients with destructive forms of chronic periodontitis occurs when carrying out the method of phonophoresis drug KBP. A number of indicators (OPR averages scoring the effectiveness of a treatment is Oia on radiological criteria after 3 and 6 months follow-up) using phonophoresis drug KBP was significantly more effective what method of treatment using Chitosan+silver.

We applied the method of phonophoresis drug KBP meets all requirements, allows to quickly arrest the inflammatory process in the center of destruction, to reduce the number of immediate complications and exacerbations. Method of treatment using phonophoresis drug Béres Drops Plus accelerates the processes of optimization of reparative processes of the periapical lesion destruction that is superior to its conventional endodontic treatment.

Treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis by using drugs introduced into the root canal, wherein before performing phonophoresis drug Béres Drops Plus applied on the skin surface in the area of causal tooth drug mixture containing the drug Béres Drops Plus 10%solution of calcium gluconate and vaseline oil, then the emitter treated area and after phonophoresis are obturation of the root canal calcium hydroxide, with prescribed coadministration of ascorbic acid at a daily dosage of 50-100 mg and drug Béres Drops Plus 1 drop per 2 kg body weight orally per day; course treatment of 5-8 treatments.
