Procedure for strenghtening edges of work members of tillers Procedure for strenghtening edges of work members of tillers / 2420601
Surface of back side of edge is heated with electric arc of reverse polarity by means of carbon electrode and successively cooled. Also, the electrode is transferred along a curvilinear trajectory formed with linear transfer along a sharp edge and with a rotation around vertical axis. Angular speed of electrode rotation is determined from the ratio: 3 V/R < w < 9 V/R, where w is angular rate of electrode rotation, rad/s; V is velocity of linear transfer, m/s, R is radius of electrode rotation, m. Arcing is carried out under a pulse mode. Duration and amplitude of current pulses per one revolution of the electrode is increased at moving away from the sharp edge and is decreased at approach to it.

The invention relates to the field of Metalworking, relates to methods of surface hardening of the share of agricultural ploughs machines Electromechanical processing to improve their durability in abrasive wear.

Known methods of hardening share (see Reliability and repair of machinery / V.V. Corcidin, NF Telnov, K.A. Achkasov and others; Ed. by V.V. Mercadona. - M.: Kolos, 2000.-776 sec) at which to apply the fusing their surfaces metals and alloys having improved strength properties, which increases their durability and provides the effect of samosatene. However, when overlaying the use of additional materials significantly increases the cost of products, strong thermal effects on the metal leads to large deformations details.

There is a method of hardening of parts of the medium-carbon and high-carbon steels (Patent No. 2270259 adopted for the prototype), including hardening by short-term high temperature exposure current power 16 kA with application to the surface of contact spots in a checkerboard pattern, or along the lines of reinforcement.

As a result of application of this method are formed point-hardened areas, which increases the wear resistance of parts, does not require further mechanical processing and consumption of additional materials. However, this IU the od does not provide the effect of samosatene, wear resistance is increased partially as hardening are only small parts.

There is a method of hardening plowshares plows (Patent No. 2460810 adopted for the prototype), including electro-mechanical processing of the surface of the shares at the current density of up to 109A/m2parallel continuous lines forming zone of hardening to a depth of 3 mm, zone hardening have a width of 3.5...7 mm and are arranged at an angle of 40...55° to the blade of a plow blade on the distance between them is 10...30 mm

As a result of application of this method on the surface of the plow blade are formed of hardened alternating zones of hardness up to 10 HPa, which increases their wear resistance in abrasive friction. However, application of this method provides the effect of samosatene only touch the hardened lines of the cutting blades of the plow blade that is only partially improves the durability of the shares.

The technical result of the invention is to increase the durability of the working bodies of agricultural machinery by improving their strength characteristics and wear resistance to abrasive wear with the effect of samosatene.

This result is achieved in that the hardening of the working surface of shares plows perform Electromechanical machining current density up to 109A/m2 continuous lines forming zone of hardening to a depth of 3 mm, and hardening are front, bottom edge and a sock shares at a distance of 30...40 mm from the front edge with a width of hardened zone 10...20 mm

The drawing shows a simplified scheme of the proposed method of hardening plowshares, where 1 is the zone without hardening, 2 - mounting holes, 3, 4 and 5 - zone hardening. The front side of the plow blade is hardened Electromechanical machining current density up to 109A/m2continuous lines at a depth of 3 mm, zone hardening have a width of 10...15 mm Zone 3 passes through the lower edge of the plow blade, zone 5 - on the front blade, zone 4 is at a distance of 20...40 mm from the front of the blade of the plow blade.

Compliance with the specified parameters hardening plowshares provides the effect of samosatene and high wear resistance, the value ranges associated with the conditions of friction products.

The Electromechanical modes of processing (the current density, the contact force of the tool to the workpiece surface, the processing speed, the material and shape of the tool shall be based on the objectives and requirements of the process.

Thus, when processing in this way on the surface plowshares strengthened blade hardness up to 10 GPA at a depth of 3 mm, which provides the effect of samosatene in the process of operation. Hardening but the ka shares at a distance of 20...40 mm from the front of the blade prevents the formation of beam wear in the area of field crop, which increases the wear resistance of the shares subject to abrasive friction.

The method of hardening the surface plowshares plows, including electro-mechanical processing of the surface of the shares at the current density of up to 109A/m2with the formation of the hardened zones depth of 3 mm in the form of continuous lines, characterized in that the reinforcement is subjected to a front and lower blades, and a sock shares at a distance of 20...40 mm from the front edge with a width of hardened zone 10...20 mm
