FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lifting and transfer in air. Proposed method consists in application of the main disc with flexure at its edge and serial identical-orientation helical ribs located abode the main disc surface to create lower pressure at drive rotation. Main disc central part has flexed bore to ensure drive stiffness and clamping while extra disc is arranged there above and locked at the drive rotary part. For joint rotation, said ribs are locked and have slits made at their bottom part to receive one or several serial sliding plates to reciprocate perpendicular to and over main disc surface, on the entire length of said helical rib.

The invention relates to the technology of formation of the lifting force and can be used to construct various devices for lifting and transportation of various cargoes in the air, and personal air vehicles.

The known method of forming the lifting force for lifting and moving in the air medium (the Patent №2374138 of 29.04.2008), is that rotate in one direction regular coaxial edge sequence one orientation spiral relatively common axis of rotation to the formation of low air pressure above the surface of a thin disk, while on the edge of a thin disk are plane reverse rotation, these ribs rotate over a concave surface of a thin disk, whose edge is made with a bend in the lower direction for the formation of rigidity. The disk supplied with the device to change the angle of orientation of the lifting force by partial decompression round or rectangular holes (prototype).

Known prototype has the technological opportunities that lie in the fact that through a thin disk, whose edge is made with a bend in the lower direction for the formation of rigidity, and regular aligned sequences ribs one orientation spiral relatively common axis of rotation of the form of reduced air pressure above the surface of a thin disk.

The disadvantage of a technological solution is inefficient use of the Central part of the disk for the formation of a carrying power, as its value is significantly depends on the speed of the serial ribs in the Central part of the CD either missing ribs rotation, or their speed significantly lower than on the edge of the disk.

Technological result of the proposed invention is more lifting power of the Central part of the disk.

The specified technological result is achieved in the following way.

Method of formation of the lifting force for lifting and moving goods in the air medium, in which over a surface of a basic disk with a bend on the edge of the stiffness through drive perform the rotation of the spiral of consecutive edges one orientation for the formation of low pressure over its surface, while in the Central part of the main disk, perform the hole with Flexural rigidity and fixation of the drive, and above it have additional disc recorded on the rotating part of the drive and to the joint of rotation fix consistently located spiral ribs, which carry the slots on the bottom of and in them equipped with the ability orthogonal reciprocating displacement relative to the surface of the main drive one or more consecutive

Thus lifting and handling of cargo in the air environment is realized by means of two disks, placed on the transport building on the two opposite sides, with the possibility of a reversal of all the primary drive on its edge in vertical and horizontal directions.

Figures 1 and 2 show the device, which implements the proposed method.

The device, which implements a method of formation of the lifting force, contains the master disk 1 curve 2 on the edge. in the Central part of the main disk 1 perform the hole 3. With the edge of the inner part of the main disk 1 is made with a curve 4 in the lower direction for the formation of rigidity, which through the centering guide 5 fixed drive 6, and its rotation axis 7 occurred in Central inner part of the convex surface of the additional drive of rotation, at the edges of which is assigned a regular coaxial sequence of edges 9, focused on a spiral, which are forming the increased pressure under the convex surface of the additional drive of rotation. Thus in the ribs 9 executed grooves with their lower end and they come with the ability orthogonal reciprocating displacement relative to the surface of the main drive one or more consecutive 10 plates sliding on the surface of the primary drive 1 for the entire length of the spiral ribs 9. Thus lifting and moving of the goods in the transport building 11 in the air environment is realized by means of two concave additional drives 2 and 12, which are located above the transport building 11 on the two opposite sides, with the possibility of a reversal in vertical and horizontal directions.

The device for formation of the lifting force for lifting and moving goods in air is the following.

Each of concave additional drives 2 and 12 (2). situated above the transport building 11 on the two opposite sides, with the possibility of a reversal in vertical and horizontal directions, on the one hand, allow to exclude the negative impact of the actuator 6 on each of concave discs 2 and 12. On the other hand, the rotation of the convex surface of the additional drive of rotation with regular aligned sequences ribs 9 one orientation drive through 6 will generate lift force, which is formed as a difference of pressure of air environment above the surface of the primary disk 1 and below. And located in the slots spiral ribs 9 plates slide 9 at their rotation substantially reduce the pressure above the surface of the primary drive 1. And if above the surface of the primary drive 1 for the formation of a carrying power through successive edges 9 create negative pressure, compared with the pressure that exists under primary drive 1, the convex surface of the additional drive of rotation create high blood pressure, which also form through regular aligned sequences ribs 9, performs the function of the compressor. It should be noted that the possible reversal of concave discs 2 and 12 in the vertical direction (up or down), you can greatly reduce the overall dimensions of the device idle and run change of the result vector lifting force one as. And a possible reversal of concave discs 2 and 12 in the horizontal direction allows the change of the result vector lifting power of another quality.

Use the invention allows to expand functionality of a known process by increasing the value of the lifting force and extend the functionality of flying devices.

1. Method of formation of the lifting force for lifting and moving goods in the air medium, in which over a surface of a basic disk with a bend on the edge of the stiffness through drive perform the rotation of consecutive spiral ribs one orientation for the formation of low pressure over its surface, characterized in that in the Central part of the main disk perform opening with the Flexural rigidity and fixation of the drive, and above it have an extra disk, recorded on the rotating part of the drive, and for co-rotation lock consistently located spiral ribs, which carry grooves with their lower part, and they come with the ability orthogonal reciprocating displacement relative to the surface of the main drive one or more consecutive plates sliding on the surface of the main drive along the entire length of the spiral ribs.

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the lifting and handling of cargo in the air is carried out by means of two disks, placed on a transport case on two opposite sides can rotate the entire each primary drive on its edge in vertical and horizontal directions.
