In compliance with first version, proposed gasket is composed by elongated linear article composed by vibroisolating segments interconnected by one or two crosspieces made up of narrow strip. In compliance with second version, proposed gasket is composed by elongated linear article composed by vibroisolating segments interconnected by thin strip composed by a cylinder or its parts, or a crimp or its parts.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the design and manufacture of suspension of vehicles, in particular universal insulating pads under the suspension springs of different models of cars.

Famous strip, isolating the spring from the top of the Cup, which is made of elastic material in the form of an annular insert, prevulcanized to the Cup springs (patent RU 90382 U1 from 14.08.2009,). The disadvantage of this design is the high complexity in its manufacture and, therefore, its high price.

Known insulating gasket spring, made of elastic material in the form of a cylindrical sleeve, one end surface of which is made videobritney bed under the spring (p.67; Lada Kalina. Manual, maintenance and repair. - M.: Publishing house of the Third Rome, 2006 - 168 C.).

The disadvantage of this design is its high intensity.

Known insulating gasket spring, made in the form of a flat ring (RU 71598 U1 from 23.10.2007 and US 6869067 B2, 60G 11/16).

The disadvantage of these designs is the difficulty of installing the ring on the spring.

Known insulating strip in the form of a circular ring, which is made a groove in the spring and at its outer side is made of convexity (fin is I) in the form of segments of a circle (JP 2002021899 And, 60G 11/16) or in the form of a single element (DE 1199634, 60G 11/16).

The disadvantage of these solutions is the lack of universality, i.e. the ability to install these gaskets only for a certain diameter of the coil spring.

Known insulating strip in the form of a circular ring, which is made a groove in the spring and on the inner perimeter of the shell rings are edge (EN 2415761 C2, 60G 11/16).

The disadvantage of this solution is the lack of universality, i.e. the ability to install gaskets only for a certain diameter of the coil spring.

The closest solution is insulating strip in the form of half rings of cut pipe which is worn on the coil spring (172 C., FORD FOCUS with engine 1,6i 1,8i 2,0i. The device, operation, maintenance, repair. Illustrated guide. M: LLC "publishing house "Behind the wheel", 2009, 344 S.)

The disadvantage of this design is the lack of universality and bad vibration-insulating properties gaskets and high complexity in its manufacture.

All known constructions of insulating gaskets springs have the same drawback:

- lack of universality, i.e. for each diameter of the spring needs to have its own individual strip only with certain sizes.

The technical result of the proposed solution what is the versatility of the strip with preservation of vibration-damping properties and, accordingly, the vibro-acoustic comfort, as well as reducing the cost of its production.

The key difference of the strip from the known solutions is that it is made in the form of an extended length of linear articles consisting of a relatively rigid vibration-insulating segments and bridges connecting the segments to each other. Due jumpers liveliness strip, as a result, it can take any form. So there is no need to make individual gasket for a particular diameter of the spring, because the proposed strip is mounted on the spring small and large diameter, i.e. it has a lot of versatility and it is this that distinguishes it from other solutions.

This is achieved by the fact that:

claim 1. The vibration-insulating spacer springs are made in the form of an extended length of linear articles consisting of a vibration-insulating segments, interconnected by one or two jumpers, made in the form of a narrow strip.

2. The vibration-insulating gasket spring, made in the form of an extruded length of the linear articles consisting of a vibration-insulating segments, connected by a thin bridge, completed or in the form of a cylinder or parts thereof or in the form of corrugations or its parts.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, shown in Fig. 1-3.

In Fig. 1 shows p is the original memory location attached insulating spacers in the suspension of the vehicle, where:

1 - insulating gasket;

2 - spring suspension;

3 - Cup spring.

In Fig. 2 shows the appearance of the strip, where:

5 - jumper connecting the segments of the strip;

6 - the gaps between the segments of the strip.

In Fig. 3 shows an insulating strip, where:

the number of segments 8 completely covers the coil spring, and a different number of segments 9 only partially. In addition, this insulating strip has at one end with a stopper 7, which facilitates the installation of the strip to coil springs.

As seen from the above examples, the gasket is technically feasible, has low consumption and high flexibility. Due to the fact that it can be made in the form of an extended length of linear products, significantly reduces the complexity of manufacture (due to the large number of strips on the plate of the mold), it can be produced neformaly way, for example in the production of long-length profile with subsequent cutting of the gaps between the segments, and cutting the resulting product into measured segments.

SUBSTANCE: spring is twisted and can have both cylindrical and profiled shape. Attachment flanges are connected to edges of spring. A cavity excluding the contact of extreme working turns of spring with flanges is made on each flange. Extreme turns are bent and cut so that spring turns do not contact each other during spring compression with flanges at maximum load. Threaded holes are made in extreme spring turns on flat surfaces of their contact to attachment flanges. Attachment flanges are provided with holes opposite threaded holes and attached to extreme spring turns by means of screws.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to helical spring fastening and spring tension adjustment device. The proposed device comprises plate (P1) with two rows of holes (12, 13) spaced for a distance equal, approximately, to spring coil diametre. Holes of one row are displaced with respect to those of the other row. Plate (P1) is furnished with a gripping-locking device with a threaded rod that has a hook arranged on its one end. Aforesaid threaded rod is screwed into inner thread (15) made in plate (P1) with the plate axis parallel to that of the spring. Plate (P1) arranged between the rows of holes (12, 13) features the shape allowing aforesaid threaded rod passage. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to general mechanical engineering and can be used in production of new spring-loading devices. Combined spring comprises a compression spring; round holders with diameter exceeding that of the spring and with an inner channel in the upper wall are mounted at the end turns of the compression spring. The upper wall shape is analogous to the end turn shape. The holders embrace the turn by two thirds or three fourth of the turn circle and are fixed on it by any way known. Part of the upper wall excluding the inner channel entry is fitted with lower vertical flanging which is set wider than the spring outer diameter and with its height being equal to the spring wire diameter. Prominent part of the channel is located below the upper wall. A flat stop with its height being equal to the spring washer height is rigidly fixed at the top of each holder; it is centred and set vertically. The washers are round with central symmetrical slot, the slot shape is analogous to that of the stop. The slot provides for free fitting of the washers at the stops with the possibility of being taken off, they can be fixed by a screw with tapered head. The screw is screwed into the threaded opening in the stop centre. A clearance hole with its diameter exceeding that of the screw is made coaxially to the threaded opening; the clearance hole has a tapered reaming of the screw head entry hole so that the head can be set countersunk in respect to the washer side surface. Spring-loaded parts or units of the machine which can be moved are rigidly or pivotally connected to the washer butts on the both ends.
